   Can’t use the free version. It doesn’t let me bypass the trial at all and I don’t understand why. I rather just count my own calories and keep up with my own fasting schedule at this point.

   Unhealthy Standards. I don’t like the way y’all push extreme weight loss, just upon sign up y’all disregarded my goal weight and added an extra 70lbs that need to be lost. If I did that I’d be underweight. Will not be returning.

   Cancelling is difficult and they won't refund. Cancelling your subscription is difficult, as they trick you into thinking you're continuing with cancellation but you are instead continuing with the subscription. I have a health condition that just recently happened that prevents me from being able to fast, rendering this app useless at the moment. It automatically renewed even after I thought I cancelled so I had my husband help me see why it renewed. He helped me cancel it all the way through, and I emailed Fastic and informed them of such. They refused to refund me despite catching it immediately after the transaction was commenced. It hasn't even cleared the bank yet and they won't refund me. Poor customer service, at best.

   Not working. This app is not working with out accepting their payment plan. I didn’t know this is a payment app. I was using this app few years ago and paid nothing. It was good. It also calculated my hours of fasting at the end of every week. Well no other option other than deleting the app!

   Horrible customer service. It says you can ask for a refund but they won’t give it to you. I canceled it a minute after it renewed but they will not let you have your money back.

    you have to make a purchase to continue, before even creating an account.. sad app makes you answer a questionnaire and then makes you pay. what do you mean test for $0?? just let me proceed instead of spinning the wheel of shame.

    Customer service. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I have dealt with a lot of companies, apps, subscriptions. Etc. this is BY FAR the absolute worst. Avoid them at all costs.

    poo app. Tried the free trial and they tried charging me for a year, luckily my card didn’t go through. I tried canceling my subscription on the app and it won’t even show on my apple account.

    Scammy, predatory behavior.. Couldn’t even get in the app to try the features. It tried to advertise this huge lifetime deal, tried to take me immediately to the checkout, and when I cancel the purchase it loops me back.

    Let down. I had this app years ago and it gave you the option of using for free to use the tracker and now you can’t even do that. They make u either pay for a subscription or can’t Use it at all. I loved this app back in the day but guess I’ll look Elsewhere now.

    Awful. I use to use this app to track my fasting periods. I redownloaded and it doesn’t let you even get past the paying. I don’t want to pay for anything I just wanna track my hours like I use to. It basically throws you in a paying loop where you can’t go forward and use the app without paying. Terrible.

    You can’t delete notifs. I deleted my account, the app, and un-linked it from my calendar. I still have the events. And they will put them for every single day of the year. Horrible app, won’t let you delete calendar events fully.

    Most unless app ever. I was initially excited to use this app, but while I was trying to set up my account, it refuses to bypass a huge paywall. I get to a point where it offers a three day free trial then less than one dollar weekly payment. Afterwards, a screen with a roulette wheel pops up, offering me their biggest discount $40 a year. There’s no way to decline or continue to set up my account. Huge waste of time not worth it.

    Way over engineered. This app used to be great. Fast, easy - done. Now it’s so over engineered it’s not even funny. Scan something and it’s a total pain to fix it. I’m just looking for another app now. I don’t want to spend 10 minutes trying to log. You figured out what worked. Whose feedback said - please make this more complicated? I want in and out. If you want to boil the ocean and spend longer inputting and fixing the inputs than it took to eat, this is your app. Used to be terrific.

    Fix your age thing. Terrible app tried to make an account guess what says I have to be 18 or older but when in the App Store it says 13+ don’t even bother getting it if under 18

    FAKE REVIEWS!. These 5 star reviews are so fake! I downloaded and the app asked me 50+ questions then at the end you LITERALLY HAVE TO pay for a subscription. Useless money grabbing scam!!

    Beware Trail Period. The subscription won’t show in your Apple subscriptions when using Apple Pay. Easy to miss cancelling the subscription. And the app is not worth $44 a year, much better options. Try Zero, more expensive but worth it.
