   Non helper. Parker is the name of one of the workers there. He was not helping at all! He was yawning and walking around in circles pretending to count the Pepsi sodas like 5 times. The older Hispanic lady was hauling butt taking customers order and running back to make the pizzas then prepare them to get them to their buyer.

   a disaster. The pizza was cold and had hardly any cheese, and the Crazy Bread was hard, tasteless, and lacked garlic flavor.

   Portal Order. I placed a portal order within the app and once I arrived to pick up my order after saying it was complete, they had not ever even made it! Wasted my time so I went to Pizza Hut… they do not tell me my order is complete when they haven’t even made it!

   Getting overcharged for Meal deal.. This app has a serious flaw and is overcharging people. I never caught it till today. If you order a meal deal plus soda. It charges you the meal deal (drink and 1/2 deep dish) then charges you again for a soda. So before tax it’s 9.50. I did this without thinking and I’ve been charged extra dollars.    Promo/Deals. I’ve been noticing they’ve been offering less and less promos/deals on the app and the ones they do offer seem worse. Then I opened the app to see $5 Pepperoni/Cheese Pizzas, Only with Amazon Prime, beyond parody. At this point I’m better going to Dominos or Papa John’s with how horrible their deals are with the added insult of the “Locked Deals” that they’re now pulling.

    Gift cards. While there pizza is good, especially the deep dish. I cannot not get over the fact that they continue to purposely refuse to allow gift cards through the app. They do that so you can’t get the deals because they only work on the app or online where gift cards also can’t be used.

    No cheese sauce option with crazy bread. I normally get the marinara exchanged for cheese but now you can’t order it on the app and was told I can’t get it exchange. I have to pay extra sauce.

    Pretzel Pizza. Ordered Pretzel pizza and got the standard crust with salt on it. I said something to the cashier her reply was we didn’t think it looked like pretzel crust either. I told her it wasn’t and she replied whatever you say. I don’t understand why they offer pretzel pizza in the app if they don’t have the actual product to serve.

    Location Tracking Sucks. Little Caesars sent me on a wild goose chase because I was wrong to assume that the first recommended location would be the one closest to me (I mean why would I think that, right?) So, I ended up going to the wrong location (one 8 min away) to find this out, and then I had to go to the one on the opposite side of town that is 16 min away from my home (why was it the first one in my recommended list?!). What would have been a 20 min round trip became an hour-long excursion for one freaking pizza. Thanks Little Caesars!

    Delivery wrong address!. I had a horrible experience. My order was delivered to the wrong address. I will never have you guys deliver me pizza again since you use DoorDash and they are awful.

    Disappointed. Normally you guys hit it out of the park. Unfortunately, you blew it today. My order was inaccurate, and poorly made. It seems like it was made hours before I ordered it. My friend had to order from somewhere else for our dinner.

    Attalla , Al Best Pizza Place Ever !!!. So I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for almost two years,,, it’s awesome!! Best staff the Best Pizza !!! Sara is one of my favorite managers but they have a lot of team members that are great , just wanted to let y’all know if you don’t like the pizza where you live ,, totally worth the drive !!!!
