   Trash app. Terrible app. I switched phones and lost 5 years of my diary. I reached out but never received a response.

   Loved it…until I Didn’t. I’ve had this app since 2013! I use it faithfully. I opened it today, to write my daily entry and EVERYTHING is gone!!! Every single entry! How?!?! I’m so upset.

   glitchy. ads every entry. wouldn’t be a problem, but i watched all the ads and it still didn’t save my entry, and with one wrong press as you’re writing, you lose everything you write. so annoying.

   Doesn’t save entries after pressing save. The app would be good if it didn’t have a commercial after you save your journal entry. the commercial comes on it’s never ending and it won’t let you go back to the journal. 2 pressing save doesn’t a thing because after the commercial, your entry is gone. What’s the point of a journal if I can’t see what I wrote? Waste of my time and energy. I’m deleting the app. Not worth the fuss.

   Waste of time. Full of ads, I made my first entry and an ad popped up. I closed it out and reopened it. Mind you I saved the note. I reopened the app and it was deleted like I didn’t just type up my first entry. BYEEEE ! I hate to have my damn time wasted!

   Password reset. UPDATE: I tried again to login to my app, and I was sent a new password. I input the password and it automatically pops up an ad and then crashes and the new password that wa provided no longer is accepted. I deleted the app along with years of emotions.. It’s been a while since I’ve been on the app and I had forgotten my password. I input my email for a new password and have not gotten an email with the new password. I’ve input my email 4 times and have not received anything for my password reset. Really thinking of deleting this app if I have not gotten a password reset.

   Locked me out. After years this thing locked me out .. Every try to reset brought up ads then suddenly shut down . No replies ever received for help and I finally deleted the app and lost years not notes!! Horrible app!

   This app. Ware of time you get ads and you can not copy what you wrote and move it to another app. But this is my opinion it’s free right. So what do you expect. I pay for on already so I just went to it

    Useless Support. I’ve had this app for a while. I’ve trying to retrieve some entries that won’t show up. I contacted support several times regarding the issue. Spaced out by months. Been over a year now and STILL NO RESPONSE. I just wanted to retrieve some entries that shows it’s there but I can’t click to see. Don’t waste your time and precious entries with this. Find a better app. Support is a big FAT LIE because they’re NOT there to support.

    All my entries were deleted. I used this Diary for two years with all of my personal private thoughts that I wanted to have saved and for some reason they were all deleted I tried contacting app support and I received nothing. I was going to write a book. I am highly upset. Do not download.

    Annoyed. This diary is really good, but there are freaking commercials when you’re starting to write in your diary, and then when you want to go and save what you wrote, you have to watch a freaking commercial. It used to not be that way. I would love a paid version so I don’t have to see stupid commercials, especially when I’m not really in the mood or I’m upset and I’m writing about something that’s depressing or just my feelings. I don’t want to see an ad for a slot machine game.

    Loved the app but no longer opens (as of 1/5/25). When you click on the app, it just opens a blank white screen and nothing happens?? Sent an email to support 1/5) and nobody ever responded. Days later and it is still just a blank white empty page if you click on the app. If you click on customer support it just gives you an email address. Same with their website. It is not an actual website, just an empty page with an email address? Hopefully it has not gone defunct. I tried rebooting the phone but this did not help. I have the most recent version of the app and ios too. This started before I took the ios update to 18.2. And you cannot delete the app/reinstall it or I will lose years of journal entries :( Anyone else having this problem? 1/8 - still no response from support and the app is not responding. I save this review and do not see it in most recent so not sure this app is active anymore.

    So disappointed. I’ve been using this app since 2021. Last year I noticed that as I’m typing a whole paragraph an ad will appear which I understand it must appear since the app is free. But when the ad is over it goes back to my page and my whole entry disappears. How frustrating! To prevent this from happening, I have to remember to save as I am writing. I always like to go back and read my entry a year prior to reflect on how much I’ve improved throughout my healing journey. This morning I opened the app to journal and noticed most of my 2023 and 2024 entries has disappeared. How hurtful and disappointing. A diary is a tool I use to be vulnerable, heal, reach a new perspective and to grow. Now two years of my life journey in writing has been taken away. Please fix this!

    No reply from customer service!. I have had this app since 2016! I got a new phone and nothing transferred over. I’ve emailed customer service more than 6 times with no response! Extremely disappointed after being loyal to them for 8 years! Disgusting!

    This cannot be real. I have been using this diary for roughly 7 years now and it’s been great. However, as of 5 minutes ago, the app just crashed and all of my entries from now until 2023 are completely gone. Vanished. I also changed my password a few months ago and the first red flag was that the new password wasn’t working. Then I tried the old password which worked but all of the old entries were gone. Please help! I don’t want this to happen to any more of my entries and I want all of my old ones back!

    Deleted entries!. I’ve used this app for years and all of a sudden, it deleted all my 2023 entries! Every last one of them. Save yourself the stress and get a different app.

    Bad. I download this but when I saw that I had to put my email address in it I uninstalled it. When someone want a private journal that is exactly what is should be. Free with no tracking or personal information.

    Issue with ads that will not close. I’ve used this journal successfully for a year, however, recently I have been unsuccessful in saving my journal do to ads that will not close and remain open on the screen. I have lost each of my daily posts do to these ads. I will not use this app until issue is resolved.

    Where are my entries?. Downloaded this app and began making entries the very next morning. Saved them, of course, and then wanted to go back and edit one of the entries this morning. Well that wasn’t possible because none of them saved! App is completely empty. And of course there’s no way to go back and recapture those memories. I am so angry right now. This app is a useless piece of you know what.

    I really liked the app concept. I really liked the password lock and I love the pink colors. However every time I try to journal it kicks me out and without saving…I tried to save as a I go and it timed out and made me put passcode in and my entry was gone. I’ve tried it several times spread out throughout the year. It did the same and interrupted my journaling. Very frustrating so I do not recommend.

    Unfortunate. Cannot use the app with a external keyboard for use with the iPad. The app doesn’t auto rotate ! To hard to write in it !! Wish they would fix it !.
