   Need help - doesn’t print. I downloaded this app, filled the pantry. But this program does me no good if I can’t print the list for my husband to take to the store. I know you can share, not my husband way of doing things. If not able to print, I’ll have to delete and go with a more usable program for our needs.

   Won’t sync with my phone. So I spent 30 minutes moving my information from Shopping List over to this app and now it won’t sync with my phone. There is a cover-up on the screen (don’t have an account yet? Sign up )which is on top of the buttons to push for “use your existing online profile”…so I can’t click to use my existing profile with Apple! Can no one make something that’s easy to use? Doesn’t have landscape mode, so I can’t rotate phone and access the buttons

   Doesn’t work for sharing. Great for making lists for myself, but the account login doesn’t work and the primary reason I wanted it was so my wife and I could share lists and add things to them so that when either one of us went to the store we could get everything. On both of our phones we just get errors whenever we try to log in. We’ve tried creating new accounts, updating passwords, etc, nothing has worked. Great as a list creator, but I can do that with any note tool, the advertised benefit here is being able to sync, and it doesn’t.

   Loss of Customization. You can no longer move individual entries on the grocery list by grabbing and holding to move to the position that you choose. It will merely return to the location that the app placed it when the food item was created.

   Nice looking but no sharing. The sharing capabilities do not work. The developer has not been able to get it to work . Too bad since I like the layout of the list part of the App

   How do you “sync”. This app is worthless, downloaded it to have a shared list with my household to make my life easier. Everyone downloaded the app and no one could see anyone else’s list.

   Keeps crashing. I used to like this app but just got a new iPhone and it is crashing every minute. It just freezes when I’m scrolling or trying to check off an item. Super frustrating.

    Limited capabilities. No sort function, no search function - the more items added to My Pantry, the more time scrolling and hunting. The app does its own sorting with no discernible pattern. Simple alphabetical would be a plus. Time to move on and find something better.

    Bad app. Can not log into my account. Says user name but no place to put a user name Scan receipts useless. Keeps telling me it is a duplicate receipt. Can’t delete receipt and can not find any receipts that I may have scanned to see if I had scanned this receipt before No way to contact a support person

    Need to Alphabetize and Improve Customer Support. I wish the items that have been checked off would be alphabetized. It is very time consuming to search through the list to reactivate an item for my next shopping trip. If this were changed, this would be a much more user friendly app. I have used this one for a few years. I have also written, three different times, in to customer support regarding my alphabetizing request. Each time, I received the same automated email response and never got the impression that anyone even cares about customer opinions. I recently started using AnyList and have been able to do EVERYTHING I’ve been wanting to do with this one. I have deleted ListEase from my phone, never to turn back.

    Share Functionality - Maybe, maybe not. Updating a shared list appears to only work in one direction. And weirdly, that’s from the sharee to the sharer. Ultimately end up with duplicates on a list that is intended to be enduring. The functional implementation of this capability is poor.

    Doesn’t sync & ads every time I open it?. An ad keeps popping up when I start the app for me to use unwanted features The app doesn’t sync as advertised. I stopped using the app. I thought is was going to be great, but it isn’t

    Just when you thought it was safe…. It seemed like this app had finally gotten its act together - thank you! Most of the incredibly annoying little quirks had been toned down or removed, and for the last several years, it’s been a joy. Of course, I never updated it, because that never ends well, until in a moment of madness, I did tonight. OMG! What a mistake. An edit box that appears over every single item you’re trying to enter? EVERY SINGLE ONE??? Why in the world would you think that bogging down every entry on the off chance that someone might need to make an edit - which is very easy to do individually when needed - was a good idea? Was there a contest to see who could come up with the most useless and annoying tweak? Well, congratulations. You’ve done it. And again, there seems to be no way to turn it off, which is about par for the course. You people need to get a clue.

    Won’t work. Used to work great. Now my husband’s list won’t sync with mine. Now I can’t log in after resetting my password. Not sure what happened as it was a great idea.

    A Sad Change. I have loved this app for a long time. BUT in the last couple of months the Category item has not been working and seems to place most items consistently in the “other” category. And the refreshing from another device also changes the category of items. The app is using too much time to redo lots of items. Maybe it is my up to date iOS, but I doubt it. Of this continues, I guess it is time to search for another app.

    Constantly Crashes. Used this app for quite some time now and really makes grocery runs so much easier. However I’ve noticed over the course of the past few months that it’s been crashing constantly (sometimes within minutes of reopening). This has become highly disruptive and wish that this were addressed. Edit: thought I hit submit. Wrote this initially years ago and still crashes. Also freezes for minutes on end which is really disruptive especially while in the store.

    Cannot create a login profile without Meta. I was excited about organizing my Barton’s shopping lists, and having them shareable with my spouse. However, I could not share my list until I signed in, and could not set up a login profile without connecting the app to my Facebook or Apple account. That seems ridiculous for a shopping list app. No thank you.

    Stopped synching lists between family members. Used it regularly for our household and it was really great when it worked. Recently it stopped synching lists between family members and became much less useful for us. Contacted support and issue was never resolved. Moving on to another solution.

    Cannot Recommend. Have used this app for more than 10 yrs, used to be very impressed with its features.. But for last year, it will freeze up on me wat odd and very frustrating times. I am looking at new shopping apps now and intend to switch when I find a better one.

    Love app, but has been freezing up since update several months ago. I’ve been using this app for years and love it. However, since an update several months back, the app always freezes up. I’ll be scrolling through my list or adding something to my grocery cart, or check something off my grocery cart and it will just freeze up. It will unfreeze after a moment, but will freeze up again moments later. Been using this app for years and never had any issues with it freezing up before. Hopefully it will be fixed soon because it’s annoying as hell, especially when you’re in a hurry.

    Not Sure Yet. Update: You can create your own lists in another tab and delete the ones you don’t like. Now if I can organize the order, I will be so happy! Just downloaded the app and off the bat I don’t like that I can’t modify the name or create personal categories. Another issue I have is not being able to put the categories in my own personal order. I like to have sections or like items in how I shop so I can mark them off from the top down. This has my cold stuff at the top and won’t allow me to adjust it. Otherwise it is easy to use and I love the little list helper. I’m just very OCD with how I make my lists. If I can work out these kinks and it’s user error I will update.

    Great App for list making. Have used this app for years to organize store runs. Pros easy to use, ability to check off items placed in cart. Cons the app is unable to categorize even the simplest things like apples, lettuce even though I buy them almost every store run.

    Ok App. I’m just not happy with the option to pick from the drop down list of stored previous purchases. Too frequently will the drop down list error. When I select an item from the drop down list, I expect the selection to be added to my list. Frequently it will instead, leave nonsense gibberish in my search bar. I then have to delete the gibberish and retype my selection. This has been frustrating.

    Good app, but reordering doesn't work. I installed the app, and I thought I would like it. Unfortunately, reordering doesn't work and 6 month old comments from users have gone unanswered.
