   Just awful. Says I can’t use the app because I’m not registered. Try to register and it says I already have an account. They even sent me a password reset. Thing does not work.

   Do not follow instructions or added items. Was charged for fried onions also asked for extra pickles received no pickles and no onions also asked for napkins and ketchup received neither

   Terrible App. Love WC but hate the app. Too hard to use. If you change WC locations it deletes your order. Impossible to get any of the specials, they should load when you use the app but you have to use them in person. Ask McDonald’s or Taco Belk who designed their app abd use them please. It is NOT user friendly.

   Confusing app. The rewards section is confusing! The reward offer was a free drink when it came time To pay it said I have to spend $15 to Use it no mention of that before …bad !

    No Drive Thru. The app gives you option for drive thru but there is not one there. We waited over 20 minutes at the White Castle next door and then had to go to the pick up location behind it.

    Annoying. First time using app to order and it wouldn’t let me edit my order once added to cart. It only allowed me to completely delete my order and start over. Super frustrating please fix.

    Terrible setup and glitchy. The signup is extremely long and basic. No autofill features at all. It glitches and or logs out account with each step. It’s the 1990’s version of an app. Crashed 3 times when ordering ☝️ one single order. To owners: Please look at other food apps and update accordingly. Please🙏

    Your app is trash. Your app is slow and doesn’t work. It gave me a promotion and then took it away when I tried to edit my order. That was my first experience of this app. First time user. Well 2nd time now. I canceled my first order when that happened. It doesn’t respond well and slow to use. Your developer probably should of tried it out before approving it and let it run wild
