   Ukulele fret board trainer. I am left handed, so there is no option to switch alignment in the app. I want to cancel my subscription, but there are no clear directions and it is not found on my Apple subscriptions in settings. This means I will have to call my credit card to cancel. Not good. Please do better in the future. Yours, Lin Buer

   No sound. Purchased app. No sound! Continues to say my phone is on mute. Can listen to Other apps no problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled it nothing. Not happy about it. If you can’t fix this please refund my money thank you so much

   Unplayable!. Extremely annoying how they place the "unlock guitars" right below the note selections, so you are constantly selecting it by mistake. Why do otherwise good apps feel it is necessary to scam, con, or annoy people into buying more? In this case it won't work. I've deleted the app!

   Annoying Reminders. Went off with a unwarranted reminder to use the app during an inopportune time. Totally unprofessional and deleting app as soon as this is posted. A shame because this would be a great application and with many teaching uses. But I will not use an application that is so pestering and sends notifications that are completely unwanted.

   No Access to Instruments. You can only access open notes through the 5th fret before you have to pay $2.99 to unlock just one instrument [guitar]. Too much money for one instrument and there are six instruments total. There are a number of free apps that give you full access without a fee.

   In you face adds...... I understand developers want/need you to buy their product by placing adds in the free version of the program but when you slam full screen, LOUD adds in my face, you just lost a sale.

   This app doesn't work. No matter what you click on you get an ad, and then when you get back to the main menu and try an option you get another ad. No content at all. Very sad. You try the free app in order to see if you want to purchase the app without ads. When the free app doesn't work you delete it and move on

    Should have been free... At least until they fixed the many bugs. Frequently freezes and gets stuck in bizarre on-screen configurations. The$2.99 ad free version should be refunded. There are better guitar ear trainer apps. This one stinks.

    Ad infested. It doesn't TEACH the fretboard, you have to hen peck your way into guessing what you're hearing. Fine if you have background in the instrument but terrible for a beginner. Doubly aggravating are the infestation of ad's that take up to 30 seconds to play after every 3-4 notes you pluck. Junk.

    Sound doesn't always work!!!.... The app would be really cool if it worked as it's advertised. The sound doesn't work and when I contacted the developer the only thing they said is that they are aware of the problem but can't figure out why it's occurring. Most of the app requires sound so it's a big issue. The developer needs to figure it out. The app would be great if it worked right.

    Rip off. This app claims to have 11 different instruments. But what they don't tell you is that you have to pay 2.99 for each one. They do not include it in the actual app. Ridiculous. I want my money back. I bought this to use the ukulele instrument but it is only for guitar. What a scam.

    Not so great. Fingerboard is zoomed in too close and cuts off where the nut is, so you don't know where you are. Can't zoom out to see. If you enable staff, it covers up things and makes it hard to see. Left-hand mode doesn't work reliably, especially when trying to rotate. Basically the overall view of the fretboard is too cluttered to see clearly. I deleted it.

    Crashes. After upgrading to the newest version, it starts to load and then I'm back at my home screen. The app just shuts down almost immediately. Very disappointed.

    Stupid. I thought that some of the reviews were right when they said awesome. But they are wrong it is a game where you just GUESS!!! Also the only guitar u get is stupid but there is a pretty cool guitar for $2.99 so do not get it ( I would rate 0 stars if I could)

    Bad app. App. Makes little sense. It claims one cord is one thing then changes the answer two seconds later. You can't ever get answers right that way.

    Ridiculous consent requirements. Looked promising but the first thing I had to do before even being able to use the app was to get through the consent screen. There was no “Reject All” option, so would’ve had to toggle each setting off - and there were lots of them. Sod that! I would have happily paid for extra content offered in the game as well. Hopefully the developer reads this and re-thinks the consent screen, as it does look like it would be a good app.
