   Misleading subscription model. The free version will lock up after you make 25 activities. I was perfectly happy using the app with just the free features, and after I’d settled into a good rhythm of using it, it locked the app and told me to pay. The app is good quality, but don’t download it unless you’re ready to pay for the subscription from the start.

   Unreliable. I love the software and it is very helpful. Starting last night and still today I am unable to launch the app. I was keeping everything in there. This is the second time I’ve had problems with it. I am considering a different app or going back to paper. I feel lost without all my notes.

   Sick of apps not working with password managers. When an application requires that you create a password and usernane and doesn’t allow you to paste or generate passwords with the built in capabilities or extended capabilities it is useless to me. Cut/paste isn’t allowed so I can’t make it anywhere and on the account creation screen it inexplicably limited you to putting the password on the bottom password but not the first one since it makes you enter twice. None of the iOS cut/paste prompts come up so unable to copy and paste it out of it. If you require an account it’s mandatory you get this working. Especially in an app that wants money for features this isn’t adware this is a software package we want to give you cash to use. Can’t get past the start screen because can’t create a secure login really hard to evaluate and pay money for something.

   I truly had to call a shrink after trying this. I'm sure the developer didn't *intend* to cause me to consider this app as yet another, recent sign that I'll simply remain (what I consider) a useless person, without a chance of accomplishing anything else of any importance in this lifetime. This app's absurd glitches are frustrating as hell (to a normally laid-back, calm person). It currently has extremely time-wasting, motivation-sapping glitches. I imagine the developer is a nice person who diligently tries to create/improve this app that's based on potentially helpful concepts though I *adamantly admit I was disheartened & thought, "Does this person consider the app users fools?" because there's a link in the app leading you to an option to PURCHASE $300/hour (before 33% off sale so $200/HOUR) LIFE "COACHING" SESSIONS, with NO MENTION EVEN OF THE CREDENTIALS OF SAID "COACH." Sure, sign me up for at least a couple. Why not. Anyway, back to the "app": What in the freaking world is wrong with this thing? It first seemed GREAT, but when I was finished with an (engaging & "would have been helpful") process of "goal-setting," I turned to another app activity. When I later tried to find the goal stuff I'd poured my heart, time, & energy into, everything I'd written had VANISHED. I tried again, two more times, thinking maybe I'd missed some button I was supposed to press or SOMEthing but this glitch simply occurred repeatedly. Then, hanging in there, I decided to try to use the "Activities" part of the app as a sort of a work-around, & the same happened! Plus, although the developer states something above about having fixed something with iCal, nothing at all was saved on mine. My iPad is completely up to date with everything, it's the 2019 7th gen., & every other app I use is working fine. I just wish my mood (& maybe the next couple hours) were not now f***ed up. I couldn't afford that today at all. Maybe I should try one of those online therapy apps for "further support," but I feel a bit sick & have decided to go back to bed.

    Unimpressed. I tried this and was unimpressed Too complicated to set up on a phone or tablet and no tutorial Once I picked three goals I couldn’t check out any other goals without going pro. But I couldn’t unpick any of the goals I had selected so I could go back to exploring options. It seems like a good idea but clearly not very well tested by people not familiar with this stuff

    No Longer Syncs to IOS Reminders 😡. Nothing is more frustrating than when a developer takes away a function of an app without notice. There was nothing in the “What’s new” portion of this page that warned that this function would go away. It really pisses off current users and negatively affects a developers credibility. I liked using the evening routine of using this app to plan my next day and add activities that would show up the native IOS Reminders app. Granted reminders were only unidirectional, ie reminders added to the Reminders app could not be imported to this app, but at least they were there. Syncing with Reminders is useful because the Reminders app is integrated with Siri and Shortcuts. I use those reminders with another calendar app that I like better than the native IOS calendar or the calendar feature on this app. I had a system I could easily manage and now it is broken. In other words, just having this app send a reminder through notifications is not good enough and shows that the developer lacks imagination when it comes to use cases. It’s a shame, because this was the best goal setting app I have found, but now it’s usefulness is incredibly decreased.

    App has a lot of glitches. I spent 20 mins of my life making miles stones for weight loss for 12 weeks only to find the app jumbles it and glitches the dates. It was disappointing.

    Would have been nice had it worked. I used this app when it was new. It was simple, but effective. For some reason I got out of the habit of using it. After hearing about the updates I decided to try it again. It was fine until I got to the goals page. I tried to set a goal and it said that I had reached my limit of three goals. When I tried to see the goals it only showed one. When I tried again to add a goal it said I had reached the limit of three. I deactivated the account, thinking that would clear it so I could start over. No. I couldn't re-register or reactivate the account. I then got an email saying that if I had a paid membership I should cancel payment. I had planned to. Thank goodness I didn't spend money on this!

    Disappointed and Frustrated!. I have asked for my password to be reset. I NEVER get a response even though I have tried multiple times over multiple days. Very frustrating to say the least!

    Confusing, poorly designed, and exploitive.. I set a goal and could not find it, so I set the goal again. Once I had set the goal a second time, it showed me a list of goals, including the first one, which had gotten lost due to a poorly designed GUI... and it gave me no option to delete that goal. Then it counted the duplicate goal caused by poor interface design toward my three free goals, after which I would need to pay. It’s absurd, and offensive, and I feel the company owes me money. “But you didn’t pay anything!” I WASTED VALUABLE TIME, because these programmers were thoughtless and mercenary.

    Won’t even let me sign up. I can’t complete sign up and the app doesn’t even say why, then when I click the link for support on this page I get a word document downloaded onto my phone that just says ‘app support.’ Is this a joke?

    Can’t even sign up. I tried to sign up for a new account and nothing happened. Tried to delete app and reinstall it still not able to sign up or sign in. What a let down. Glitches before I can even use it.

    RJ. This app does not reflect the positive reviews it has. First, it has multiple sections where you have to enter your progress on each of your goals to collect that information overtime. Which is really inconvenient. Second, you pay $20 to use it for three months and then they expect you to pay $20 a month or they won't let you see your goals. This is deceptive and definitely not worth $20 per month.

    No support. The app itself is a great idea however I'm having problems with it syncing correctly and I haven't been able to get any support. I've messaged twice and no response. I paid for the upgrade (I'm not even sure what was included it other than you can set more than 3 goals). When you pay 19.99 for an app I'd expect better customer service and support. There are so many productivity apps out there, I'd say don't waste your time and money on this one.

    Can't login in ... and they're ignoring my emails. I've have sent them 2 emails. The first one was almost a auto-reply "We are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. We will get our engineers look into it and get back to you once it is fully resolved." NEVER heard back from them, even after indent them a second email with a screenshot showing I can't log in (I have tried changing the password - nothing works). 😡

    Couldn't even register.. When I tried to register with two different email addresses, it threw exceptions. Upon trying to retrieve my password a a workaround, it sends an email them directs me to a mobile site that says I don't have the required "roles" to access the site. Off to a bad start here. On to the next app. Also, your mobile site does not work in safari. At all. Trying to contact support also doesn't work to let them know there is a problem because the site is non functioning.

    I thought I loved it, but.... I have tried a number of these types of apps and only with this one have I literally been able to not only cross things off of my to-do list, but actually make progress towards and achieve my goals. However, the last update to the app wiped my 1year+ history and progress completely from the app. Everything is gone. I have reset my goals 4 times with no luck. I guess I'm going to have to find another app

    Repeatedly makes me start over by erasing everything.. I was silly enough to buy the pro version untested. Don't do it. Shame there aren't refunds available. I have managed four days at the most before the app deletes all or some of the information I enter. Goals, progress,notes,you name it. Three times so far. The irony that a productivity tool has me wasting my time starting over repeatedly isn't lost on me.

    It's all gone!!. I've been using this app for about a month and really enjoying its features. I've been logging daily and using it very extensively. I open the app to find that ALL of m progress, everything I've been writing for a month is just GONE. I tried "restore purchases" thinking maybe that would work but nothing. I did not pay the 9.99 for the full app to LOSE everything at the beginning of each month!! VERY disappointed!!

    That's it, I'm going off the grid!. Another app you can't use without giving up your email address and registering. This is the third goal setting app I've downloaded tonight. I refuse to sign up to have to use another app it's just not necessary. Deleted
