   Horrible customer service and support. The app is having a glitch which doesn’t allow me to create an account with my phone number, it pops out with an error message after I enter the code. I reached out to customer support and it took them 20 days to give me a response with no solution. Horrible customer service I completely give up on this app.

   This app is horrible. The old app and older version was way better. It’s way harder to meet people on here.

   Can’t even create an account. I’ve used this app in the past. Worked okay. Hard to connect with people on it. Thought I’d give it another try. When trying to sign-up, the app continues to give an error message, not allowing me to even use it. I’ve done every possible “fix” for this and nothing works. Even contacted support, they lagged pretty harshly and then stopped replying altogether. For that, this gets one star (since i can’t choose zero). Poor bug fixes and poor customer support/service. Don’t even waste your time.

   Log in error. I cannot log in, the codes that are sent do not work, and i can’t log in nor create an account. “Something went wrong” is constantly on my screen.

   Chats won’t load. I just downloaded this app last night. It’s so buggy and the groups and chats either take forever to load or don’t load at all. I really hoped to be able to use this but guess I’ll be deleting.

    I cant read dms. The app has become super slow and my dms wont open. I miss the old bumble bff app. This app sucks. I feel like all the cool people have left this platform because its not fun anymoreX

    Slow, glitchy especially in groups. This new update blows chunks. Slowed the app way down, and froze the groups pages. I see I am getting notifications but have no way to access chats.

    Disappointed. The old version is way better and more simple. It was so much easier to meet and match with people before. I feel like everyone is overwhelmed and unless you are crazy desperate for friends, no one wants to use the app. And this app doesnt even work and other countries besides the us

    Bad App Glitch FIX IMMEDIATELY. I’ve been using this app for months and made lots of friends and groups on it. Now the app won’t work with a constant error message that’s says “Something went wrong”. I tried deleting and reinstalling it, nothing works, it’s just blank with an error message

    not for rural areas. i decided to give this app another go since i was seeing some reviews saying it's better..... well not if you're from a rural area. there isn't a single person within 50 miles of me. real great for making friends.🙄

    So much better on bumble. I wish it wasnt so annoying. The groups make no sense now and theres no easy way to create one or join one or manage one. I dont want to be in a group with 500 people. I want to create a small group for an activity that people can join if they are interested and i can regulars who joins. I also want it to be visible so people can just search for key words based on their interests. This app doesnt facilitate frendships it just sucks. Wish there was a better option.

    Horrific Nightmare Place. The old app was in of itself far too vague in terms of finding common ground with others, but here are some features that did work, that obviously had to be shed because god forbid we fix what isn’t broken: 1) Distance is gone! Now I can meet people from another state who I’ll never ever see! Great. 2) Heavy limits on who you can see! There is a limited number of profiles allotted daily. 3) You basically “wave”? to try and get a potential friend’s interest. How will the app ever try and observe the user’s preferences in people? We’ll never know. 4) Groups are VAGUEEE. Like a 2000+ groupchat of “girls over 21.” Yeah, real helpful… 5) Messy format! Terrible! Confusing! Just revert it back! This is awful!

    Not an optimal design. Myself and all my friends LOVED the old bumble BFF. We all met using that way. Needless to say, we all got off the app once it changed to whatever this is. Can you please bring back the old version or give us the ability to toggle that on or off? I hate this new way. It makes it impossible to meet people or friends. I don’t know anyone who has actually met since the update came.

Hello just wanted to share recent insight into the bumble bff app, when you try to log in or start a new account with your number it just goes straight to “something is wrong, please try again” message. It won’t let anyone into the app or log into their pre-existing bumble account using there number. Please fix this. Unless you plan on making a new bumble app for friends in the US, that is.

    Dead app. Dry app. Nobody is active and I got one match that messaged every 3 days. Waste of time to even bother with this app. Still trying it out and haven’t been able to get a match nor a conversation with anyone of any gender. Groups are either dead or just don’t add new members

    Not worth it. You can’t specify your preferences and you get mass reports. I put “republican is ok, NO MAGA pls💕” and have been getting mass spite reported. Not only that being targeted for my own religious beliefs. Bumble is not the place for people who arent MAGA ig😂
