   Update deleted all my lists. Been using this forever. Today I opened app and all my lists are gone except one.

   Very frustrated. A week ago, I would have given this app five stars. Over the last several days, the information in the app disappears seconds after I open the app. I have several lists stored in this app and have no way of accessing them now. I have checked everything online and Checked off all the boxes as far as resolutions are concerned. Nothing seems to work.

   Horrible app!!! Don’t Buy!!. I downloaded the pro-version in my iPad and it did not sync with my iPhone. I believe I must pay again in my iPhone in order to see the lists I created in my iPad. Very disappointed!!

   Can’t family share - no response from support. This app fails to tell you that each person in your home needs to pay to use this app - even if on apple family. That’s not what their description leads you to believe. Multiple emails to support asking questions went unanswered. Now i’m stuck with one paid app that we can’t use in my home between each other because I will not buy additional copies.

   Share and sync list does not work. When I try to share and sync list with another user it bounces me completely out of the app and to my Home Screen! Major issue - and can only find it after purchasing the app.

   Completely useless app. Bug in software. Just bought 2 copies. Added categories on one copy and added lists. Shared the lists with other copy and the first copy lost all the original categories. Now hundreds of items are in a blank category. Reported the problem a week ago and no response. I want my $4 back!

   Does not sync. App doesn’t sync with the Apple Watch. I have to delete and reinstall the app on the Watch every time I want to use the app.

    Siri doesn’t recognize app. Bought on App Store and Siri doesn’t even recognize it. Keeps telling me I don’t have a shopping list app. Cannot distinguish the word “shoppy” from “shopping”. My whole reason to have the app is to be able to add to my list without having to pull out my phone and thumb it manually on the phone keyboard. This is one thing Alexa is great for.

    I shouldn’t have paid for premium. This app could be very useful if one big change was made. When you check items off of your list, the item should stay on the list but be crossed out. The item should be able to be recovered if you mistakenly touch it. The very first time I used it, I was using it with my phone locked. By mistake I touched an item before I had even gotten started, and bam the item was gone. I had to open the app in my unlocked phone to put the item back in. Reply to Dev: Exactly, it could be the same on the Lock Screen. If I accidentally touch the item it is gone. I would prefer it to change color and sort to the bottom and be recoverable.

    SE too small to type on. I have an iPad and an SE. It’s much easier to make the shopping list on the iPad and use the phone while shopping. Not playing $6.99 for iCloud syncing. I’ll lug the iPad around. I know y’all need to make it living but $7? Thanks, but no thanks . I’ll go with my other shopping app or use my reminder widget. They sync for free.

    No sync makes this useless.. I can’t understand why it’s taking so long to implement this very basic feature. With sync this would easily be a five star app.

    Needs Big Improvements. What this app lacks is a 'Prepare' TAB that is linked to favorites and a 'SHOP' TAB that only lists what one has checked off for that particular store at that particular time - essentially enabling one to create multiple store lists from FAVORITES. In its simplicity, it is awkward and cumbersome. :(

    DISAPPOINTED. When I 1st started to use this application it worked alright but that lasted about 2 weeks. I can't even make an item go on my lists.

    App froze. I spent allot of time making a large grocery list for upcoming party. Now the app says "waiting" and will not open. I have tried everything to recover my grocery list. I am now trying to recreate in a different app but afraid I am going to forget something App not reliable

    Lacks options. Only categorizes preloaded staple items (eggs, milk, etc). Anything you add goes into the "other" category. Also only allows a quantity and not an amount (lb, ou, etc.). Not useful

    Buggy (?). Would be useful, but switching lists does not work (even though desired list is "checked" under "lists" button. Strangely, switch can be forced if "category" view is toggled on & off. Sometimes, after switch, the right list items are displayed under the name of another list. Hoping problems are related to iOS update (we are using 9.02), and will be fixed soon.

    020315, As a developer ur doing y/self an injustice. Your website is NOT sensible, why? I would think that , URL site, is a requisite for Appl approval? Your app is okay; yet, HOW can I get word to u on some FEATURES that make it better like moving an item to a category i.e. kale to VEGETABLE rather than OTHER? Take some pride in your work Jonathan.

    Why no landscape view?. I think I would probably love this app, and use it often. BUT, and I think I'm not alone here, why, oh why, can't I use it in Landscape view?

    Won’t share between both of us!. My wife bought this app and so have I. This app worked for two lists, but when we tried adding a new list, it will not appear on my phone. All syncs are turned on, but list does not appear, also tried using iMessage to send list, still does not work. Some instructions would be useful!

    Cannot access categories. This app would work a lot better for me if I could add the categories that are already in the app to my shopping list, but there seems no way to do this. Unless this can be sorted out I fear I may have wasted my money….

    Doesn’t sync. I bought this to share shopping lists with my wife. The core functionality works fine if slightly clunky but sync’ing lists between us simply doesn’t work. Giving up on this app.

    Not as described & invisible developer. I bought this specifically because the blurb says you can edit the pre-set categories. You can't. You can add categories, add and delete items, but you're stuck with the existing categories. This means you have to have American categories such as 'Candy' whether you want them or not. Very irritating. Worse, there is no developer's contact info within the app and when I attempted to go to the website given in the app description to report these problems I got a screen, in French, telling me the site doesn't exist or can't be found. (Good job I can read French: could be very confusing for people who don't.) I will happily edit this review or write another if these issues are addressed and sorted. Meanwhile don't buy this app if you want the flexibility the description claims, or if you believe that what the developer claims should be borne out it reality, or if you believe users should be able to contact the developer. Poor show.

    Premium. I purchased the one time upgrade a long time ago. Now I can no longer share my list with my husband without him getting a popup for subscription services. Just to work just fine. No way to restore my previous purchase plus even if I wanted to do your extortion monthly services there is no option that comes up in my app. Used to be my goto and I used to recommend to others. No more. Will probably just use my notes app instead.

    Unable to restore the Pro version. I own the Pro version. After uninstalling some years ago, I decided to reinstall it but it doesn't let me restore the Pro version anymore; the button simply doesn't respond. Disappointing!

    Les listes partagées ne se mettent plus à jour. Nous avons acheté l’application pour pouvoir partager nos ajouts sur les listes, elles ne se mettent plus à jour Décevant et rend l’achat inutile voir même l’utilisation. Le support ne répond pas à nos message
