Lost all my music. What alarm is searching a new music and all of my music is now lost. We downloaded the app. Something is F ed up can’t search music. Basically the app is useless right now.

Dead app. This was a good app years ago. The developer decided to decommission a lot of functionality thereby rendering the app essentially useless to everyone who paid for it. Apple Store take note. This app should be removed.

Worst support ever. Actually NO support! I’ve used this app for about 10 years, then a few months ago the “send to email function” stopped working. I read all the FAQs, no help so I emailed their support. I got an automated response saying they’d get back to me. Nothing from them in 4 months. I emailed them twice more and only get the automated response. I think this company is defunct.

Sad to see it fail. I used this app for years with various iPhones and recommended it to all my Baby Boomer guitar playing friends. It worked well until it didn’t, maybe 3 months ago it stopped sending my chosen songs to email for printing. I emailed support and got a form letter back saying they would contact me unless the answer to my question was on the FAQ portion of their web site. It wasn’t, but they never emailed me back. I have since discovered that the app has been considered “abandoned” by android phone users. So has it been? It is being abandoned by me, for sure.

Used to be good, sadly no more.. I’ve had this app for 3 years. Now the email and scroll features won’t work. They are very aware that these features don’t work. They will not respond to emails. They refer you to join a FB page that wants you to be part of a new beta app that is similar to GuitarTapp. This is really sad. So, if you get this app just know that if you want to share a song you will have to take a screen shot, then save it to your device and import it to your library. (Stupid, right!)

Doesn’t work, no support. Paid for the app and downloaded. Crashes every time without loading. Deleted and reinstalled with same result. Sent email to customer support (as they requested) with no response to any of my messages. I can only say be wary.

I bought the app and i won’t even open!. I bought the app and It wont even open. How come apple app store still displays apps no longer supported or updated by developers. They should have taken it out if no longer updated…..it doesn't work on my ipad pro m2 with latest ios.

keyboard disabled. I used the dictation option once to put in a title and now I can’t switch back to keyboard and when I click on the keyboard icon it just closes the app. Frustrating.

Ruined it for me. It was a great app until they changed how I can view my favorites. It used to just show the whole title of a song. Now I bring up favorites and it has them categorized by first letter?? I have over one hundred songs in it. I don’t remember each song by first letter I have saved!!! Sometimes I just like to scroll through the titles and pick a song out. That’s ruined now. Why would they change something so easy like a whole title to: let’s see I’ll have to remember every song on my own I added because I can only find it by first letter!!!! Put the thing back like it was so I can read the title of the song!!!!! It’s now a pain to use!!!!!

Sad. Paid for this years ago. Apparently the dev decided not to continue to support it. Attempts to export pdf to print make the app crash now. Don’t waste money on something that used to be good. :(

Lost auto scroll. I have been using for some time and all of a sudden auto scroll stops working. I have never been happy with app especially the way it interfaces with drop box. I am looking for a professional app to replace this junk

Could be the end?. Can’t find the server to email a song??? Can’t find a server when I try to ask for help??? Sounds like the app has no more support. Funny that the pay button still works.

not working, no support. i liked app, but several wks ago it started crashing 100% on startup. i can’t even access all my “playlists” i saved over a year of use. i’ve tried resets, reloads, etc. no replies from several attempts to contact developer. very, very disappointing. can’t believe it’s still on app store.

Scrolling issue. The app was working great until I downloaded the latest IOS platform on my iPad. Scrolling stopped working. I sent emails to support and got an auto reply, then nothing. This appears to be an unsupported app. 1 year later. Still no support for the app and now email gets bounced back due to an invalid email address. Not sure if the company is still in business.

No longer works on iPhone.. Simple as that. iOS 14 wont open the app. I loved this app, and will miss it, if things aren’t fixed. I don’t hold much hope of that happening since the last comments are from 3 years ago.

No updates since 2018.... Recent update prevents this app from starting. Terrible shame. Back to paper.
