App Failure. I’ve tried over and over to log into app to only get Error code. I sent ticket for review to no avail. I was eventually able to log in on desk top computer but app still shows No account found. How am I to earn rewards if I can’t log into app.

Not user-friendly, poorly designed. I thought my mom was exaggerating when she said the app was frustrating to use, but even as a fairly tech-literate younger person this app is just horrendous to use. Especially when trying to redeem rewards! It should at least have separate buttons for ‘redeem online’ and ‘redeem in-store’ instead of just assuming everyone knows to just scan without saying anything to the cashier about it. And as a fellow cashier, i just know that’s gotta be super annoying for them.

App never works right. When attempting to add my receipt later, it always says transaction not found. This has been an issue since the last major update. Doesn’t look like they have any interest in fixing this issue.

No rewards for me. I’ve had no luck with entering my receipts into the app. It ALWAYS says there’s no such transaction and the clerks in the store seem to always be distracted when I am checking out to scan my orders. Please fix this issue in your app.

Not what I expected. The sandwiches were poorly made. Not enough chicken salad it was mostly bread. The lettuce had black on from it being old. They didn’t get my order right. Forgot my chips and gave me the wrong sandwich.

Can’t create a login. I’d give zero stars if I could. I’ve tried twice now to both create a login and submit a ticket saying I can’t create a login. I can’t create either the login or the ticket to say I can’t create the login. I love the restaurant but this app is ridiculous. My rating is for the app NOT the restaurant or the food, which I love.

App install. During account setup it texted me a verification link that was unsecured. It was an http link not https. I just quit outta it.
