   Garbage. You can only put one picture at a time. Can't follow up for changes. No free tier. Can't get a refund when you realize it's not at all what you want.

   Free trial charged after a few hours. I downloaded the app on July 1 hoping to check it out. To use any of the features you need to pay for a trial so I agreed to get a year if I liked it. 8 hours later (on the same day) I realized it wasn’t what I wanted and it didn’t work well - it keeps redrawing your layout inaccurately- so I cancelled. The next day I was charged $64.99 for a glitchy gimacky app that I tried for 8 hours. Super lame.

   Free Trial NOT FREE. I signed up for the free trial and immediately canceled it. Showed I had the free trial until July 2 took a screenshot for the credit card dispute. Charged me for the subscription June 29th. I submitted a problem to Apple and the Ry then refunded half of the charge. Complained again since it was no charge until 7/2/26. They won’t refund so now I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Be very very careful even using the free trial.

   No free trial, waste of money. No free trial, cheapest option is $10, would NOT recommend. Once you use the floor plan feature, you can’t edit anything- it just regenerates the image even when you use the edit button. Waste of money.

   Zero stars! 👎🏼. I got the free 3 day trial canceled it on the 2nd day because the app was not working properly. So I canceled it! Next thing I know I’m charged $64.99 for the yearly subscription THAT I DID NOT PURCHASE! NOT SURE HOW I WAS CHARGED DURING A FREE TRIAL!!!When I requested a refund I WAS DENIED TWICE!!! I was told by Apple since this is a 3rd party app they will refund me! I’ve tried reaching out and no response!!! This is INSANE TO TREAT AND FRAUD SOMEONE OF THEIR MONEY!!! I Would greatly appreciate if someone will contact me so this can be resolved immediately!!! So to anyone who is looking for a fun app to see how a room in your home will look and thinking about using this apps free 3 day trial!!! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN FROM YOU.. RUN!! You’re better off by drawing and coloring on paper!!! PLEASE REFUND ME MY ENTIRE $64.99!!! And if my comments gets removed I will keep posting everyday and go to social media until I am completely refunded!!!

   Can’t even try without paying. There are absolutely zero features on this that I can try out before paying. The ad makes it look really cool, but given how dishonest so many ads are, I’m just not willing to pay for this app to see if it lives up to the ad. If they would even let me redesign one room first, I’d be willing to give it more stars.

    Waste of resources. This app is terrible. AI generated does not incorporate ANY custom comments. It basically pulls from a cache of stock images to fill out a photo of your space, without allowing for any customization on anything from walls to flooring or furniture choices. A request for “pet-friendly fabrics” in furniture prompts a depiction of a dog lying on the floor. This AI tool is simply in its infancy and not worth any subscription price. I want a refund. Though the AI algorithm on this app is probably categorizing my review as a “thumbs up” “positive experience.”

    Not Eligible for refund $64.99. I bought this app yesterday, used it for a minute or two (seriously) & realized it cannot accomplish what I thought it could do for my needs. I immediately asked for a refund, nicely explained why- & was told “this purchase is not eligible for refund.” I already have another app (5D) & thought this one would be a step up from that but it is several steps down. If I want an office area in the dining space in the floor plan (literally the reason I bought the app) there is no way to indicate this or request changes. It is not helpful & it is worth very few dollars not $65. Buyer beware, the app developers do not care about genuine issues customers present. Also reading the good reviews in the App Store screams chatGPT- I’ve never seen so many fake sounding reviews. Sad.

    $40 every month!!? Pro interior designers are less. This is the most greedy, delusional form of begging for money! It would literally be cheaper to hire an interior designer to come view the home room, by room, and give their estimate which includes suggestions/ideas. That’s usually free or possibly it’s $50… Not $50 per week, not $50 per month, but just a one time fee. Where these fools get the idea that they’re worth $40 a month reveals their DESPARATE MINDSET SIMILAR TO THAT OF OVERSEAS SCAMMERS. It’s not as though they’re going to pay for the materials & labor, they’re just coming up with ideas… Absolutely insane!!!!! It’s not as though I’m broke, my husband’s a dentist and I’m a nurse therefore it’s not about being too broke, it’s about being responsible and not donating to beggars who hide behind apps

    Unexpected Charge After “Free Trial” – Be Careful. I downloaded this app expecting a free trial as it was advertised, but I was still charged $9. I made sure to check the terms, and it was not clearly explained that I would be billed so quickly. If you are trying it, be very careful with the subscription settings because the free trial is not as clear as it seems. I personally feel the billing was misleading, and I did not expect to be charged. Also, I did not receive any real help or useful results from this app. Honestly, I found that ChatGPT provides much better and more useful designs and ideas compared to this service, which is supposed to be specialized. I would recommend others to avoid this app and be cautious with subscriptions, as the value and support were not what I expected.

    Garbage all with false advertising. Came from an add on instagram showing someone uploading a floor plan and getting perfect results. I downloaded the app, there’s no trying it out first or a free trial so you’re forced to pay the subscription. First off there’s no option to upload a PDF of a floor plan it has to be a screenshot. I uploaded a set of drawings and the results were a complete joke, the app added rooms, moved walls, changed the layout ext. I tried multiple times but couldn’t get it to work. Save your money and don’t use this garage app.

    Charged during trial. I subscribed and there was a one week trial and they are not supposed to charge me until trial ends, but they charged me after few minutes after subscription! I cancelled the subscription after a few minutes but they charged me anyway! I don’t understand how is this a free trial and you charge me as soon as I subscribe !!!!

    Absolutely useless but much touted floor plan feature.. The app is AI slop garbage that cannot do what it advertises. It’s supposed to be able to generate furniture placement based on a floor plan you provide, but it cannot accurately do this. I uploaded the exact floor plan of my house from the builder and it ignores structural elements, moves walls, pushes objects into doors, and even leaves out entire rooms like dining rooms. I have already cancelled my subscription and am asking for a refund due to false advertising.
