   Just Wrong. I had used this app forever. I believe I even paid a small fee back in the day for ad-free. Now these ads are way over the top. No way to get around that stupid king game. I will hate it but I just may have to give this app up due to these new changes…

   Does not share well. We have three devices with the App. We created an account so we can share a joint shopping list. The synchronization process does not always work. There does not seem to be a good way to force synchronization. It is also frustrating that the layout of screens and functions are inconsistent between devices, ie. iPad vs iPhone

   Annoying. I wish there was an option to Link my Amazon to this list instead of being FORCED to go back and forth. I have a horribly bad memory and I don’t know what I added and what I didn’t add. Other apps you can link your account so you don’t have to go through the hassles of remembering what you did or didn’t add. I don’t even want to give you 1 star. 😡Frustrating!!!

   It doesn’t work.. I’ve used this app for years. A great time saver. Now it won’t give me a list of items nor will it allow me to add items. Who cares what store I go to?

   Items Added Mysteriously. I used this app for years. Al of a sudden items started randomly appearing on the list. We were buying things we done want or need. I am shutting this app down.

    Version 5.5.0 won’t even open!. ☹️ You may have made it compatible with iOS 13 but now it isn’t working with iOS 12.4.1

    Stay away from the lite. This used to be an excellent app and then they trashed it, and remodeled it, and it’s terrible, they took away the valuable functions are used to have! You cannot enter without your phone wanting to enable location settings for them to tell you where to go!

    So buggy - crashes and freezes constantly. I'm going to try to find a new app that lets me customize as much as this one does- I have been trying to get into it for the past 10 minutes to update my list and it just keeps freezing.

    Unstable. I find this app very unstable. On my personal phone it crashes frequently. On my work phone, grocery items often lose the categorization that I have given them for Aisle and Category. Features for different shopping lists and stores are not intuitive. Problem is, I have spent so long typing in all my grocery items and even photos, now I feel like I am stuck with it. But there must be better out there.

    No longer works. I’m devastated right now! The app will no longer open on my iPhone or iPad. I rely on this app and have no idea what to use instead since I want store-specific pricing. My only possible saving grace is that my data is still accessible online, but I see no way to extract it, other than to “print” my lists as PDFs. When I select “help” from the website, I get a message that the page doesn’t exist.

    Abandoned. This app used to be great, but starting with iOS 11 it was a little buggy. With iOS 12 my initial impression is that it’s a lot buggy. I’m going to go pay $5 for another app, but I’d rather spend it on an update to this.

    One time great app but no more. For about 5 years now, this app has been my go to app for grocery shopping and it was awesome for the first 4 years. Now in the last year or so since the iOS 11 update, it has been borderline unusable. It locks up, shuts down, goes blank, flickers, aisle number disappear, wont accept purchase inputs, etc. I need to restart it constantly. This happens of course while shopping which is the only reason to even have this app installed. I’m very disappointed since it seems the developer has walked away from supporting bug fixes. A sad end to a once terrific app.

    App scanner doesn’t work. The camera error keeps coming up can’t use back camera. Locks the app. Submitted a request months ago for a fix still not working. 5/25 still not working going to delete this app. Don’t waste your time on this.

    Changed the deal after I bought.. I bought this long before the change to a subscription fee. Felt like it was unfair but did not have time to find new one until now. Cancel subscription.

    Pingwell does not honor app purchases. I and many other people bought the Pro version of this app for $4.99 years ago. Then Pingwell bought the app and discarded ALL of out purchases and replaced our apps with a new version that has adds and is subscription-base. Do not support these people. They basically stole from past customers.

    Constant Crashing. The app crashes all the time. I have to reload the app several times while out shopping. Almost unusable.

    Fraud.. Pro customers payed for free ads. Pingwell bought the app and put back the ads! Now asking for subscription to remove them? Are they looking for a legal action? What about Apple allowing this fraud?

    This app tries to phish your password. Warning: this app constantly pops up with a box asking for you to type in your Apple ID password. Phishing attempts by the developer of this app! We will be reporting this to the head of Apple Security, so that they permanently ban this app from the App Store.

    Ads on Pro Version !!. I previous bought the Pro Version with lifetime ads removal but not the ads have been added to the Pro Version. I use to this app frequently but now don’ like the way it works.

    Used to be good. Version 5.2.1.1 takes many attempts (20+) in order for the app to open and stay open. Adding new items is a bit clunky.

    Very disappointed!. I have used the app for a LONG time and loved it. I had all my items categorized by aisle number in my local store. Then, with the iPhone IOS update, it would no longer open and a message said that the developer needed to update. I just today saw it in the App Store while searching for a new app so downloaded it and I’m so not going to be using it. The ads are extremely irritating. Off to search again 😞

    Scam. Was a great app that I was happy to pay for, but then you took away our paid app version and gave us an ad supported free app. I want what I paid for. No communication from your company about the change, I hope nobody supports any of your products. Untrustworthy company. BUYER BEWARE!!!
