   Don’t get this app!!!!. So many problems, where do I even start? First of all, the calls always disconnect saying that the other person hung up, which causes confusion between friends. SO much AI is used and it’s genuinely exhausting to look at.

   You deleted everything I had.. LOOK. YOU SAY ITS FOR "ALL AGES", BUT YOU MAKE IT FOR ONLY KIDS??! MY YOUTUBE AND GOOGLE ACCOUNT IS DISABLED AND MARKED AS A CHILD ACCOUNT NOW THAT I USED KINZOO. IVE ONLY BEEN USING IT BECAUSE MY FRIENDS PARENTS ARE TOO STRICT TO USE ANY OTHER ACCOUNT, AND NOW BECAUSE I DECIDED TO FIND SOMETHING THAT LETS THEM CHAT WITH ME, IT GETS RID OF MY AND THEIR ACCOUNTS? RIDICULOUS. WHY DO YOU HAVE TO SO AGGRESSIVELY RUIN ALL MY STUFF?!

   Ew. It’s always glitchy and it’s always says connecting when you’re on call with your friend and they never talk and the screen is always black. For some reason. It’s just so dumb never download this rather get messenger kids

   Flat out the worst app. The app is terrible. The calls do not work. One call was interrupted and disconnected at least 7 different times. It will say you deny calls because of bad connection but it’s the faulty app. They make you pay for any sticker past the five free ones, filters and for games. Much better options out there

   I don’t get it. I don’t know why I would use this over any other messaging app. They also claim to be kids safe but seems to have a lot of advertisements.

   Terrible app with interruptions. Every single video call had interruptions with video and audio. Video is choppy, as was audio. Experienced disconnections as well. Users were marked “off-line“ and could not connect at times even when the users themselves said they were online.

   It is very glitchy on calls. Kinzoo is a great app, but it could definitely use a lot of fixing. I was talking to one of my friends on a call and you couldn’t even hear them you couldn’t see them it was crazy glitchy, and my Internet was on and same for the person I was trying to connect with🫤 and you need to pay to get any sort of stickers or emojis that are not Apple or Android emojis😡 the app is very good and you can message and stuff easily but whenever you send an audio, it does not work. It’s always too glitchy it always glitches out and that’s pretty frustrating. Honestly, we’re thinking about installing Kinzoo. I recommend just JustTalkKids or messenger kids over Kinzoo

   Kicked me off!. U are garbage kinzoo i was talking to my friend i left for a video call it wouldn’t let me on i did what i needed to do then it literally kicked me off! Never use this app.

    Fun but they save your photos. As much as I really loved this all within a few minutes, I began to read up on it. They admit they save photos and anything else your child sends through the messenger. They claim they don’t sell it but they keep it and what they do with our kids’ photos, we don’t know. Other messengers say they delete the info or you can request they delete it all and they verify they did. I’d rather use them even if it doesn’t have fun features like filters, wallpapers, and games. I’d rather be safe than sorry. You never know.

    Invited visitors. Recently their have been 2 invited visitors added to our friends list. They engage and ask about how you are feeling! Creepy stalkers and you can’t delete them! App makers... stop this!!!!!

    No calling. There’s no calling and there is only one drawing game and. Not many stickers to send back and forth . Not to fun for my daughter and I wish they had more games between two people and calling / vedio chat option.

    Too many adds. Why not use normal texting for texting your family it’s literally soo simple so I say no to kinzoo my mom even says she’s scared about why we have to put or emails on kinzoo and the ads are so annoying omg there are to many of them and normal texting doesn’t have ads but this app does I’m sooo upset gooodbye 😁

    Bad reviews/ horrible experience. It kept freezing and it wouldn’t let me FaceTime my bestie And it has a weird market place and games and u and your friends have to download it just to text and to FaceTime.

    Meh. I just need an app for FaceTime as my daughter has android and I have Apple. This is a pain to try to add family members and the notification settings are garbage so I get spammed with crap I have no interest in. I don’t want to explore your stupid paths. Ugh. UPDATE: by spam, I’m referring to their stupid “explore paths” which are the equivalent of fb groups to which I have no interest yet I’m unable to disable the constant notifications to search their “paths”. Still completely dissatisfied and would rather buy my daughter an Apple product and get rid of it completely.

    Not the greatest 😑. I’m so happy that y’all added calling and all that stuff.but I just don’t like the way that we only get to call or ft for 8 mins.I’m nine years old and all my friends are on there but now I have a phone so I use that instead of this app except for my friends that don’t have a phone.and I don’t like how mine does not tell me when I get a text AND I MY FRIEND IS WONDERING WHY IM NOT REPLYING!!!!
