   Worked until I upgraded. Disappointed. Who knew no bells would sound upon upgrading. I should stuck with the free bells.

   Does not work, no support available. I used this years ago and loved it. Keep trying to come back, the settings that the developers say we have to use in order for it to work make no difference and the website offers no contact. Fix it please!

   Bugs. Good idea but bell sounds shut off abruptly after a few seconds which is annoying. Much better if it would slowly die out rather than suddenly

   Subscription Version Doesn't work. Choice of Sounds defaults to the default version of the app. It needs to be upgraded to the current version of the iOS. Otherwise one is just wasting their two dollars. There is no direct response from support within the app and results in a complicated response from Apple Support.

   Doesn’t work. FAQ page turns into an error page so I can’t figure it out. Went through all settings. Notifications on, app allowed, volume on and still won’t ding. And what is the deal with the 15 notifications? Uninstalling.

   Could be great. The bell doesn’t ring every hour like it’s supposed to. Maybe 2 times a day. And there’s no way to get assistance! The FAQ isn’t working either. It works great for a friend & that’s why I got it & happily spend the $1.99 but since it doesn’t work & there’s no way to get assistance then “no! I can’t recommend this app!”

   Never rings when phone is locked. Basically useless unless you have auto lock turned off. Read title. Good sounds but not worth it

   Premium doesn’t work. I paid for the upgraded bells. No matter which one I select, it plays the same one (and it’s one I don’t like!) The paid app is not eligible for refund. Don’t waste your money.

   App needs fixing. When attempting to start the timer the app just closes out entirely or doesn’t start at all. When attempting to redownload it seems to forget that I upgraded and closes out all the other bell sound options

    No longer works iOS 18. I hadn’t tried this in a while and nothing happens anymore when I press start on the mindfulness bell page. I used to use it a lot so it would be great if it gets fixed.

    It’s not working at all. I downloaded the app and fell in love with one of the subscription bells. I subscribed, and now none of the bells will start. I tried to find support but just get kicked back to the App Store on iOS. So disappointed. =(

    Frustrated. Incredibly frustrated. Ni customer support to be found anywhere. They appear to exist only for subscription pay. I paid for upgrade, list the app on iPhone, reloaded and now it requires new paid upgrade. I’m done and out.

    Doesn’t work. The bell worked the first time I used the app, and then never again. I’ve tried adjusting everything I could, with no luck. Additionally, often I find that despite starting the timer, it doesn’t actually start. During my sit, I notice that I’ve been meditating for a while and haven’t heard a bell. I look at my phone and the app isn’t doing anything. I give up.

    It's beautiful, but doesn't ring. The bowls are beautiful and sound amazing, but something must have changed since the last app update 3 years ago. The bell doesn't ring if the app isn't in the foreground.

    Doesn’t work. I can’t get this thing to work at all. My phone is not on silent, yet I hear no chimes. I got a popup notice in my watch once but still no chime.

    Garbage no bell. The review stars were high, but this app doesn't work at all. I paid for it, but the bell never sounds. I went the the F.A.Q. Pulldown menu only to be greeted by a 503 service error. I should have paid more attention to the fact that the app hasn't been updated in two years!

    Bell has never once rung. Downloaded two days ago. Not working. Hit START over and over but it never does. Clicked help button got unavailable message each time. I HAVE had this app in the past and it worked fine and was marvelous!
