   Scammers. 5 minutes after making an account with them my Gmail account was getting “signed into” all across the world. App worked terribly too it can’t read a floor plan

   Annoying. I just downloaded the app and was immediately prompted twice to give a rating so here we are. No idea how the app is yet, apparently there is a free version but I'm being aggressively pushed towards a trial of the paid version in hopes that I'll forget to cancel. I guess we'll see if there is a free version and what's included, which is the information needed to make the decision about whether or not I want the paid version, no hint about the difference or benefit yet. Bold move cotton.

   DO NOT GET IT! It’s a scam!!!!!. Downloaded the app and the yearly “professional annual” subscription is 29.99$ a year and after my free trial ended they charged my card 128.39$.

   RIP OFF, DO NOT BUY. Does not match at all with description, images etc. displayed on App Info. Even if you purchase a yearly subscription, you’ll need to purchase credits to render uploaded photos. Horrible product, don’t download!

   Honest help. Honestly if you want your app to succeed you would let people use it and if they want premium options like decorating or something of that nature then make them pay. Not being able to use it at all without paying is not a great business strategy, plus making it hard to cancel. If you made it easier to cancel more people would trust you and be willing to pay for the first little while, knowing they can easily cancel. (Most people don’t cancel but having the easy option helps ease that initial objection of not paying for it.)

   SCAM TRIAL. Immediately cancelled the trial after subscribing in order to 5 try the app and was still charged a monthly subscription fee. Extremely deceptive tactics, would not recommend to anyone.

   Have to pay for everything. You have to pay for everything, the only thing you can do is make the outline of the room. No doors, no windows, no furniture unless you pay 119$. If there were even just minimal features like base furniture and doors this would be a different story. I understand needing people to pay but having absolutely no free features means I don’t know how the app operates so I won’t be spending money on it, i’ll go elsewhere.

   A million ads…. I’d like it more if I wasn’t boarded with ads after every single touch to pay for a free trial. Btw I thought it was underhanded for them to offer a yearly plan equaling to $119 a year but keeps spamming a $25-$29 a year special offer continuously.

    The app tricked to upsell user. I install the app. I was about to try the 7 trial days, but then an ad pops up saying that they give me a great discount (liar as it is not that much as they advertised), and the deal only happens once that I will not see it again after exiting the screen. Then I purchased for a year, but then I realize the subscription is just a junk because they give me the lowest tier which doesn’t do anything. So instead of having 7 trial days, I end up with paying for nothing (premium plan). The floorplan is what I was expecting, but I have to purchase a much higher tier plan to get that.

    Impossible to Cancel Subscription. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for over a year, but there is no clear way to do it. It doesn’t appear in my Apple subscriptions, and your website doesn’t provide any cancellation option either. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times by email and never received a response. Meanwhile, I’ve continued being charged. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. A company should make it just as easy to cancel a subscription as it is to purchase one. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this app.

    Missing Fundamentals for Layout. As an experienced CAD user, this app is clunky and non functional. Key fundamentals like anchor or locking a base point during layout or entry of lengths in ft&in vs having to manually convert dimensions to inches are deal breakers.

    Theft. Charged during free trial. Refusal to refund. Had the app for a few hours. It’s not amateur friendly. Got nowhere with my project and had to use a different, more user friendly app. Do not use.

    Terrible!. This app is a joke-cancelling my subscription. I have tried 4 (FOUR !) times to upload professional plans and work with AI and each time conversation lost-nothing produced. Not worth free much less $70.

    Their own description blew it. Might just be trying to be smart, but it turned me off when they suggested making a room pink. Probably just delete the app now.

    Not good. This apps AI will tell you it can do anything and everything but will just lead you on a wild goose chase for 2 hours and produce nothing. What a waste of time.

    Slow, not intuitive, problematic. Downloaded and subscribed for a month. Deleted the app on the second day. First, it is slow. I was only doing 2D floor plan on less than 100sq ft. It would take over a minute to get anything beyond adding furniture to load. Second, it opened a 4gb cache and wouldn’t release it after turning off the app. I had to delete it and reinstall it to release the cache. Third, I tried the room sizing option by taking a picture of the corners of the room. It wasn’t accurate and gave me walls that didn’t have 90 degree corners. I wound up having to fix it by resizing and realigning all the walls. I added doors to the room and dragged the door to a wall. It just layers over the wall instead of being inserted along the wall. Also, I resized the door, but the door swing arch doesn’t change. It’s just wonky.

    Not User Friendly. Difficult for a lay person to figure out, even after a seminar. Customer service is fairly good and only for broad answers. If you are a designer, maybe this works for you. I thought it would be fun to scan my home and play around with remodeling ideas but this is not the app for that.

    SCAM ALERT! 75.00 THEFT!. Do not even consider the trial. That’s what I did and they immediately billed me for a year. Then they say no refunds. No support contact. Only Apple Support can help. They should be Banned By Apple. Instead Apple is helping them steal your money.

    Money trap. I downloaded the app, and canceled my free trial immediately after downloading because I didn’t wanna be charged 120$ for a years use. Then I tried to the use the app to see what it’s all about, considering that it is a “free trial” the app should work,right……wrong. The app started fine. The all of the sudden I get an error message . Now everytime I open the app now it gives me a message saying that there’s an internal coredata error…..I’m good

    Scanning plan function fail, 24hr trial rips you off!. Purchased this app because I wanted to scan a plan for my home, a boasted feature in the ads. Walls were broken or missing and room labels made no sense. With a 24hr trial window, you better assume the purchase is coming your way and they refuse to provide any refunds, doubling down on repeat attempts. Stay away from a flawed program or kiss you $70 good bye!
