   Used to be great. This program used to be great. I preferred it over any other list program for shopping that was around. It integrated really well with Amazon Alexa. It understood what I wanted using voice. It was very accurate. But now some kind of update has been done and it’s forcing you to pay every month. I physically purchased this program a number of and now it’s requiring me to pay more. Don’t get this program. It’s worthless now.

   Grocery list app has forgotten its one job. I’m not sure why my grocery list app incessantly advertises their subscription, limits the AMOUNT OF GROCERY LISTS I CAN HAVE, and pesters me constantly with banner ads and sponsored recommendations. At this point it’s easier to write my list on my arm than use this app which advertises so much it should be considered malware. I am certainly confused why I need a subscription to, and i cannot stress this enough, A GROCERY LIST APP. Just use a napkin and save yourself the headache.

   App is broken. This app is broken. You cant create an account or log in. It’s always been clunky, but it just stopped syncing and while trying to fix it I logged out and it wont let me in with my pin. Oh and the forgot pin isn’t working either. Guess i’m getting a new app.

   Bad customer service. I’m giving this one star only because I’ve tried contacting customer service several times to restore my original purchase of Premium for this app. No response at all from customer service. Purchase

   Uggh. At the store and my list didn’t sync Update after following directions from support my devices synced. However when I got to the store TODAY my iPhone didn’t have all the items yet again. This is getting too frustrating!

    Love it!!! But........ Can we get a dark version and optional icons? Also no watch complication. I’ve been using this app since day one and sadly I’m moving on. The app has not kept up and for the price/value it’s just not worth it anymore.

    Use to be good. This was my go to for groceries and lists. The last update removed Apple Watch functionality so it is now worthless to me. Unfortunate for such a great app in the past.

    Hate It. I have been paying less than $10 for this app every time I buy a new smartphone. Loved version 2.0.11 on my old Android. Paid $50 to install it on my iPhone. Building my grocery list. The grocery items cannot be edited. Type the word Eggs - there is no way to select a color category. It is at the bottom of list with no assigned color category. And when you go to the lists, when you select Eggs, there is no option to edit it and assign it to a category. Cannot delete the different ways I tried to trick the spelling of the word Eggs in order to assign it to a category. I want my money back. If Buy Me A Pie won’t refund my $49.99+, my credit card company will.

    Used to be able to share lists with my wife. Now every time I want to share something I have to re-login. And the app has to have notifications and background app refresh enabled. This used to be a useful app. Now, Just sending and emailed list is much easier.

    Bad customer support. I had used this app for year and liked it. I updated to the pro version. I recently noticed I was getting ads. I tried to restore my purchase status but the app kept failing email customer support about the issue. They wanted the confirmation email from my upgrade which I did several years ago I didn’t have it. this company doesn’t have any customer support to resolve. You’re at the shoes I recommend you not buy from them.

    Update. This last update is horrible. I’ve used this app for years. But with the newest update I’ve lost every thing. And the “contact us” is not working. I already had a subscription and now it won’t restore my purchases. Im very disappointed!

    Good app but not worth the cost. I’ll just share apple notes before start a subscription for this…. Free portion prompts you to pay every 10-30 seconds so I’m just uninstalling. I’d buy it for $10-$15 but a subscription is not a good value.

    Lost my lists. When I upgraded to the version that required an account, it deleted my lists including the one about my newborn. I’m quite frustrated about it.

    List ideas. Works fairly well for me. I would like to be able have a couple more lists. Ex: 1 for Target/Walmart, 1 for grocery, 1 for home wants/needs, 2 or 3 for Christmas ideas. 1 for wish list. Also would like to be able to delete an item from the master list, ex: if one is misspelled.l
