   Horrible. A true nightmare. Some activities are not validated, and a checkmark doesn't appear after completion. As a result, I have to redo the activity so that the checkmark appears, causing me to waste time unnecessarily.

    Fraud. They charged me 89.99 for an auto renewal that I was not awarded of. I got an email saying they was charging me and I immediately sent them an email cancelling. They said now I am obligated to pay. People be awarded. I will not end until I get my money back

Dopo aver comprato il servizio premium per 2 anni, per una disattenzione il corso è stato rinnovato anche per il 2021..ho chiesto gentilmente il giorno stesso di poter ricevere il rimborso in quanto non ne ho più bisogno..richiesta rifiutata e neanche è possibile contattarli per telefono. Compagnia interessata solo ai soldi, sempre pronta ad approfittarsene dei propri clienti sfruttando umane disattenzioni. Veramente senza parole. SHAME!

    I really like the app but I had issues on my purchase.. when I made a 1 year subscription purchase the advisement was $34.99 for one year subscription but I get charged $69.99 instead. I still couldn’t find any contact information to address this issue, all they have is a different types of articles for a common question, you don’t actually find a real costumer service person to help you out.

    Caution with this subscription. After free trial they gonna charge you, without ask you, it’s very difficult cancel your subscription, I had to close my credit card, this app is a scam, no refund, no fair deal....On the other hand if you have an iPhone, the app in iPhone doesn’t run properly....finally the app is useless if you live out side of England....the British accent is tooooo heavy. In conclusion don’t waste your money a simple YouTube class is one thousand better and for free.

Pague por esta App y luego de un año sin aviso me descontaron de mi tarjeta 3 veces más de lo que pague inicialmente y lo peor y más injusto es que siempre vale lo mismo para todos los estudiantes nuevos, y para los estudiantes antiguos es tres veces más costoso, nunca te avisan solo te llega el cobro de tu tarjeta, hice hasta lo imposible para recuperar mi dinero y nunca fue posible, hay mejores app y sin esta estada de cobros

    Don’t pay for these scammers. I subscribed to this App but had many issues, the App crashed many times. I sent email to support but no one respond to my email. There is no way to cancel automatically subscription, the site is not responding. The app billed me and they refused to refund. They said that you can give it to someone if you don’t use!!! Never see businesses that treat their customers like these guys.

    Updated. La aplicación era bastante buena, pero con las actuaciones quitaron 95% de los ejercicios y prácticas. Ya no vale la pena This app used to be really good, but the last updates messed it up. It doesn't work now!

    Not working. The app is not working after the latest update. I’m entering the correct answer (I verified it with the hint answer they provide), but it still recognizes it as a wrong answer, highlighting the part which is exactly the same as in their answer. Very frustrating for a paid user.

    No se puede descargar los certificados. He terminado un nivel del curso y no puedo descargar el certificado del nivel desde la aplicación, debido a que me aparece un mensaje que dice “Puedes descargar tu certificado desde la web del curso”, ingreso desde mi ordenador y no existe ningún link o acceso en donde se me permita descargar el certificado y mucho menos que lo pueda compartir en lilkedin. Favor su ayuda, he tratado de comunicarme con ustedes por el centro de ayuda y me envían un mail como que si mi caso estuviera resuelto con un mensaje que no tiene nada que ver Gracias, espero una pronta respuesta

    Mala App Atracadores... Desde hace un año por error inscribí para este curso y hoy me cobraron una membresía de 76 dólares, un curso que solo abrí una sola vez, he escrito para que me devuelvan mi dinero y los estafadores aún no responden....Espero que el Banco le quite el dinero, ya que no quieren devolverlo. Atracadores, es más deberían quitarlos del marcado, de Apple. Por que no son de confianza.
