   Predatory billing and subpar AI performance. Do not be fooled by the ads! The AI performance is a massive disappointment. It fails to catch or correct basic grammar mistakes as promised in their marketing. The dialogue feels robotic and "AI-generated" in the worst way possible. It's a complete waste of time. To make matters worse, they use deceptive billing. I stopped using the app in February, but they charged me $89.99 on April 27th via their website (Stripe), bypassing Apple’s subscription management. Their support refuses a refund even though their service doesn't work as advertised. Total scam — poor tech and predatory financial practices. Avoid!

   Terrible pronunciation. This app has no clue how to properly communicate Spanish. I fear it’s teaching me the wrong things. Let my native Spanish speaking friends hear how it was speaking and they laughed at what an idiot I would sound like if I followed this program. Requesting full refund. Also the program wastes a lot of time talking to me in English chit chatting when you’re just wasting time not learning Spanish.

After trying it briefly, I realized it was not suitable and immediately requested a refund — within two days of purchase. My refund request was denied despite minimal usage. This creates a negative customer experience and makes the subscription feel risky. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before subscribing.

   Too frequent pop up and ask to pay even paid for a year. So frequent disturbances to ask for review. Each time I provide a negative review and ask to stop. Two observations: these annoying pop ups continued; and my negative reviews never collected. What is wrong?

    Pay first, use later. You can’t really use this app without paying. The “free“ version gives you about 4 minutes + a long questionnaire, and then everything is locked. You have to pay to access even a single feature. I do not recommend this app

    Misleading Refund Policy. The app does not allow users to try it for free to see how it works. It clearly mentions a 100% refund policy, which is why I subscribed for 3 months. After using the app for only one day, I decided to cancel and requested a refund. No refund was given, even though the app promises a full refund. This is misleading and disappointing. I do not recommend this app due to the refund issue.

    Asked too many questions before even starting to use the app. I deleted the app even before started to use it. It asked too many questions, and questions are getting more and more personal, why should I give so many info? If it’s AI English tutor, shouldn’t it adjust by itself as I use the app? Ridiculous

    Billing Issue with Subscription. I recently downloaded your app and selected what I believed was the monthly subscription plan. However, I noticed that I was charged for the annual plan instead. I would like to request a refund for the annual charge and switch to the monthly plan as originally intended.

    Poor supporting, very difficult to cancel, don’t offer refund. I purchased this app through an ad on Instagram, and I had a terrible experience with the company’s support team. The app started charging me weekly, and when I tried to contact support, they told me to reach out to IOS app. However, since I had already canceled the subscription, it no longer appeared for me in Apple’s system. When I finally managed to speak with someone, they were very rude, insisted that I send screenshots of my previous attempts to prove my last contacts and cancelation. In the end, I was able to cancel the subscription, but I ended up with a debt and had a very frustrating support experience. It was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in the United States. I do not recommend this company.

    Horrible customer service. I can’t believe how these people managed the customer service there. I did not want an additional service which was charged, so I asked for cancel and refund, this customer support kept asking me how I accidentally purchase this additional service and said I am lying. Can you believe this?? I did not even use the analyzer call service and simply wanted to cancel it. Even though it offers 30 days money back guarantee, I was not able to cancel it within a week, but accused of lying and got humiliated!!!

    🤮🤮. Absolutely one of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had. I paid for a one-week subscription, and the app froze constantly. When I reached out for help, the “support” responded with sarcasm and rudeness — not even pretending to be professional. After checking other reviews, I saw I wasn’t the only one. Multiple users have been insulted, mistreated, and even emotionally ridiculed by this so-called technical support. It feels more like emotional manipulation than customer service. This app is not useful, not professional, and not worth your time or money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this scam disguised as an AI tool.

    Doesn’t work. This app is completely broken. It’s full of bugs and constantly crashes. The biggest problem is there’s no way to reach support — every time I try, it just says “something went wrong” and I can’t even send a message. There’s literally no help available. This is unacceptable, and I want a full refund.
