   Money Grab. Another money hungry developer. After paying for a “lifetime” subscription years ago, now they want a monthly subscription for the “max” features of the app. This society of subscription based services where everyone is searching how to get another $4.99 a month from people is disgusting. You will own nothing and subscribe to it for $12.99 a month (ads) and $19.99 a month (no ads) plus get an email every few months quietly notifying you the price is increasing. Pshhh. Kick rocks!

   Used to be able to use all the scales but now you have to pay. I’ve been using this app for about two years now and I go on it today and I can’t look at the skills. I normally look at I can only look at the three major ones big problem I’m deleting.

   Rip off. Requires a subscription. Subscription models agave ruined the App Store. You end up paying thousands for an app you will never own. I will NEVER subscribe to an app. Please just let us buy a full version at a reasonable price instead of being greedy. Apps used to cost .99 cents. It’s out of control now.

   STAY AWAY!!!. I paid for this app years ago, and it was a good app. But now they want a subscription to access what I paid for years ago. There are many great alternative apps without subscriptions. I recommend getting one of those apps instead. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!

   Paid for lifetime pass and no longer valid?. This app logged me out after an update and now wants money on subscription. I had access for years easily and referenced it all the time, but Im deleting all their products today and getting the classic basic instructor posters online somewhere.

   Do not download. This app automatically charges a monthly subscription after 2 weeks. That information was not mentioned in the product description and is a deceitful business practice/scam.

    Stupid App. Like all other apps these days you have to pay like $5 a month to get access to any of the important scales. I would give less than 1 star if that was possible cause it just pisses me off when apps do this.

    Useles. Downloaded and deleted on the same day. There are no instructions and, unless there’s a secret button someplace, no way to declutter the keyboard to get an idea of any chord structures or scale sequence. Complete waste of time.

    Don’t waste your money. If you have already downloaded and paid for the upgrades for the ChordBank app then you have everything this app has to offer except for one scale mode called enigmatic which is a useless mode.

    Abandoned. If you want to support this dev, do it in ChordBank. If you decide to pay to unlock all scales, doing it in that app will still allow you to unlock other features, whereas if you do that here, you would have to pay twice to later unlock all the chord and scale features in ChordBank, which is just this app plus a lot more. I just found another app called Chord! that does everything that this app and everything that ChordBank does for way cheaper (though it is sans the jam tracks). I get more info faster with the other app.

    Cool app but.... Unfortunately, the app doesn’t disable the iPhone’s power saving mode, so the phone screen will automatically turn off after a bit and the app will stop.

    Another bait and switch. Please don't pretend the app is "free" when you can't do anything unless you purchase the "upgrade". Just be honest and stop wasting everyone's time.

    Scales? More like notes on fretboard. Really does not display scales but just notes on fretboard. No scale pattern grouping for reference.

    Scam. Purchased the pro version so I could get all the scales. Worked once, now it wants me to upgrade again. Emailed the developer and got no response. Stay away from this one!

    Not free if you want anything more than basic major scales .. It's not free .You have to pay for anything more than basic scales .It's ok to use ,though visible fret numbers would be a useful and easy addition .

    No positions and it's not free when you want more than basics. Horrible app. No positions, only basic scales are free. There are free apps out there that do everything you want . I uninstalled after a minute of browsing the app.

    Dodgy. Good idea and works well when it works well but unfortunately after paying £1.99 for update it went downhill thereafter. Buttons do not work and various other problems. Also no visible way to contact them either.
