   This is ridiculous. Everything is locked unless you subscribe, as if having one more item on my bill will make me happy. Uninstalled.

   Privacy issues. Asks a million super personal questions that are intrusive and irrelevant before you can use the app. Zero reason for this. You don't need to know my name, age, sex, etc. Also there are only 2 genders. I don't support woke nonsense suggesting otherwise.

   Trash. Why bother having a ‘free’ option for this app, when literally nothing is available to you as a free user? Every single mediation, song, etc is ‘locked’ unless you pay for the app, which makes the app actual trash unless you wanna pay $70/year

   AI slop, not relaxing. I really wanna like this app but I’ve had multiple bad experiences with it. You’re much better off just pulling up a meditation on Spotify or YouTube. My main issue is a lot of the “coaches” and “content creators” seem to be AI. Their phrasing and voices don’t sound natural. How am I supposed to relax when a bot made the meditation?? On top of that, I listened to sleep hypnosis from one particular creator and had a nightmare that a demon was chanting over my body in my sleep. If Aura can’t deliver on quality, human-made content then why bother paying so much, it’s worthless.

   Free to download. All content is behind a paywall. It’s pointless to allow a free down but then lock down every single aspect of the app.

    Not free. I downloaded the app, answered ALL the questions to find out nothing on the app is free! Waste of my time.

    Classic steal your data and then make you pay. This app promises a lot, but by the time you’ve gotten through their forced menus at the beginning, you’re left with nothing. It’s nice that they have paid stuff, but they could say that upfront. Instead, they offer a bunch, ask a bunch and then deliver little while asking for your money.

    No warning trial is ending. This app touts itself on assuring that they will send a reminder when the free trial is soon ending. However, this is a lie. They do not send any notifications and will continue to hit every card you have on file with APPLE to get your money. SCAM

    Just way too much. I saw this advertised on a social media app and said it was like Spotify for mental health. I’m like well ok I’ll give it a whirl. I did the one month trial (which you have to pay for I thinking was $4.99) but did not utilize it much to warrant the $70 yearly fee. So before my trial ended I cancelled and I didn’t realize the app offers NOTHING if you aren’t paying. I did like some of the sounds offered to listen to while falling asleep. Every single one is locked. I’m so tired of these apps that try to say they aim to help with mental health, sleep, meditation etc but not without a hefty fee. Yes to some $70 annual isn’t a huge deal but they don’t even offer a monthly subscription option. It just doesn’t seem worth it to me so I’ll be deleting the app since again, unless you’re paying it’s completely non functional.

    Annoying and pushy. I forgot to turn off the free trial so stuck for a year. Every meditation begins with a proclaimer this is aura- very distracting. Very pushy on advertising and make it hard to cancel. I also don’t like any of the voices or words. Very stilted and weird passages like ai wrote them. Update- didn’t like calm either bc the meditations are good but all very short. Really liking Headspace though.

    Fraudsters. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.. I tried to cancel the subscription I didn’t even know I had until my credit card was charged. No notification of upcoming renewal. I contacted Aura immediately to no avail. I’m stuck with this bill. I canceled my credit card to avoid these thieves from charging me again. STAY AWAY!!!! This company deserves to go out of business. Taking money from an 81 YO WIDOW. They have no conscience. I am ill but as soon as I recover I’m contacting the FTC to report their failure to allow cancellation of this unwanted subscription.

    Ripoff. Wished a free trial as advertised and was immediately informed I was charged as I used a free trial over a year ago that I had no memory of. When I attempted a cancel and refund within a few days I was refused. So I’m stuck with this weak ridiculous subscription that I am now going to delete. I should have been notified I did not qualify for a free trial and why before I was automatically charged for a year. Lowlife ripoff.

    Access link not provided after full premium paid subscription. If you want something to be successful, then it needs to work. If customers can’t access their full subscription and keep getting asked to sign up after they’ve already paid in full. This only creates frustration and disappointment and leads to cancellations. I suggest improving your system.

    Scam- Steals your money. I never signed up for anything but a free trial. Yesterday I was charged, without my consent, for a year subscription. I immediately wrote them & also my credit card for a fraudulent charge. I did get a refund.

    Don’t give info, they steal. This was a bad app that auto charged me without notice and it doesn’t look like they refund. Definitely NOT worth it. Bad customer policy and you can get the same thing for free on YouTube. Boo! Give me back my money you stole.

    CHARGES YOU FOR FREE TRIAL. Do not download this app, it’s completely a scam and they’re trying to get away with charging people $69.99 when you sign up for a “free trial”. I already emailed their customer service and we’ll see if they respond. If the charge goes from pending to posted on my account, I’ll be disputing with my card company. I’m not sure how they’ve gotten away with doing this, I should have read the 1 star reviews before I signed up, as it seems this happens a lot. SCAM

    Charged Me $130. I downloaded this app over a year ago and haven’t used it since. It was not even showing up under my Apple subscriptions. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I was charged $130 for a subscription I never agreed to renew. $130 for an app is insane.
