   Some odd things have happened…. First, during the summer, I went to my profile to change it because of ANOTHER glitch, but it just froze, it was stuck. I couldn’t text my friends for the rest of the summer. Second, me and my friends were calling and it randomly froze, then the call just ended? And when we tried calling back, it wouldn’t send the call to anyone. I tried closing out the app but then my texts weren’t sending to my friends, and theirs weren’t either. This app has great potential, and it would really be amazing if these things didn’t exist, so please, fix these!

   Wouldn’t recommend. I have to use this to communicate with my cousins who have stricter rules. But this app is just so annoying. It’s really slow to load and not reliable at all. And anytime someone messages something it’ll remind me ten minutes later even if I’ve already seen the message. It notifies me a second time of every single message sent to me and when I mute the chat it still sends these notifications. What in the world? Have the developers forgotten this app existed or something? Also whenever I’m watching a video, the video is terrible quality and it pauses and mutes randomly so I have to rewind it just to get the sound on but it pauses again. On top of other things like poor quality filters and games it’s just not worth it. Would not recommend.

   Can’t chat. I was chatting with my friend, and suddenly all of the messages disappeared, I still could see everything else, so I tried typing to see if it would fix it. When I typed and sent it, I didn’t see the message. I tried again and the same thing happened. Eventually, I got off of it and back on, and all of the groups were missing. I couldn’t even go back on the same group I was on. I clicked on the kid game section and all of it popped up, and then clicked off and it still didn’t work. I tried pretty much everything I could think of, and nothing worked. Also, before this happened, my game crashed and it did the same thing. It eventually got fixed somehow, but I don’t know how. In conclusion, I can’t chat with my friend because the groups aren’t showing. Everything else is working perfectly fine. Please fix this!

This app sucks it is so unreliable text messages “cannot be displayed” calling just doesn’t work people call me and it doesn’t ring or I all them and “the call didn’t work” also there is nothing to help with people calling and immediately hanging up over and over again it just turns my phone into a high tech paperweight until they stop all in all this is the worst app I’ve ever used

EVERY TIME I HAD TO SIGN IN THREE TIMES AND IT’S STILL NOT WORKING IT KEEPS STOPPING AT HELP CONNECT TO MORE FRIENDS AND IT’S NOT LETTING ME CLICK ANYTHING AND THEN WHEN I CLICK THE BLACK IT GOES BLACK. THIS APP IS SUPER OBNOXIOUS. HOW DO YOU FREAKING FIX THIS? WHAT DO YOU DO? IT’S NOT EVEN LET ME CLICK IT. IT’S NOT LETTING ME DO ANYTHING I HAD TO MAKE THREE ACCOUNTS AND THEY’RE ALL NOT WORKING.

This is the worst I’ve ever it doesn’t even let your child be able to talk with people and if it does, it either says they’re harassing them and it restarts everything that you said and it deletes the app crazy I know this is the very worst app you could ever have it does not work at all if you wanna get maybe sued or something do not buy this app

    Will not work. I have tried for days to create my daughter an account to stay in touch with friends over the summer. As soon as I get to create account button it says there is an error. I see other parents having the same issue. I have tried through my phone, two tablets and nothing is working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. Any help would be great

    It doesn’t work!. 2 things one. We kept getting stuck on the “Let your child connect to more Friends”screen. 2 IT CHANGED MY WHOLE PASSWORD so every time I try to login again it wont work and when I even reset the password it still says “Invalid”. So if y’all are on apple just get a sim card or just use messages via iCloud, and if your on android just use google meet more reliable then this.

    Maybe some actual notes about what changed?. This app has way too many massive bugs for you to literally provide zero information about what has changed in every update. Take a few minutes and write out some really release notes. Lazy devs.
