   Won’t load after update. I’ve enjoyed this app for years as a full year subscriber until app requested email and password, then would never accept that password and no way to make new password. I deleted app to try to reload and now won’t let me restore purchase and just gives me circle of death - app won’t load properly at all.

   they stole my money. Apparently for the last 6 years this app has been charging me $35 for a subscription I never subscribed to and I just found out today. Please check to make sure they didn’t do this to you. I once loved the ukelele and because of this I will never play again.

   what happened??. This was great when I first started out years ago, but now many of the pre-recorded songs are out of sync or demos are ill positioned so I can’t see what Lenny’s doing (really like to seen that scale pattern!). Disappointed.

    Beware double charges. After trying out the app for a few days I got a promotion to upgrade for a discount. I did that and then a few days later was charged for the full amount. No response from their customer service, but their FAQs literally has a double charge question which indicates this is a regular practice they employ and people probably miss. Still waiting for a refund.

    Daily practice - most features don’t work. The title is self explanatory. Wrong chords listed in the exercise title and the exercise itself. Isn’t this a teaching app?

    This app is terrible. I was trying to tune my ukulele when the last cord wouldn’t work, it kept saying that it was too low. Of course I exited out of the app to see if it was just a glitch but nope still too low. I kept tuning it up and still “too low” when my sting snapped.

    Terrible App. I downloaded Kala Ukulele in hopes of learning to play the ukulele as a beginner, and was looking for an app to assist with that. This was anything but. The tuner was hard to use, and very confusing. The prices were expensive. The thirty second limit on some of my favorite songs was very annoying. And, worst of all, the videos never loaded!! For some of them, I waited about ten minutes, but was never able to view it. I don’t know if that was because I didn’t pay, so I couldn’t access videos, but either way, it was very disappointing. Please fix this app.

    Headphones issues. App has major issues with headphones. Sound is glitchy then completely stops.

    Should be free. Purchased a Kala instrument so I downloaded the tuner for it. It’s extremely complex, has too many add ons, and realistically should be a free app. Not worth the price.

    App Not Working?. The app will not recognize that I am strumming a C chord. Paid for the app but it won’t let me get any further. There is no obvious way to contact support. Zero stars at this point. Very unsatisfied customer.

    Almost good. Subscribed for a year. It was ok for most of that time. After an iPhone update it always said I needed to give microphone permission but that wasn’t an option in settings. The lessons are good but they stopped adding more content. I got to the end of what was offered. They say more coming but it didn’t in the time of my subscription window. They added songs with chords they didn’t teach.

    Just sad. After using this app for years of enjoyment I am deleting it forever. The song list seems to keep getting smaller. Artist are disappearing. Songs that are still there are now by their house band and simply not the same. Not a bad app to learn, just not one you can keep growing with.

    No tabs?. I downloaded this to tune my new ukelele. It pitched me hard for a heavily discounted first year subscription without letting me play around first. I stupidly agreed and then discovered it doesn’t even have basic tab charts. Money down the drain.

    Really good but…. Ok it’s really good but whenever I’m trying to do the videos it makes me wait like 20 minutes just to watch a 40 second video. Also all the songs are like not as popular, and it doesn’t have almost any songs that I would like to play. Other than that this app is great, and maybe the loading for the videos is just me but I would also like more songs!😊

    Tuner doesn’t work. Please make the tune feature functional again. When I first downloaded the app, there was no issue with it. Now after updating, app states that it needs microphone access to tune and to go to settings to change it, however in settings there is no microphone option for the app. The tune feature was one of the top features I used the app for, and it’s very disappointing that an “update” has now rendered it unusable.

    Chord tracking?. I paid $8 to try the full app and chord tracking isn’t working. It’s saying I got 0/12 right, but I’m pretty sure it’s not accurate, and it’s not really giving me any actual feedback. Kind of useless.
