   Hard to navigate. Not for beginners I spend more time trying to navigate app than learning

   Does not work properly. In the game mode the count down starts, however, when it reaches zero the app freezes. In the song mode the video and chord views are not in sync. I have deleted app and reinstalled it several times but the issues persist. Same issues on my iPad and iPhone.

   Does not work. I cannot review the app because it does not work. The game counts down, but the app does not move after that.

   App no longer maintained. This app hasn’t had an update in 3 years. It doesn’t work and shouldn’t even be available.

   Not working. Still not working. Not to mention I got no reply and my fret zealot 2 doesn’t even connect to it . Keeps saying my Bluetooth is off mean while it’s on. The game part of everything never ever works it keeps telling me I have connection problem. I certainly don’t see one if I’m able to write this review. And the lack of support on this makes it worse . The games never worked I checked old reviews and tried to type in the support site to send a ticket in and it took me no where. The main site has no support for the spark edu either . I spent money on not just the app but also your amp products and this is how you treat your customers?

   Broken. The game portion of the app does now work. I specifically paid for this feature and it is now worthless.

   Gimmick. This is nothing more then a gimmick. Trying to sync chords to Youtube videos is ridiculous. Not only are the chords wrong and out of sync but a misrepresentation. There are better options for all levels and styles.

    There Are Much Better Options Available. The app uses Positive Grid’s auto chord transcription to teach you song. The problem with that being the transcriptions are often wrong. Also the app is some kind of YouTube rhythm game that doesn’t actually track your play. So it can actively tell you if you got anything wrong or right. In fact it can be fooled by hearing itself loudly. If you REALLY want to learn guitar nothing will stop you BUT paying for a subscription to this app WON’T help.

    Games don’t work. Love the amp and thought the educational amp could be cool. Great concept to gaming practice but unfortunately it just keeps freezing over and over again. It has not worked once. Super disappointed.

    Doesn’t work after the update. The program doesn’t work after the iPad update nor does the amp and good luck getting an answer or trying to undo an iPad update. Now I hate everything.

    Frustrated. Won’t keep my subscription settings. How in the world do pick points work? Not very intuitive!

    Don’t work. When I play the game. It says that I am hitting the notes. When I am not even playing anything? I got the one week trial. I think I am going to cancel it before I get charged.

    Probably one of the worst on the app store.. Doesn't care what notes I play, gives you credit for playing notes even if you dont have a guitar in your hands! Doesnt work with fret zealot. Horrible menu layout. I never leave bad reviews but this was bad enough to inspire me. Deleted and never looking back.

    Doesn’t work at all.. It doesn’t recognize the sound at all. Very buggy and a shameless copy of yousician.

    Very inaccurate .... The very first song I tried was by the Killers “bright Side” The chords dictated are remotely correct but no where near the actual truth. This tune during the verse is heavily harmonics played on the guitar whilst this app is showing Mel bay style bar chords. Nice idea but ‘no’

    Another Subscription App?!. I will not support the subscription app model, ever. I like Positive Grid apps (a whole lot) but I won’t go here. If you switch any other apps I will no longer support those apps or your company. Just charge more upfront and be done with it.

    Sign up doesn’t work. Can’t get past the sign up screen. I get an error with no explanation of what caused the error.

    Nothing works.. I tried to start the lesson. But it count down up to 3, then nothing happens. Improve it guys. I’m nowhere near going to pay for it, if this is how it is…

    An embarrassment. It doesn’t bode well when the first two sentences of “what’s new” make no sense. The fact that nobody on the “team” has noticed this does little to inspire consumer confidence. Edit: One year on and you still haven’t bothered to proof read and correct your copy? What a joke.

    is this going to be the app for the new spark amp?. positive grid are very slow letting customers know what going on , new amp is supposed to be getting shipped dec onwards but , but they haven’t even told us when or what the app will be that accompanies the spark amp!

    Suspicious.... Just downloaded it and it’s asking me if I want to start a trial, but it’s not telling me how much the subscription actually is. I don’t think I’ll be using this app at all. Rather disappointing, because this seemed to be the better one out of all the other apps I’ve looked at.

    Needs work on time keeping. Over time clock needs work haven’t been able to use the app in over a month

    Abandoned?. Most of it doesn’t work, and hasn’t been updated in years. Shame, it looked like it had some good lesson material available.

    Eh. Overall a pretty decent app. Features are pretty cool. Looks kinda sketchy in my opinion but nothing concerning or worries me.
