   3D Pro. Absolute rubbish! You can buy a lot of pen & paper for $30 Don’t waist your money

   Difficult to use. Tricky to use and the 3D view seems to be way out of scale. We’re planning a new kitchen, room is 11metres by 8 metres yet the 3D design view makes it seem really claustrophobic, even though we’ve only put a fridge freezer, tall oven unit and a small (2x1) island. All looks fine in the 2D view. Clearly the 3D view has something wrong. Going to see if I can get money back on this. Not really fit for purpose in my view.

   Difficult to use.. I have found this quite difficult to manipulate. I like to have the dimensions of each wall, but these dimensions only appear when you are making the wall larger or smaller. I have found it difficult to stop units from floating up in the sky. It’s taken quite a lot of time to get a plan right. And then there are thoughts all over the place. It’s quite similar to the IKEA app which is less expensive. I haven’t found this any better.

   Help! APP Crash!. I have LOVED the app until now.... every time I open it up, wether I am adding to the floor plan/interior design, it keeps freezing, and closing itself out and won’t save my items or anything I had added to the plan prior to it shutting down (crashing) on me! I have cleaned out (deleted many apps and bookmarks) in my iPad, installed ALL updates necessary for the iPad and checked for updates on the app but there are none. I have also gone through the settings in app and selected all minimum settings to help with the lagging issue.....no success! Turned off all lighting... no success! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I’ve DONE EVERYTHING suggested in the live home 3D troubleshooting section..and any tips/suggestions I’ve been able to find online/YouTube/reviews etc... I NEED THIS FIXED!!!!! 🙏🏼😫🤞🏼

   Hard to maneuver. Very hard to maneuver from room to room. Also lots of in app purchases. Furniture to pick from is old and dated. No back splashes for kitchens. Wouldn’t purchase again.

   Disappointed. Used the free version which was great so upgraded to the pro version. Very little difference to the free version plus frustratingly, the items that were visible but locked are now still visible and still locked. Surely the pro version would allow access to everything? That’s why we upgraded.

   Interior decor / asset sizes really random. The sizes of assets like beds, sofas etc are all over the place. 3m wide beds. 1m high glass table vases. It would be fine except you can't resize them. Really limiting and annoying.

   Crashing. I love this app and have been using it almost daily for a year now but recently everytime I try and use the app after 30 seconds to a minute max it crashes and loses the last few changes making it very difficult to make much progress I hope this is fixed soon as i need this app back🙏

    Needs update on mountains / lakes and signboard. It’s a fantastic app and I do really like it. I downloaded on my iPad and iMac. The only downside is or maybe I just don’t know how do it is that, creating mountains and making letters that put it on the wall or let say name of the building or store (ex laundry shop) or sign board when creating a business building. If this is possible to do then how to make it? Or maybe this is something needs an update. Making or putting letters on the wall and creating mountain or putting some in the gallery. If this done then 1million stars

    Please continue to develop. This has been one of the more enjoyable 3D apps to try to use to map out my home with. I live in an old Victorian property which doesn’t have the same levels throughout and unfortunately it is impossible to change the wall heights as this is linked to the story height setting. Please change so that wall height can be overridden. I can change the elevation of the lower roof but the walls (irrespective of if set as standard or loft walls) are extending to the story height. The gesture navigation can also be quite jumpy at time on iPad Pro 2018

    Well done, thoughts on updates.. A very thought out program, but would be better with more detail like studs, trusses, structural beams. The ability to do separate storey elevation would be nice to. Could be better with footings and more detailed foundations. As far as decorating and rearranging a room it’s really good.

    So easy to use, really helps with renovations. I started with the Mac app as we were struggling to visualise some renovations and I tried a few free apps but loved all of the predefined objects in this one that let me decorate a room to properly visualise it. Over the years I’ve added to my plan so now I have the full house (and I bought more object libraries to make it look more realistic). I also bought the phone and iPad apps as they are great on the move, and an easier way to share details. I can’t fault this app/program - I’m grateful to the team that produced it. It’s saved my marriage getting things in the right place, and thousands of £’s avoiding silly building mistakes.

    Fantastic app but poor customer support.. I love the App, everything is fantastic. I would have given 5 stars but I’m only giving this rating due to the fact that I sent an email asking general questions some while back and there’s been no response. Not too good when you have paid for the premium version. I bought both for iPad and windows 10. Update. Thanks support for responding to review, I have found what I need. Have amended rating from 1 to 5 stars. Fantastic.

    Complete fonctionnal app. I don’t usually write reviews but this app deserves it, it has more features than I need, It has export and import for objects, I was able to design a complete floor layout for my shop and import cnc machines for 3d view. I purchased this app yesterday and in one day I was able to learn it and complete my layout. Thanks a lot for this good app and here is my 5 stars rating.

    Extremely satisfied. I must say, this is without a doubt the best Architectural software that I have work with and this in all platforms included for the last 20 years. Not only does it do a great job of planning a new appartement but they also have great support.

    Plan your Reno. I built our home roughly measured in this app. I now know what colour to change the roof and all sorts of other ideas become obvious what will and won’t work. A bit of a learning curve but so easy to use. I’m on iPad without a pencil a left,right,up,down adjustment like elevation would be something I suggest. Also most homes interior walls are very pale usually just a hint of colour in white most of the colours are too strong. Also I suggest separating texture and colour so all the eg single shade sidings, bricks any texture can be painted in either matte or gloss and keep its texture. Would reduce a lot of overlap you have. Other than that I’m now designing my dream home and loving every minute of this app. I also accidentally put an image on a wall. I loved it so much I thought I’m going to get wallpaper made to cover that wall in my home. I easily imported a few image ideas and it helped me choose one. I have since decided I will paint my own image a version of a Wisteria wall if it doesn’t work I will get wallpaper made and cover it. So what a wonderful inspiration Thank you for such a fantastic app.

    Awesome. I used this app to fully design my new home, which is being built now. I love using it on my 12.9” Pad Pro. It is so good being able to change this quickly with the touch screen or Apple Pencil and being able to see what things look like in 3D. Being able to zoom through the house is so beneficial to see room spacing and any pinch points. My kids also love decorating their rooms in it! Love the new terrain feature. One upgrade I would like is being able to add my own custom stair handrails. Awesome app, highly recommended.
