   Incorrect interval charting. I haven’t verified the other game options it has but if you’re like me and want to be able to identify intervals on guitar, know that this app does not recognize 4ths as being on the same fret a string over but rather one lower. If it didn’t have issues like this it would be a great tool.

   Policies?. Privacy policy? Terms and Conditions? For a guitar app? I get it - EVERYONE is doing it so why can’t we. Well….deleted. Sick of it.

   extremely underwhelming. song writing feature was clunky and difficult to use. ON TOP of that, it deletes your songs under “song writing” if you try to change the bpm and there’s no way to reload a backup without paying their subscription. underwhelmed and very upset that my masterpiece is now locked behind a paywall :/

   Cannot login to subscribed account. I had yearly subscription on pixel phone. Now I have iPhone but i can’t seem to login or put my email id anywhere and so I can’t retain my subscription. Somebody pls help me out. This should be easy to fix

   Subscription did not unlock. I used to use the app and now most content is behind a paywall. I enjoy the app and was willing to pay the annual subscription. I paid the $23.99, but the content did not unlock. Tried uninstall/reinstall and Restore Purchases. Nothing worked. Support for the app was unable to help. Had to get a refund from Apple. Wish I could pay and get the full app, but apparently need to move on.

   Why do they need to collect so much personal data.. Fight back on data collection nice app but recent update requires you to accept their collection of personal info… no thankyou! Good bye!

   Could be better. Hey I usually don’t do reviews but I’m trying to quiz myself to memorize the neck of the guitar for my own song making and I really don’t think only 1 challenge should be avaliable if you don’t get the premium at lease cycle through the challenges each day not just limit people to just the first fret challenge 🫤

    Useless without monthly subscription. There’s not a lot here if you don’t shell out money monthly. Anything beyond the first two frets is off limits in the free version. I’d pay a couple bucks for a full version, but this is subscription based so, well, see ya later.

    Subscription Model. Why does an app like this require a subscription model? I was just playing around with the app. I wanted to learn scales and chords for the mandolin - and it appeared that this would be the best app to learn these music theory concepts, especially as it contains a variety of fretted string instruments, such as guitar, ukulele and mandolin - along with options for various number of strings of these instruments. It also has a layout where I can visually see the fretboard. So I am exploring the app and going to the scales and chords for mandolin - and I see that in order to unlock the other scales and chords, I have to buy Fretonomy Premium. So I go to the app, assuming that it will just be a one-time in-app purchase - or I could upgrade to the Pro version in the app store. Then, next thing you know, it gives me the option to subscribe for one month or the better value to subscribe for one year (33% off). What? I really cannot support this business model. I should be able to own the app and use it at any time after purchasing, without having to continue paying on a continuous basis. It is bad enough that most music educational places that give lessons require you to pay for the month up front, I cannot tolerate this model coming down to an accessory for learning music. This should be a purchase and be able to use for the life of your music education resource.

    Loved this app. Until they went Subscription.. I loved this app and theres just not another one like it. Im really bummed they decided to opt for the subscription model. I’ll unfortunately be deleting this one from my phone.

    Useless without subscribing.. The Subscription model has ruined the App Store. I will never subscribe to an app. Apps used to cost .99 cents. Now you pay perpetually and never own the app. So, you end up spending thousands on an app over time. Please just let us pay a reasonable one time fee. Stop being greedy.

    Subscription required for a memorization tool. Really liked the app, but without a subscription of either $2.99 a month or $24.99 per year you get nothing more than the first two frets. That’s a lot of money for a memorization app that I don’t even pick up my guitar to play along with. If there was audio recognition built in to the app this would be 5 stars and have my money, but frankly I can run memorization challenges on my own with my fingers on an actual fretboard for exactly zero dollars. Not worth it.

    Ordered and won’t function.. Ordered product, charged my account and will not play. Continually tries to get me to buy again yet when I do it states already bought. Restated iPad, deleted app and reloaded and nothing functions. Hope to get my monthly subscription refunded.

    I purchased an annual subscription that doesn’t work.. I had access to this app for a month or so after I purchased an annual subscription, but now the app has shut me out and keeps asking for a monthly or annual purchase to play. I’ve requested a refund from Apple, but I’m not optimistic because of the time that has passed. So the annual purchase, at least, appears to be a rip-off. Too bad, there was a lot to like about the app.

    Banjo tuning wrong. So I wrote a previous review but can’t find it where I mentioned that the banjo tuning is wrong. I scrolled through some of the critical reviews and forum one from two years ago that mentions this and they just say that you can change the tuning to whatever you want so it’s not a problem. Sorry, I know you can change the tuning but as an app developer you should have the standard tunings and chords correct. The chords you have in the app make no sense. This app is poor andIm a bit mad that they could easily change the default tuning of the banjo but they take this attitude towards their product. Now im definitely not buying this.

    Bug Issue. Hey what’s up with your program? I bought it thinking I can learn the fretboard better, but you guys need to fix some bugs or I want a refund. There’s a bug when playing note names. Let’s say I just want to learn just the 4th fret. It keeps on trying to teach me the B note on the same string. It also won’t register correctly when I choose sharps or flats to play the 4th fret challenge.
