   TRASH APP. Meditations are trash and they Truly they are THIEVES. After you experience the free trial and cancel IN TIME, they will literally steal your info and attempt to draw from your bank even AFTER BLOCKING THEM FOR FRAUD. You can’t be this Despicable and desperate for users that you have to STEAL to get ahead.

   Unauthorized Charges. I only signed up for the trial of this app, and cancelled it after a few days. At the end of the period however, they still tried to charge my card $150. Beware of their free trial - it’s a shady practice.

   Cannot communicate with app. I cannot afford the $20/month for breath work. Plus, it doesn’t work for me. I get conveniently logged out over and over every time I try to get into my account to cancel and I don’t get a response from the team when I email them.

    Extremely sneaky. I am very disappointed. I did the trial and selected the monthly plan, but was charged $150. I’d like a refund but they won’t get back to me, which goes to show their customer service. Being $150 after selecting a monthly plan definitely makes me NEED a meditation app.

    They will charge you even if you cancel the trial. I did the free trial and canceled it before the trial ended. Once I did, the app showed as inactive, but even though I will still charge on a monthly basis twice. When I first reached out to get the first refund, they didn’t do it and instead charged me a second time. Now that I haven’t even used the app and reached out for them to give me a total of $40 refund. They said they can’t because the refund timeframe Is over for the first $20. FRAUD

    Paywall. Nearly 100% of the content is paywalled. Bring back the days when you knew that BEFORE you gave them all your contact info. Dishonest and duplicitous. NOT what I want from a meditation app. Try insight timer instead

    fair warning. my friend sent me a link to a free trail - i never even used the account but realized i was being charged for 2 months (no warning emails or notifications that the free trial period was over). i cancelled as soon as i realized and sent an email to support to ask for a refund. they made me prove cancellation, delayed response, then denied refund due to their own timeline.

    Scamming my card for 3 yrs. I am a lawyer and plan to pursue action. I dispute the $150 charge annually to no avail. This company should be avoided.

    Taking Legal Action. Ridiculous app and I see I’m not alone in unknowingly being charged $150 and refusing to let me deactivate my account. Will be taking this to small claims court as well as social media to have this app exposed.

    An absolute rip off. I signed up for the free trial but since I found the content to be too short and too basic — might wok pretty well for beginners, though — I went ahead and cancelled it, or at least that’s what I thought it happened. But it ended up that the system got a glitch which instead of canceling the trial I got charged $150 for the full year. I contacted Open to get a refund but instead I got a cold response of “we don’t give refunds but we cancelled it (membership) for the cycle (next year).” They trick you into trying the app and you end up being ripped off and with a very sour customer service experience. Stay away from it!

    Scam!!!. This app is totally scam for me.I cancelled my subscription and the app never allow it to stop! They’re trying to get the money from the Apple Pay account and never reply any e-mail because their e-mail also doesn’t work properly!
