   Elevation view. Without elevation view of each wall. How can we record the wall height? There are many apps that can create elevation plan automatically.

   Downloaded and not worth it. Downloaded it and is completely a paid subscription app. No free plan at all, says nothing on the App Store about not having a free plan. A total waste.

   App sucks. Whatever it shows in the ad probably isn’t true you upload the floor plans it doesn’t do anything for you. They should make it simple.

   There is no free trial. I was charged as soon as I downloaded the app and gave my information. I reached out to ArcSite via email asking why? I was told it was Apple’s fault and they didn’t know anything about it. I have the email. I knew it was the billing requirements they sent to Apple and told them so. The other issue I have is according to my Apple Subscription info on my phone, my subscription is to renew at the end of the month. However, it is deducted randomly each month. For one month the 8th, for this month today the 4th. None of my other providers operate like this. I like their products, for what it can do; but their business practice is less than desirable.

   NOT FREE. Misleading description. I personally do not think it makes sense to download this app unless you are a business owner making money on the software. I would not download this app for personal use. There are better apps that are free.

   Misleading subscription and wasted time. The app is marketed as “free with in-app purchases” however there is no free plan, you cannot even have a single drawing stored locally on device without paying a subscription. That’s fine if they were upfront about it, but instead they make you go through a 10 minute tutorial wasting your time, before making you pick a free trial where they don’t even show you the prices, you have to go look up the pricing to realize there’s no free hobby tier to try it out. 1 star for wasting my time and misleading the customer.

   AR Scan doesn’t work. I only get a black screen when attempting to use the AR Scan feature. Magic Plan works fine, I was shopping around for alternatives but this is not looking good for ArcSite.

    Misleading and Unethical. The App Store makes no mention of any additional fees aside from “in-app purchases”. Are those additional features above some basics level of functionality? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! After you enter all of your personal information, you get hit with the subscription fees — which even for the basic version is $15/month. If you want to sell a product and be a real business — be transparent and up front about pricing from the beginning. If you want to be some shady creep who harvests information about people that you can sell — keep doing what you’re doing — you’ve nailed it.

    The difficulty of just signing in to my Apple ID. My person understands my previous activity with ArcSite mite of been deleted nothing I did originally my own self design. But all was a test and testimony of what this app can do and what I can with this app. But I think there is over emphasis on to register payment with for a monthly subscription. More so to test out an individual willingly to graphic design anything their heart desire with this app.

    Don’t Trust. As soon as I signed up to this app I began getting scam emails. I know it’s from this app because I used different name & sure enough the spam is addressed to that name.

    Free trial was fantastic. Now I can’t use it.. Starts you off with a free trial, with is wonderful. The app itself I found very easy to use and overall I enjoyed it. I use apps like this for personal projects—designs to help me visualize a building that I’m describing and figure out how a layout would actually look. The app did get a bit difficult to use when creating larger or more complex spaces, and I didn’t enjoy how much of a pain it could be to create different floors (the layering is an absolute mess as of the last time I used it, and creating copies of an exterior wall to keep each floor contained within the building is much more difficult than it needs to be). All that aside, my biggest problem with the app is that once the trial runs out you CANNOT ACCESS ANYTHING. Most apps have a free tier that allows you to continue futzing with projects, though you no longer have access to premium content. This app doesn’t allow you to do anything with your projects unless you have a subscription. As someone who only uses apps like this for “fun”, that is an absolute killer. I really wish I could give a higher rating, but alas.

    All work Lost, Hours upon hours. I saved my work to the cloud 27 times during my work to make sure nothing was lost as it had happened when I first started when logging on to a different devices. Now everything is gone, hours and hours of work on this app. Its a great app with excellent work flow but if this happens for no reason at all, that makes it a horrible app. I have tried to reach support and its an AI chat bot. I received a message saying a human will reach out on Monday as it is Friday night. But going ahead and leaving this review as I am doubtfull they will be able to retrieve my work as all 27 versions show what uploaded for version 1. If there is no edit below this review. It has not been resolved and hours upon hours of work were done for nothing. I am extremely upset.

    :) you wasted my time. There is no law against having you go through the tutorial before getting the prices so I’m just leaving a 1 star review instead. It might be a great product but whatever

    Lost my work. I have used this app for some time but whenever I leave for work and come back the drawings are unable to open back up and i have to make a new drawing but it doesn’t help if i lose each time I waste time and money

    Make it extremely difficult to cancel subscription.. This app doesn’t show up in your subscriptions immediately so you can’t cancel immediately after trying. It is a scam they are hoping you forget about it. Then when you trial runs out they don’t charge you for a month they charge you for an entire year. Scam stay away.

    Impossible to Cancel Subscription till post Charge. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. There is ZERO way to cancel the free trial from within the app, or from within your Apple account Subscription page*** I checked adamantly multiple times to cancel my subscription prior to being charged from my apple subscription page and from the app- it was not until AFTER I was charged $129 that the subscription showed in my apple page. Apple refused to refund me and the company clearly profits off of this common error based on their many pages of automatic responses differing blame to apple for the clearly common complaint. HORRIBLE SUB PAR APP AND COMPANY. THEIVES.

    I cannot open any of my drawings. I can’t even contact support through the app. I need this fixed.. About 3 days ago I noticed that I couldn’t open any of my drawings. It says “ArcSite can not open this drawing.” I made a new drawing just to see what would happen. I clicked out of the drawing and tried to go back in but won’t open it. Very frustrating that I can’t even contact customer support because it won’t let me.

    False advertising. No free option, using the app at all starts at 15/mo which they only tell you AFTER harvesting your email and personal info. This is a scam.

    Ugh. At first, I was so excited! It seemed to be user friendly and intuitive enough to pick up. And within a few days, I am so frustrated, I have deleted my account and the app. Also, be forewarned, there is no free version. You will have to create an account first to learn that there are only paid versions a 14 day trial. I have run into problems of the program moving my walls, repeatedly moving my doors, repeatedly, resizing my rooms repeatedly, and I’m tired of fixing it repeatedly!
