   Not free. I looked up free apps for fasting and this one says no where that you have to pay until you fill out all the questions. Disappointing they aren’t honest up front or offer a free plan.

   Food weight auto changed to the wrong number. When I type the food 1 gram, the number showed 30 after I saved it. Please fix it. It is very annoying! Thank you!

    Day 10 of using and not happy. I’ve used another app called My Fitness Pal that is free and it worked way better than this app when it comes to entering food and drinks. This app, Soon, can’t even find a Subway sandwich correctly. I ate a Schwabs hot dog and it couldn’t find that. The other app I used was very detailed and worked. The other thing that drives me crazy is drinks. If I have a coffee with cream AND sugar, there isn’t an option for that. I have to chose one or the other. The other problem is, if I want it counted in my calories, I have to go back and enter it again as a snack. Should have to be redundant with entries. I paid $50 for it, have used it for 10 days and I have already cancelled my subscription. I guess I have a decent fasting only app for another year.

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!. This is app is highly under developed. This app errors out and the message is in Chinese symbols. You also can’t change the measurements to cups. It is not user friendly or customizable. Please take this as a warning, do not download this app or pay for a subscription. They will not give you refund even if it’s only been 4 days since you purchased it. If you are looking for a fasting app download Fastic.

    Not a great app. This is not a good app for logging food intake. Everything is in grams and you can’t change that. Also common foods are not in their database. It’s a fasting counter with some advice, which I imagine gets repetitive after having had it for some time. Not impressed and not worth the money.

    Seriously. I was just about to purchase a subscription and the word “continue” is spelled wrong. Why would I spend 50.00 on an app and trust it to help me with my weight loss goals that has such an obvious mistake

    Careful….. I downloaded the app and had it o e day. I had a seven day trial period only they didn’t give me the 7 day trial. They charged me a full years price and refuse to refund me the $59. Plus I chose the $5 a month after the trial and still was charged the full year. Scam

    It asks too many questions. It doesn’t let you skip questions with irrelevant multiple choice answers. It asked what stops me from achieving a goal for example. I think the answers were along the lines of I’m too busy, I’m a slacker.. and two others. Did I say something stops me from achieving my goals? No you’re assuming that. I came for a regiment and achieved nearly every goal I ever set out to achieve. I’m a highly motivated former non commissioned officer of the US army. Do not infer I need you.

    App changed. Opened the app and it has completely changed from yesterday. Not clear when to end fast, it only shows when the next starts and the time changed to military time. Was extremely user friendly and now is difficult. No tutorial for navigating the app changes. I have canceled my subscription. I have been using for almost a year and lost a lot of weight and was ready to renew my subscription but now I will use a different one.

    Bug. I paid for my monthly fee and it won’t let me use it. I have to keep uninstalling it and reinstalling it just to use it. I’ve used it for 70 days and lost 20 lbs. but it just keeps going through this cycle. It needs to be fixed!

Dear SUM Company, I reached out in August, eagerly anticipating the promised promo code, yet despite my multiple inquiries, it's now November 11th, and I've received no response. It's disheartening not to receive the support I was assured. Can I trust a company that doesn't fulfill its commitments? Disappointed and seeking resolution.

    Why offer a chat feature if they don’t reply. I’m sure the app is great BUT I’ve had it for two weeks now and have been trying to figure out how to reset it to start over. I use the chat feature to request help and it’s been days with no actual reply. An auto reply pops up “hello please leave a message” but then NO ONE ever actually writes back. Frustrating.

    No money no plan. App is useless if you’re not willing to pay it will just ask you a bunch of questions, give you an unrealistic weight loss 50lbs in 28 days? Yeah right. Then after you’ve answered every question it will ask you to pay before any plan is given to you. Don’t even bother installing it.

    All ads are completely misleading. Update 2 - funny how calling them out makes them change their tune and the response. I still would never choose this company and hope no one else does either. Update - the developer response is such a load of crap. Every single response to a bad review is exactly the same, how hard is it to be original? or are you so lazy that copy and paste is all you could think of? Your response is so text book generic it’s laughable. I hope no one downloads your app and they go with other apps/companies that don’t lie to their customers. I did not choose your app, I was lied and mislead by your click bait ads. As soon as I found out the truth I deleted it and wrote a review to warn others of your trickery. I would NEVER choose your app. You outright lie to get people to download it and as soon as the truth comes out you offer a free trial to try and appease the people you wronged. Why in the world would someone want to use a product made by a company who is clearly incapable of telling the truth. Grow up and stop lying. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Every ad says this is a free app but once you get through the quiz you can’t do anything without paying. I get that these apps need to make money but customers shouldn’t have to pay to find out if an app works for them. If there was a free trial or free options within the app than I and I am sure other people would be much more likely to purchase the full versions. Not to mention I don’t trust companies who do the bait and switch tactics, makes me not trust them. Do your research there are apps that offer actual free options without lying to you

    This app is terrible. On all the adds, it says it’s free, But you can’t even enter the app without having to pay a fee even when EVERY SINGLE advertisement says it’s “cOmPlEtElY fReE”. I recommend to save money instead of wasting it for an annoying monthly fee.
