   Horrible. I downloaded this app hoping to learn guitar but all it does is blah blah do this do that then jumps right into a song and doesn’t even teach you

   Terrible. This app keeps asking for you to pay money. After one lesson, it doesn’t let you play anything. You’d be better off learning from your dead father great great great grandfather. At least he won’t make you pay. I don’t recommend unless you want your money wasted

   DO NOT GET THIS APP. Do not get this app it is one of the worst guitar apps I have ever gotten my guitar was perfectly tuned and then it made me tune it to move on and it got all out of wack and my guitar string snapped this app is horrible it didn’t show me what to do or how tow to do anything none of the videos are helpful and the track only lets you do so many things. DO NOT GET THIS APP IT IS A WAIST OF MONEY IF UOU PAY

   Rip Off !. Some time ago, I purchased many lessons that were downloaded and available at any time. They were good for life. After a lengthy absence due to unforeseen circumstances, I returned to pick up the guitar again. I found that all paid for lessons were somehow deleted by this app. If I want it again I’ll have pay up even more. They are RIP OFF artists !!!

   Unusable. App rarely picks up the sound being played so you can’t progress. Was looking forward to this app but no matter what adjustment I make it doesn’t register the notes or sounds. Other apps work fine

   Awful app. I am beyond frustrated, I was supposed to get a free trial but they charged me immediately for a whole year 65.39 I tried contacting them a few days ago and I get no response, also the stupid app does not even hear my guitar most of the time, i barely managed to get through a few lessons now the app won’t hear my guitar at all and since they won’t respond i guess i am out 65 dollars that they had no right charging me for. I feel like this is a scam at this point

    Money not returned, after free trial. The free trial is not honored. The app took $59 when I created ID. I tried it for a day and did not like it. My money has not been refunded after I canceled subscription. Nobody is responding via email or online help.

    Doesn’t let me login after paying. Got tricked into paying for a year when trying for the trial. Now if I go to login no email of mine works and the app says the email doesn’t exist. I’ve tried my Apple ID and the hide my email address that was used to create the account but nothing works. Don’t pay for this app.

    Tuning broke my guitar. I tried to tune my guitar for the first time with this app and it kept telling me to turn it up higher and higher and then it finally snapped

    Subscriptions !!!. This is the worst app ever with very poor customer service and they never will answer your mail and even if they answer too they don’t make sense. This app don’t deserve to be in the AppStore!👎👎👎 Where are my paid songs, they have denied me access to my paid songs. This app is full of scam don’t fall for it! Thieves refund my money back, still counting on apple support to take this app down.

    Not a free trial. I clicked on the free trial thinking I would get seven days free instead of charged me $60 and they refused to refund my money even though I’ve contacted them several times about the issues.. do not use this app!!!!

    Songs. There are songs that are specifically designed for electric guitar playing but they display the lessons using acoustic guitar. Example in question is the song “Whole Lotta Love” By Led Zepplin. They displayed this whole song lesson on acoustic! This is a travasty considering paying a premuim level subscription. I have emailed support many times over the past years complaining about this and they always said they would correct it. Why are they using acoustic lessons on songs clearly was designed for electric guitar? Alot of artists are missing too. Joan Jett, Bryan Adams etc…clearly this app is very good but the way they promote the majority of songs on acoustic is not wotht the money

    After I canceled the free trail on day 5. I was charged by PayPal three times in the amount of 14.00 dollars I never used PayPal for over 10 years. It’s interesting when I had to enter info through this app and this company wanted card info for a free trial when most free trials read off IP address. Be aware of apps people.

    Can’t even properly listen. TRASH!!. Immediately disconnected from AirPods and headphones. My guitar is completely out of tune from the stupid “tuner” more like trash!

    Not for beginners. I download the app and automatically starts playing a song with no help with chords or frets, yes the song is playable just beginners have no clue how to play so please help them with chords and many other things

    Used to work perfect. I used to be able to go on whatever lesson I wanted but now if I click on anything, the whole app crashes. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall the app, and it didn’t work. I tried to reset my phone, and it still didn’t work. I even made a whole new account, and it doesn’t work. I’ve checked for updates but guess what, it’s up to date. I’m really disappointed and I used to be able to use the website on my computer for lessons but now all it asks is to sign up for a “free trial” and then it’s over priced. Does anyone else have this problem?

    I can’t delete this app off my phone. And I can’t sign up without paying 19.99 which is the reason I want to delete this. I thought it would give me a sample to see if I liked it without having to sign up to pay for it first getting 1 week free trial. They should give you a free trial first then have people sign in to pay because this app may not be the right one for me and there are others that maybe a better fit for me.
