   Ruin a Good Thing. Was amazing until they tried to start charging $50 a month- one star for greed!

   Useless. I downloaded this app made an invoice, sent it to my client numerous times through email and text and they never received it. I couldn’t believe it so I sent it to my email and it didn’t come through. I’m glad I didn’t subscribe and pay right away. I don’t mind spending money for my business but I do mind giving away money. Will not be using it and deleting it now.

   Locked me out! Do not use!. Used it for a year, then the app randomly locked me out claiming something about “fraud” - which is clearly nothing but an attempt to get money out of me. being cut off from the invoice templates I’ve created is very inconvenient- but I’ll just use a different app.

   Unprofessional Gibberish. Adds nonsense to the invoice “issued by, signature” When I finally figure out how to remove it the invoice ends up having a random “ : “ in its place. Despite it not being present on the issue by line in settings.

   WHY would you remove the option to change orientation?. PLEASE add back the option to have the app in landscape or vertical. WHY WOULD YOU REMOVE THAT? Put it back please!

   App was great for years, used on my iPad, now they wont let it rotate to landscape mode on my IPad?. Seriously aggrivating, my iPad lays sideways to type with the keyboard like a laptop and now it wont because they “updated” the app. I’m finding a new software unless they fix this.

    Paywall !!!. I had this app for about 2 years now I’m only limited to 5 invoices and can’t make an edit without subscribing? I don’t like how I had access to features before and now I feel limited. I respect your growth but it’s a no for me.

    Paid subscription didn’t transfer to new phone. My paid subscription don’t transfer to my new phone and there is zero help service from the app company. Total disappointment

    Nice and easy app. It took me a moment or 2 to finish my first invoice. I am not phone or computer savvy, however I figured it out and will be using it all the time. EDIT don’t bother using this app. No one ever received an email from this app. Useless

    Great Until…... This is simple and easy to use for a small business/personal. Unfortunately, now they want to charge and arm and a leg for a subscription model. Seriously, $50 p/year for 3 invoices a month…..highway robbery!!!

    Poor customer service. I purchased a year subscription with ten invoices per month. Suddenly I wasn’t able to create any invoices. I waited a month and still having the same issue even though I only created six in the previous month. Contacted customer service to receive zero help. Was told this “ I can only recommend upgrading to a higher subscription plan. Regards, Liz” Why would I upgrade. And really that’s your only solution is for me to pay more money to an app that is scamming me in the first place. Liz forgot one other recommendation. To take my business to a better suited app that is better priced and easier to use. Thanks Liz the Diz.

    Glitches. Loved this app until I realized my logo isn’t showing on the clients side and when I print it out, had no problems up until a couple weeks ago and nothing seems to be working. Hopefully this gets fixed otherwise the apps great

    Tax features. I like it, but, it would be nice to have a way to generate a report to pdf. or excel for tax purposes. I do different invoices for lawn care and handyman services where I have to charge tax for the lawn care services. It would make life so much easier If I could separate the taxed invoices from the non taxed. Only complaint at this point.
