   I t’s not working at all after the first few months.. The first 6 months I had i, the system worked perfectly. Now, it’s as though it was never Eve installed and I still have 6 months of service left.

   Trial not working-no spam text blocked!. I subscribed to Textkiller because it is associated with Robocall, and I am very happy with my call blocker. However, followed instructions to the letter and it hasn’t blocked one spam text. Deleted it.

   Horrible. Useless app that you cannot even receive the code to your phone to setup the account, and won’t even verify your account if you can get to that point. Doesn’t work

   Stops working. Went thru all the learning messages don’t would block bad texts. Worked for awhile then suddenly I get blitzed with bad spam texts. No solution to stop. App asks if I have Textkiller on for unknown/blocked spam texts … I checked and still do. App really needs a lot of work. Also can’t add keywords for spam or numbers. App just won’t accept them where it asks for them. Seems I got ripped off.

   Doesn’t take the secure code it sent me. Tried to open app with security code sent to phone number but three tries to put in three separate codes app won’t verify. Can’t open the app this way. I am throwing it away before I can even open it!

    Not working like it used to. No longer lets me block numbers or forward/copy spam messages to my carriers. Getting spam and not being able to tap the number to block it is stupid. Not being able to forward to T Mobile SPAM reporting is ignorant. Fix it please.

    Can’t even get verified. Sent me 2 different verification codes and neither code worked.

    Not working. It asks for a code then when I put it in, it says it’s the wrong code! Ugh! Tried another way and it just says “oops, there’s a problem so try again later “

    Good then not working. Got this a few years ago and worked just fine. Stopped working all of a sudden. Tried signing in using my phone number, Got the text with the code. Input the code and kept getting an error to put in correct code. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried again….still got code error message.

    Does not work.. I can’t even sign into the app. When it asks for a code to confirm my phone number, either the code does not send, or, if it does, the app claims that it is an incorrect code, despite having just received it. I’ve reported this app for fraud, and I encourage others to do the same.

    BROKEN: DO NOT USE. This used to work great but no longer. Seems like a zombie app now. App says there’s a problem with set up no matter what I do. No updates to it for six months. Don’t bother, free or paid. Mad I didn’t realize sooner and am stuck with an expensive subscription I can’t get a refund on.

    Filtering by keyword never works. For years, the app has included the option to filter text spam via keywords, but it never allows the user to actually input any keywords to filter.

    Doesn't work!. Even the texts that the test function says it will match are delivered. It just doesn't work.

    Less than 1 is more acct. I cancelled this and they still charged me. It doesn’t block anything now I have to figure out how to really get this cancelled before they charge me another $80

    Can’t reinstall on phone. This app is great but has a hole in its protection, and spammers are increasingly taking advantage of it: they can text you from an email address and it will get through. Worse: I can’t receive the verification emails to reinstall it on my phone. So I guess I won’t be using it anymore.
