   Impossible to use free version; hard to cancel Pro $40/month version. Found the app to be meh. And the requirement to pay $10 *per week* felt super steep. The free version doesn’t support much. (And I couldn’t figure out how to cancel the Pro version, so never upgraded). For $40/month I’d expect far better

   useless. I want to use Custom style as any of the default styles are useless to me. So I entered a description and then I can’t customize colors?? ok I picked gray scale, the image generated is almost what I am looking for ,, but I want to regenerate it by adding little more description and I cannot! I have to start from 0, so why it says Save description if I can’t retrieve nor edit anymore? conclusion it’s a waste of time for me.

   Unsubscribing. Tried unsuccessfully unsubscribing a few times & now I’m being charged twice weekly! Very disappointing.

   Subscription issues!. I’ve unfortunately been having a very hard time with this app and the subscription process. I did not subscribe for the premium subscription, I found out that I had a charge that I did not authorize, so I requested a refund, and I am still getting charged backpayments from a subscription that I didn’t sign up for. To make matters worse; as soon as I receive a refund, the app turns right back around and charges me AGAIN. Looking back on the charges on my account don’t even make sense. I started with free product on May 27th, and then on June 23rd was a charge and a refund. I am going through financial hardship at the moment and I can’t deal or even keep up with these charges. I am currently locked out of my own App Store because of this and the pending charges that are still trying to process! This is absolutely a huge technical error.

   NOT. First not going to pay without trying. Second, didn’t upload a live or existing photo. Wth? I don’t even like a.i. — but was going to see. NADA

   Buggy and unrealistic. I did a full trial of this app and found it to be buggy and not useful. It can’t follow simple prompts. You ask it to change one thing and it will change numerous things about the design. Design examples are tired and boring, bordering on cliche. I tried to redesign my living room from its current state and no matter what, I couldn’t get it to change only the aspects I wanted to change. Paint colors also looked unnatural. I also tried to redesign a home office (from an empty room!) and it kept making it look like a work office with like five workstations. I hate that I used resources on this slop!!!

    Doesn’t do anything it says it can. Pointless. The camera will only let you take a picture of a small area. Pointless when trying to reconfigure a large living room.

    Very restrictive/unrealistic. Not worth a penny, you have to select from their (limited) offered design options - most of which are completely unrealistic (think Disney cottage, sprawling Spanish villas, etc.) And even when realistic, the photos rendered are not appealing and will just randomly remove windows and doorways.

    Not worth it. Just not worth spending money on a sub par Ai generator. ChatGPT or really any other Ai can do more for less. Told app to create wood shelving up to 4 ft and clothing hangar rod on top with soft color scheme and floral wall paper behind space between shelves. lol the attempt was not even close, wallpaper everywhere, shelving on half the wall and no clothing rod. Just not worth it sadly.

    Not Worth IT!. This app has a mind of its own and did not deliver as expected. I canceled before the trial period ended, yet I was still charged for an additional week. When I contacted customer support, they told me I was ineligible for a refund and that their decision was final. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I would not recommend this app.

    Not very smart. Keeps interrupting me with requests for ratings then won’t allow me to exit rating. Must shut down my device to start again. Also change requests to design are a slog. AI doesn’t seem to understand basic asks

    Scam. They never answer from costumer support, don’t waste your money, is very expensive and the app doesn’t even work! There is not a way to log in and use what you paid for. Once you pay, they disappear.

    Just a terrible app on top of garbage AI. Want to redesign your floor plan? Great! upload a few photos and watch the renderer do nothing. You get better responses from grok. Pay for this? lol

    It doesn’t actually work…. Doesn’t use the room you upload and ignores the “keep furniture”, “keep paint color” toggles. Not very helpful.

    Worse than ChatGPT. I've been unsatisfied with how my room looked and been wanting ideas on how to rearrange everything. I've used ChatGPT before but it didn't help. I tried out the free trial for this app and I'm actually shocked how they charge $14.99. I know it's AI but this app was absolutely useless. All it did was either make my bed longer, removed my TV to make the bed longer, used my bed as a table, used my blanket as a rug, totally disregarded the door. And people say AI is going to take over lol. 0/10 don't even try out the free trial it's just a waste of time.

    Zero customer support. The app doesn’t have a cancel subscription feature until after you uninstall the app. This should have been communicated to me when I contacted support, instead I was forced to go through my bank to dispute charges for an app I couldn’t install
