   I don’t know. It could be a good app but the app wont let me find out and I’m not spending 119 dollars to find out.

   ♾️Dear developers♾️. Fretello is horrible! When you log in, it takes you to this screen where it asks you to pay. Fretello is free, so I said no, and it gets you back to the log in page. It’s an infinite loop!

   Very bad programming. Scam company.. This app is unusable. Frquent errors during signup and other basic actions. The tuner can (sometimes) hear the high E, B, and G strings -- however, no luck on D, A, or low E. I have tried some other applications like Yousician, Rocksmith plus and Simply guitar and none of those has issues like this. I suggest that this app is made ready for primetime and until then removed from the store. Update. I cancelled this subscription and a year later I was still billed for it. Very unhappy.

   Needs work. I was on the lesson and when I played the correct string on the correct fret (before someone says it’s a user error I triple checked that I was playing the right thing and I was) it said that it was wrong and when I played a bunch of random muffled notes it said “great job” and I moved on.

   Would like to this ripoff zero stars.. I take full responsibility for not reading the fine print. IF YOU DOWNLOAD THE FREE TRIAL AND DON'T WANT IT MAKE SURE TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT 24 HOURS BEFORE THE TRIAL EXPIRES. I WAS JUST CHARGED $100 FOR THIS JUNK.

   Bait and switch. Another app that pretends to be free but waits to you sign up to tell you it’s $19.99 and lock you into a deal you didn’t want. Wish they would be upfront about subscription services and prices.

   Money. Hungry. This product at first I thought I enjoyed it when I opened it but after 10 days I was charged $119 for something that I wasn’t for sure of please beware this is a money hungry company and when you put your dot on the line you’re going to be charge for it Please let me drive the car to see if I like it not happy

    Song selection. Maybe spend less money advertising your app on the front page and spend a bit more on licensing more songs. The selection is extremely limited. Anyone whose not a fan of their small list of music is sure to be disappointed

    Charged me after cancelling subscription. I signed up for a free trial and cancelled 10 minutes later due to the lack of relevant material and they still charged me. Even if you close your account it’s not considered canceling your subscription. Beware.

    Mic can’t pick up guitar. I tried doing the beginner ones and the mic couldn’t pick up the first cord. Everything was tuned right. I had to put my guitar right up to my phone for it to barely work. Other apps have had zero problems.

    Disappointed. I absolutely hate this app! So frustrating . I have to pick a note three time before it registers making the metronome pointless. In fact I am unsubscribing from the YouTube who recommended this app. This app does more damage to musicians than good.

    Left to wander. I completely confused by a training program that doesn’t let me go back to lesson 1 to review or practice I have learned nothing and doesn’t know how to go foward with out a proper foundation.. I am canceling today.

    Wants your money! Don’t try unless you want to buy. I downloaded to try. You know free app with in app purchases. Well it’s free to download and then start a free trial. Which is enough time for them to get your info and then charge you. This should just be a $120 app to download. I canceled to free trial to avoid the subscription. They still tried to charge me. My bank flagged the charge and we denied it. Then when we got a new bank card, activated it, fretello keep trying until it went through! I don’t have the app, I canceled the subscription, not sure how they can get away with thinking they can still charge me. DO NOT DOWNLOAD UNLES TOU WANT TO PAY!!!

    Wrongful charge. Pay close attention to the negative feedback it is all true!! This app will charge you for a year subscription with no warning do not download as a trial you will lose money...

    Doesn’t account for beginners. Doesn’t help with the intricacies of how to properly learn the guitar. Immediately throws you into more advanced styles and doesn’t do enough to explain them. I’ve used other apps like Yousician and Justin Guitar that taught me those things. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Warning - this app defaults to a year payment. Who does that? I was willing to try it for a month of paid service. I apparently missed where they say you’ll be charged for a year after the free week. I didn’t know any app did that. Kind of bs, I think. Not very happy at all about this. Buyer beware and all that. No opinion on the app itself. I’m too mad to use it now.

    Free trial?. Was offered a free 7 day trial, and was immediately charged within hours. Tried to under stand the app being a brand new guitar owner and never playing, videos kept buffering only within the app all other forms of video streaming played fine on my phone. Went to delete app and cancel free trail only to have been charged $16.23! Highly disappointed in the app for its false advertising across the board. Not for beginners and takes your money before you can even complete one lesson!

    NOT FREE. To the guy who said “Don’t pay attention to negative reviews” then stated how the developers made this app for free?? It is NOT free! It’s $100/year! Oh, you mean my 7 day free trial where I still need a credit card to activate? I don’t have a problem with someone charging for an app. Just don’t lie claiming it’s free then scam people into paying
