   Disappointing Experience. I downloaded Calm Radio hoping for some relaxing tunes, but what a letdown. There’s no free trial at all, so you’re forced to commit to a subscription blind. The “free” version? It’s basically unlistenable—just the same lengthy ad looping endlessly, making it impossible to even sample the content. And from what little I could glimpse, there doesn’t seem to be enough variety or depth to justify the price tag. Save your money and look elsewhere for better options.

   Loud ads interrupt my sleep!. Beware, if you don’t purchase the subscription, you’ll end up like me and put on deep sleep music and then suddenly be jolted and confused by loud ads blaring.

   Ceiling speakers. I’m using WIIM to transmit to my patio speakers. Everything else (Sirius, Apple Music, Amazon Music), but not Calm. Very, Very Frustrating. I will not re-up when this term expires.

   Costs. Would love to give a review, but would have to purchase at either $6.99/wk or $29.99/month - in today’s economy, ouch!! Why so expensive? I would use it if it didn’t cost me a couple of hundreds of dollars for a years worth of music….!

   First 5 minutes of use.... Downloaded and installed the app. Was ready for calming piano. Got 5 minutes of very loud commercials that don't relate to me, then a "break" of silence. This is a pay to play app it seems. What a joke

    Used to Love so Much. Now it wakes me up :(. In the past, I would give Calm Radio 5 stars. I live the content and the darker screen available on my AppleTV. However, recent changes show the singer/composer for each new song in the list. Which means it brightens my screen and wakes me up. SO SAD 😭! Please consider changing this feature! I don’t want to cancel but I will be forced to unless you change the feature that does the reverse of calming my night.

    Constant commercials. Ridiculous number of commercials (unless you pay). And paying for a regular Calm subscription doesn’t include Calm Radio.

    Bunch of Ads on free trial. I got a year free trial. At first, I loved it. I loved the variety of genres you can play. Changing each station/genre was seamless. Now a week later, the adverts come. Adverts are about 5 commercials long. All the ads are sponsored by TuneIn. I hear them every time now I switch stations/genres and it wasn’t like that in the beginning. Thank you CALM RADIO. You made this easy for me. I have cancelled my siubscription. I’ll just use pandora, iHeart or Spotify

    Horrible app. As an Apple subscriber, I cant tellhow frustrating this app is , if you want togo premium and you happen to change your email fromthe free account. I changed my login info and pass and it will charge and still say account assigned elsewhere. There is NO support or help and it will charge your Apple account. I paid and still cant get on. Just keep your free account bc these folks dont care at all. SO FRUSTRATING, and this is the 2d time I tried. worst freaking experience w an app hands down

    The commercials are so upsetting. The whole point of this app is relaxation and beautiful music. But whatever you try to play, you don't get. Instead, you get 5, 6, 8 commercials in a row until you just can't stand it anymore and you turn it off. I've never been able to play music on this app because after six or eight commercials, I turn it off in discussed. And there is quite literally nothing that suggests a commercial or ad free service. There is a premium subscription, but no information whatsoever about what that premium subscription gets you. It's possible that it gets you an ad, free experience, but who would know? and who won earth uses this thing? Do people truly just wanna hear unlimited, Infinitum commercials? How could anyone leave this a positive review when it's billed as relaxing music but it doesn't play relaxing music it only plays ads? I suppose it's possible that I just need to suffer through 40 or 50 music, but why on earth would I do that?

    It has potential. WAY too expensive.. This app has potential. I think I might like it. The problem is that in order to preview all the tracks, you have to pay. If you don’t all the calm you might gain is put the window when you’re hit with adds! Seriously? Normally I think that could be fair, but in this case even if the tracks are excellent, the cost is far, far too high.

    Lee G. I loved my Calm Radio but it has disappeared and nobody’s home at vSupport so I guess it’s gone for good. I bought a lifetime membership, too. A pretty short life.

    Updates problematic. Since the update this app will not play on my Apple TV. Every time I restore my purchase (I bought lifetime access) the app then refuses to let me access the content. Not a great improvement.

    How to cancel a subscription. I would like to know how to cancel a subscription-I do not recall ordering any trial or subscription, but got charged for it on my credit card anyway-tried to dispute it, but they wanted proof that I had cancelled it. How can I provide proof of cancelling something I did not order? Please let me know how to cancel. Thank you.

    Copies from your clipboard. Clunky interface. Limited tracks in their “channels” (most of them are not live streaming but just playlists, like Spotify.) It pasted whatever you have in your clipboard so watch out for that. Who knows what else they are up to in the background without our consent.

    The website. I keep trying to locate my account which I paid for, and the website keeps referring to a free account I have and refuses to let me sign onto my regular account. One of the most unfriendly websites I have ever encountered. If you want to stay calm, don’t use CALM

    Disappointing. When I try to skip a track, it shows the name of the next track as if it’s playing it, but the track I tried to skip just keeps playing. Nothing special here that I can’t get on Spotify or my Calm meditation app. Canceled trial after 1 day.

    Notifications. So two or three times a week I get notifications from this app telling me about deals. It's very annoying. I have notifications off! I like the app, but the incessant notifications drive me nuts.

    Disappointed. I downloaded this App because of their ad promoting “Cello Chill.” After downloading, the Home Screen displays a long ribbon of popular channels. “Cello Chill” is nowhere to be found! Also, many might want to see if the music will help them fall asleep, but it’s not possible to test this out since the free trial version interrupts the music with ads.
