   Lied about free trial. I chose to do the week free trial and be charged the yearly subscription after the week was over but instead was charged the full year immediately. I’ve contacted their support email but haven’t heard anything yet. The app really doesn’t offer anything besides a few videos from Wim Hof.

   Worse than YouTube videos, not free. YouTube videos and other free videos are better quality than this app, and it also limits how often you can do the exercises with no ability to pause or rewind in them either

   Frozen splash screen. On app boot up, home splash screen is just a frozen icon. Pls fix i love this app but it always breaks! The YouTube is free….

    Having to pay to use that guided breathing part is heinous work… and to make it worse, it says you. Get 5 a month, but I often just don’t get any. Couple months maybe in this past year I used it once and it said I used all of them.

    From years of use to unusable. I used to use this app everyday. Unfortunately, when things went wrong, the support could not have been more disrespectful of my loyalty or time. I’ve been a paying user for many years. When the app updated in May, it caused a slew of issues, included losing much of my hard-earned data. This was highly demotivating. After a long back-and-forth with no solution, support agreed to give me a free year of premium access. Smaller issues continued and my thread with support dragged out over months, with the team giving me copy-paste responses and not bothering to read properly read the thread. Then the last straw: I followed their instructions to cancel my auto-renewal on Apple, as support assured me my free year of access would kick in. When the renewal date came around, I had lost premium access. I wrote one final email to support, and they didn’t even address their broken promise. I just got another copy-paste answer to take the issue up with Apple. Sad to see something that brought me peace and joy turn into such a source of frustration and disappointment.

    It was good until…. I got the app a couple years ago and it was great for guided breathing, etc. I didn’t use it for a while and today went to it and it forced me to update it. Now it requires a registration which failed and after doing some research it appears to be a mostly pay to use app. Really sad.

    Breath hold history gone. I've done numerous breath hold sessions over the past few years, and after the latest update, I see only 11 of my probably over 75-100 sessions logged.

    Ugly and buggy update. First, I don’t like the redesign. But worse- I opened the app tonight and the last few days of my pushups have disappeared! I know they’re gone because I’ve done pushups every day for the last week. It suddenly they don’t show on the bar graph or in the calendar view. This is so frustrating!!

    No more unlimited sessions. The app is worthless. I had the app before, and it worked perfectly. One could do unlimited sessions, as it should be. Nothing else is worth paying for. But the developers apparently got greedy. Now we are limited to 5 sessions per month, paid! Immediate cancel. It’s a total scam now.

    App icon needs update for iOS 18…. I’m on iPhone 16 Pro Max (iOS 18) and all my icons match with dark mode. But Wim Hof is the ONE bright white icon…get with the times

    Update!. Why can’t I sign in via Apple sign in??? It keeps saying failed or incorrect. I use this daily!

    Cannot log into the app on the phone. I cannot log into the app on the phone. I deleted the app and installed it again, but that did not help. I used another email address to sign up, but I still could not log in. I keep getting an error saying that log in failed. I can log in on the webpage, but that does not have the breathing exercises. I sent a message to the support team, but there was no answer. I do not recommend the app.

    Unable to login. Whenever I try logging in it says that a POST method is unavailable. I only gave it one star as I cannot login despite paying a premium for the application. I also would mention as far as cold exposure goes I would like to track the amount of time and temperature for cold plunge. They only have time for a cold shower but for a cold plunge you can just say you did it and give it a rating which seems a little ironic. Other than that the UI is great but the login method needs to be fixed, cant have a development error on login as i no longer have access to this app.

    Greed. This app is not a luxury tool as the developer claims. It is basic as can be. Wim had a good message, but got co-opted by greedy corporates. Now they want a subscription close to the cost of Apple Music or Netflix (billion dollar complex economies) for their basic unchanging guided breathing app. Must be nice wim…

    Bugs need fixing. App is great but broken. The guided breathing doesn’t work. Always get cannot connect to server message. If it can be fixed it will be great.

    An error. I subscribe for 1 year 42 usd and I can’t use any option of exercises, I deleted the app and load it again, now I can’t sign in from any device there’s error in the server!! i sent 3 emails and no one reply and try to solve this problem, I want to return my money back!!!

    Worked for about two weeks. I am currently locked out, I think due to the recent update. My requests for login assistance have not been answered. I have no choice but to cancel my subscription. I am not going to pay you for something that I can’t use. I was really enjoying the breathing and cold shower challenge and was going to try some of the other options.

    Background Music Mandatory?. Used to use this app everyday but apparently a new update only allows breathing repetitions with the God awful music also playing in the background. Catastrophically bad error and I won’t be using the app until this bug is fixed.

    Update ruined the app. The latest update logged me out of the app and won’t let me long (I signed up via Apple). I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I still can’t log in. This was a great app. Ugh!

    Uninstall. The fact I have to give away personal info just to open the app is a big no no. Not a good way to design an app experience.
