   Misses the most obvious. I must have been expecting something else when I did some searches on this ap. As it shows very few of the most obvious and very nice trails. People - you are missing a lot if you count on this for your trail guide.🤨

   Bumpy extreme. Need some serious repair work the western 2/3 of this trail. Very sad about the condition of this trail - it’s shaded, fairly level, pretty quiet for an urban trail. Please repair this beautiful trail!

   Disappointed. It showed two trails near me and that is it. There are many trails near me. They just don’t have them on their app so I won’t be using it.

   Horrible. Your app stinks.. Do you ever think we may wish to see an actual address to the trailheads? No. You give us maps and description, but how are we supposed to get there with no verifiable address! Duh.

   Incorrect info. Very first trail I came across upon loading this app is listed as a rail trail and it absolutely is not.

   Annoying begging. For an app that helps you find trails, you would expect them not to give you annoying pop ups and pull you away from what you were looking at to beg for money because your phone lost service for a second. Just screenshot their maps and use them as images, this app is garbage

    Charges Twice, Can’t cancel. This an auto renewal that will not cancel. It charges my account twice so I had to contact visa to get it deleted.

    Shrug.. Already paying $30/year to this company, but now the app wants *more* money to show content that should be included in my first subscription. Weather apps also tend to double-charge in the Apple ecosystem. :-(

    Banff and Canmore in Alberta. I tried to find trails near Banff and Canmore in Alberta. It literally told me there was none?? There are numerous. I had good internet connection as well

    Search by Trail Name. Every time I search by a specific Trail name it returns a long list instead of the one Trail searched.

    Trail Search. This app can’t find one of the largest and nicest set of trails in northern GA, Iron Mountain Resort in Dahlonaga, GA. New to the app and had high hopes based on the 4.6 rating.

    No iPad version available. Boo! iPhone only. Would be great if you had a version for iPad. Would love to be able to explore trails at our travel destination ahead of time on the larger screen that an iPad offers.

    Pushing me to upgrade. Just downloaded the app to my iPhone. The app won’t even let me look at a map without immediately asking me to upgrade and pay $30. I cannot look at any maps. Each time, I am immediately redirected to a screen that asks me to pay $30. The app is useless.

    Can’t upgrade. To get what I want you keep telling me to upgrade. But when I click on link to upgrade literally nothing happens. So all I can do is research can’t load to Garmin etc

    I bought yr membership but it not working. I bought the year membership, but it’s not working and when I go to download the app, it still won’t download the app but it still shows to buy the membership unlimited is 29.99 which I had already paid for and it expires in December 2025

    Didn't work/expensive. The program struggled to register and when I finally got it registered with a third email, it wanted me to pay 30 bucks a year just to download a map. But I tried to download my one free map. It said there was an error and wouldn’t let me do it

    Rough but not Ready. Are you ready for rough? This is the roughest trail we have ridden. The gravel consists of big rocks! I am amazed i didn’t wreck trying to dodge the rocks! You definitely need a trail bike to ride this one!

    Very Limited. Very few trails listed in this app. Will cancel and start using AllTrails.

    Needs a map feature. Try finding a UTV trail when you don’t have a map feature is difficult. Typing cities and towns along the way is not a great way and there has to be a better App.

    Worked great until renewal.. I would have given it a 5 star rating until the renewal. App worked great, then came time for renewal. My payment card was on file and I was billed. When I went to use the app, and try to download a trail map I was prompted to sign up for unlimited. I already did that and paid for it. Support ticket was created and now I wait for them to fix the problem. I paid for a service I cannot use. Also, this is the only app that I have downloaded, paid for subscription that I can’t delete from the app, nor can I cancel the subscription in manage my subscriptions. I had to go on their website and cancelled my renewal going forward. I’ll work with my credit card company to get my money back.

    Subscription auto renews, features do not.. Third year in a row where they take my money but I discover that my subscription features have been disabled when trying to plan a ride during a vacation. I have to contact the company to get the features reinstated. Just cancelled the subscription which is paid up for a year even though I don’t have the features. No other app I have a subscription for does this to me.
