   Now Worthless!. I updated the app today & now it quickly closes as soon as I tap to attempt opening it! What was previously a beautiful, informative app is now completely worthless - even after deleting & trying to re-install it.

    Is this supposed to work?. Had this on my phone for a while, but been over a year since using. Noticed it updated recently but upon opening I get: “We need to update the data store. Hang on, this will only take a second” Well, their “second” doesn’t match the standard definition of second. After waiting several minutes; I deleted and re-installed the app with the same result. Yes, I can close out of the screen which I am left to search zero parks.

    App needs work. The app isn’t functioning well. It’s difficult to make a to do list and even more difficult to check in. The button to check in doesn’t work. It’s impossible to check in retroactively. Would love to be able to make a running list of all the places I’ve been but cannot do so in this app.

    Where did it go?. I loved this app and had mapped out several trips. I opened it today and there is nothing there. Updates promised but 0 info. ????

    Huh?. This app does nothing, provides no maps or links, as well as serves no one, literally. I’m not sure why this needs a nag screen. It is useless even in that regard. This app approaches infinitely zero in value, to everyone.

    Useless. There is no list of parks anywhere to be found! I did find a way to get to the map, but the map does not show anything other than the name of the parks. You can see the geography And the town’s but there’s no indication of trails or park features anywhere . Pretty much useless! Well, after 4 months I get a response to my review. And it looks like some people have been waiting since January and February. At this point it looks like they rebuilt the entire app. Their solution was to delete and reinstall. Their updates did absolutely no good. I can’t say that I am encouraged by their lack of communication. I will not be giving them any more stars.

    Missing content. I sorted by closest to me and was surprised to not find Voyageurs. So I sorted by state and you don’t have Minnesota at all. That’s a pretty big error.

    Doesn’t work any more. I used to be able to just open the app and select a park. Now, no parks are listed. I tried to set up an account, but the app won’t let me. Why spoil a great app?

    Does not work at all now. It was a great app, but it doesn’t work as before at all. Do not know what happened. It only shows “Guides In Progress” but no any parks info. Looks like it has turned as a bridge to the company’s link to its paid apps. So sad.

    Good app now ruined. REI used to Co-op this app, but it seems that they do not anymore. There is no content on this app, must be some sort of bug. I’m bummed because this used to be a go-to app for me. Hopefully they will restore the issues soon.

    Why do good apps always get ruined?. The REI parks guide was renowned for its usefulness. This “new” app doesn’t even work. It’s completely devoid of content. App developers need to learn when to stop tampering with something that works.

    There are no guides anymore. I used to enjoy this app and it’s features, but now it’s empty, no park information or any information, will this be solved soon?
