   ???. I used this app for a year and randomly out of nowhere they locked everything they already wrote behind a paywall. Looked at the reviews and saw that this happened to someone else.

   Help!. I downloaded this diary about three years ago and have entries in it that I’d like to keep, share etc. The app I’d is 842476885. When I try to use the various export solutions none work. I tried to send the content to my Notes, to an email, to a printer. Nothing works. I believe they app I have on an older iPad is an earlier version of this one. Same ribbon logo! Also tried to download again on a newer iPad, using the app ID. I get a message that this app is not available in my geographic area! The app belongs to you but the entries belong to me. You can’t rightly encourage people to “try” the app for free, let them pour their heart out and them steal their content. Can you help me to relieve my content?

   Really?. You might as well make us pay to download the app! You can’t do anything without paying, not even write a word. It just takes you to a subscription page that you can’t exit. I wouldn’t pay a penny every 10 years for this useless app.

   Terrible customer service. I really loved this app when I first downloaded it, paid the $20 a year subscription and everything. I decided to put a lock on it just to be safe and unfortunately I couldn’t remember the code after I did that. I messaged the customer service to let them know and asked if they could reset it for me. All they did was send a link that didn’t work and told me to reset my phone, which neither worked. I messaged back to let them know it didn’t work and I was still locked out and I never received a response. Don’t waste your money on this. Download a different app that’ll have better service and access.

    Format & Search. There is no search choice. If I want to look back on a story by using keywords and/or phrases to find a particular item or story, there is no way to do so. That’s kind of the point of having an electronic diary: to be able to recall an event, story, joke, etc. whenever you want. Also, I just want to see a list of the dates, with partial entries listed from top to bottom of screen. That format makes a whole lot of sense. The diary I’ve been using since 2013 is no longer in the App Store, but I sure wish it was!!! It’s perfect. No ads and it was free. I bought the 11 pro iPhone in November 2019, upgrading from the 6s plus from 2015 and I can’t get it on my new phone. I’m super bummed. I have to carry both phones with me.

    Will force you to sign up for membership. It’s annoying that you have to sing up for a paid membership even to try the app. Regardless of having the 7 day free trial. That’s just crappy!

    Can’t view on landscape for iPad with keyboard.. This one needs a viewable shift feature with the iPad. If you have a key board it doesn’t work when typing. Why cant you set the screen to the landscape mode? Maybe I’m just not doing it right, please help me!

    What?. It won’t let me even get into the app without paying anything. I don’t understand. It’s free in the App Store. Why should I pay for it once I download it? I don’t want to pay for a free trial. I don’t even want a free trial. I just want to write out my thoughts. Cool concept. Just bummed it didn’t work out.

    Does the app synch across devices?. I entered an entry into one device my iPad but found that it doesn’t synch with my phone. That doesn’t seem to be a good design at all :-( I might have to cancel if this is the case, sadly…

    Well idk. So I got this app to write ally school drama and keep in mind I'm only eleven so I got this app and I pressed on it a it took me to a subscription page and I was like okay let me exit this a I couldn't find the button to exit and I so confused and my parents don't let me but stuff on apps so I was disappointed and I started to read the other reviews and I saw this happened to another girl my age.

    You Have to Pay for It. I got the app thinking that it is going to be a free journaling app but then the first thing I see is that I have to pay for it.I’m a little disappointed that I have to pay for it but there are other apps that I don’t have to pay for.
