   Sent 3 emails to support. App seemed ok to start. After trying to use for sleep I found 13 minutes was not long enough to sustain a sound sleep. I sent several emails asking about extending time or updates. Never hear back after 3 weeks.

   Deeply disappointed after all these years. I had a paid Buddhify membership for years, and I loved it for myself and my work with clients. Last October the paid features stopped working when I renewed. It took 3 months for someone to respond to my emails. And 6 months later- it still isn’t working. No follow up, no offer to refund or compensate.

   Broken. I love this app but every time I’ve tried to use it in the last 6 months it won’t play my mediations and I can’t find any way to contact support on the linked site.

   Buddhify Staff have given up on users. I paid for this app years ago, it worked fantastically, and now all of a sudden i can't access or play meditations ice slats has access too. And with no explanation to boot. I'm only left to assume the company has gone under and staff have abandoned its users. So much for ethical adherence.

   Failed early adopters. I bought this app outright and know they are intentionally programming bugs into the software for folks who don’t require subscription. Class action lawsuit incoming. Going to sleep 1/Fade no longer works.

   Perfect app now ruined. I purchased this app in 2016 and there has not been any additional meditations or special features added in that time. Suddenly the app no longer works and it appears they want to charge $30/year for membership. Update: none of the meditations will play

   Meditations disappeared. App updated yesterday, 6/4/2024. Today, each meditation I clicked has 0.00 time remaining = ALL of the content is gone! I’ve used this for years, especially “Fade” to go to sleep.. it was a 5 star app. The single star rating reflects this inaccessible content . Please fix. Thank you.

   Not working anymore!. I am having the same problems everyone else is mentioning. This was my favorite app and I used it every day. Now nothing is working, and it won’t even let me become a paying member! Very disappointing. Please fix.

    Update problems. With the latest update, nothing plays. For all meditations, the app indicates time remaining: 0 minutes and 0 seconds.

    Major bugs. I used to love this app but it’s suddenly stopped working. Every time I click on a meditation, I get an error message saying the meditation needs to be downloaded. I select the option to download and still nothing, the problem persists. This is really disappointing and frustrating.

    Crashes and no support is provided. The app gives errors, goes blank, doesn’t allow to sign in already created account. There is no FAQ or diagnostic even though it says there is. Wrote an email to support and no one got back to me. Wrote an email again and no one got back to me.

    Stopped Working. Loved this app for a long time, but with the recent update, it has seemingly stopped working. I uninstalled then reinstalled it, thinking it was an issue with my phone, but the same problems kept coming up. Now I’ve also lost all of my downloaded mediations and I am unable to login in order to get the different wheels back. Please fix this.

    Latest version has rendered it unusable!. This used to be one of my favorite, most used apps. After the update four days ago, the opening screen has a black text box show up at the bottom saying there is an update error and that connection info is not a function. When I try to play any meditation, a pop up tells me that it has not been downloaded. Once I download one, I am stuck in that mediation. The pause button and the button to return to the wheel are absent. I have to close out of the app to stop it. I also cannot change wheels because it says I need to log in, but even after a password change, I still keep getting another error message each time I attempt to log in. Whatever the bug fix was, it did the opposite and made the app completely buggy! I’ll be looking for another mediation app until this gets resolved.

    Just awful. This is an absolutely terrible app. The meditations are monotonous, the voices are not soothing and there is no background music. There is always 2 min of talking before the meditation. I wanted the app to help with sleep. It only has 12 sleep meditations, and again, they are awful to listen to. I feel like this company/app padded the 5 star reviews to make it seems like it is the best meditation out there. Also, you have to pay upfront before listening. No trial period. No recourse. Just awful!

    DO NOT BUY.. Purchased recently and now it won’t open even though it’s the latest version. No support. Waste of money. So many better meditation apps out there, should have given those a try but I wanted to support a smaller business. Poor choice.

    No Dev Support - Useless. I’ve tried for weeks to get ahold of support/the devs to get a password reset for my account. The password reset link on their website does nothing and they do not respond to direct emails. Without being able to log into my account (and I shouldn’t have to create a new one to circumvent this issue) this app is useless. Many of the features and meditations are dependent on logging into your Buddhify account. So, for me and any others like me locked out, this app is now useless.

    Takes forever to load-why the constant updates?. Terrible app. Nothing appears to be local so every time I open it I’m left waiting for five minutes while the circles spin and it “downloads data”. Waste of money.
