   Don’t switch phone after starting you lose all your data. Very disappointed I started April 1 and got a new phone May 11 lost all data wrote to service for help no one answer questions on how to fix it so I am starting over product works great but can’t say much for help on app.

   App needs a lot of work. This is the second time I go to Shop on the app and I lose all my data. I redid it once now I just want to see what kind of flavors they had at the shop and it reset everything again starting over for the third time.

   App glitches. Most times, I can't see any data on the app. It just shows 00 for everything. Sometimes I can't even record my fast times cus it isn't loading. Let's not even talk about the statistics section😹

    Tracking is always off. It doesn’t track well at all. I can do everything through out the day and still won’t track right. Skips days and all.

    App change. Why did the app change? So much better before change ! Now dark, no time to put in for tea.

    Terrible App. Started using app about 3 weeks ago. It seemed helpful at first, but the last week it has been messing up daily. Even though I have entered everything exactly as I should and end the day, the next day it’s all messed up with the information that was added and shows incorrect fasting window. So odd. I deleted the app and hope that it’s updated and made better for future use. Until then it’s more of a frustration than a help.

    Edit. The app was great but now I can’t edit the unimate or meals it say they fix it but is not fix at all I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and I still have the same problem please fix this problem Please fix this problem

    Once Past the Intro It Says Error. I was excited to use this app based on a recent recommendation, yet after downloading the initial intro it says there is an error fetching data. I’ve deleted and downloaded a few times and still can’t get beyond that point.

    Hard to cancel subscription. Did not do anything for me so I wanted to cancel my subscription but it was saying Log in ID and pw combination were wrong that works perfectly fine everytime. Then asked for order ID, so I just went through email and find one to give. Didn’t say or confirm but said request has been recorded. Will see what that means

    Good then not so good. I was loving the app and logging my data, until I lost it all after 60+ days of tracking and couldn’t retrieve it. I was trying to refer Unicity to a friend, and the app was requiring me to logon even though I was already logged in, so I did and at that point I lost everything. Called the help center and was not encouraged in hopes of retrieving previous data.

    Could be better. This app has been helpful to track my fasting each day. However, I have come across multiple times where I enter my times for the day when I’m done eating and the next day it shows that it didn’t record for the day before. This doesn’t happen all the time, but it does have an occasionally.

    Good at first, needs updates!!. I sent it to IT on Probs with input. No response (sad) And, even when deleted, it doesn't reload right. Gave several suggestions. Too bad. Had some great features.

    does not save information in the cloud. I started using the app with iPhone 13, I upgraded to iPhone 15 and when I installed the app on my new iPhone and logged in, I had lost everything I had done, I had to start from 0.
