   Uses AI to listen to you no thanks. Uses AI to listen to you no thanks I don’t need to be monitored from my guitar app as an artist this is really disappointing to see from an app that is supposed to support musicians given the climate of how artists are treated and their art is stolen by AI.

   Took my money and ran. I bought 4 of your apps in 2012. Full access. I had to download your apps again today. I found that I have no access to full features and your app says that there is no record of my purchase. So I ask, why did you rip me off? Do I have to go through Apple to get the older version of the app back?

   Shame on you, ChordBank. This app used to be great, then all of a sudden they removed the scales section over to a different app and are trying to charge a yearly subscription.

   Nope. This app is pay to play on any features you need to add. It’s a money grab to access all the normal things you would want to use on an app like this. By the time you add it all up you are paying over ten buck a month. Give me a break, if you want to play and learn, this app holds hostage the features that should be part of the discovery process. The reverse chord feature seemed nice until I typed in a chord and it said it couldn’t name it. It also completely freezes on my iPad Pro 2023. Don’t waist your money.

    Too many features moved behind paywall, even for longtime users. I’ve used this app for years, recommended it to dozens of friends…always found it useful. So imagine my annoyance when I found that most of the features I use have been moved behind a paywall and early adopters don’t even get a discount. I understand developers need to make money, but you should also reward your most loyal users. That’s not unheard of or unusual. Regardless, $50/year is not even a good value considering there are so many cheaper alternatives.

    Features now Paywalled. Reverse finder, a feature which used to be free, is now paywalled in violation of the app store guidelines. So annoying. I can’t even revert to an older version.

    Paid for this app in full and now there’s a monthly subscription?. What’s the deal? I paid for this app years ago. I go to use it today and it’s giving me a “Try it free for 7 days” message and I can’t access the program I PAID FOR! This can’t be legal!

    Great app but pay system is trash. Been using this app for YEARS and it’s been fantastic however there’s a subscription now so it’s all been ruined. There’s been no updates and this is a non interactive app. There’s no reason for a continuous subscription. Makes no sense at all. Charge one price and call it done. I’m going back to an old fashioned book for guitar chords. App culture has gotten insane.

    Had this app on an old cell phone BUT...!. Had this app on an old cell phone . I used it daily, because I really like how user friendly it is and the reverse chord finder, it was the best! ...until I tried to download it to my new iPhone 14. Now, unless I'm roped into a monthly fee, I can't use it anymore. I looked for a one time purchase, but didn't find it. Too bad for me and too bad for ChordBank. You've lost my business and I will no longer recommend this app. I don't mind searching through my chord books, it takes longer to find what I'm looking for, but that's fine by me.

    Another subscription service. I am hoping I’m not getting charged for this. I unfortunately download and opened it there is does not seem to be a way to escape it once you are in it. I have deleted it. It it charges me anything I guess I am in for a fight these things are very frustrating. Did I mention aggravating too?

    STAY AWAY!!!. I paid for this app years ago, and it was a good app. But now they want a subscription to access what I paid for years ago. There are many great alternative apps without subscriptions. I recommend getting one of those apps instead. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!

    Took My Money & Didn’t Upgrade. Took my money for a “Pro” subscription but still sent me to the paywall (instead of enabling the feature). App must have got confused in its internal state somehow. Apple wouldn’t refund even after they had the details so zero stars for them too.

    Subscription ruined it. I had been using this since it was first released. I used simply as a chord dictionary. As soon as it went it went subscription, I was turned off. Without a subscription your bombarded with ads. I just deleted the app today. Unfortunate.

    Outrageously priced and glitchy on iPhone. I think they make the free version glitchy and bad on purpose. They think this will convince you to pay an outrageous 17.99 to buy the full version. No thanks. There are better chord apps for much less on the App Store.

    Why did you remove a feature, save favorite chords?. Bought app several years ago and had saved many chords. Now the save chord feature is locked behind a sign up with your email. No thanks. I used that feature a lot.

    Monthly fee to save chords?. There are a lot of websites that do this for free. I’d rather pay 20 bucks one time than deal with some subscription. Why do I need your cloud access for a chord finding app?
