   Hidden fees and no support. So far, in the past 2 days this app has taken approximately $50. (At least) they somehow applied the purchases I made to an account I had used in 2024 and no longer have access to. I wasn’t signed into the app with that account and I made the purchases thru the App Store, which I had used to sign into the account when setting up text plus. It said 3 day trial and Then $39.99 yearly for unlimited talk and text. So I signed up, it charges me immediately(today is day 2 of that trial) and then never credited my account with the purchase…so I bought credits and it did the same thing and support just gives me the run around.

   Made me cry. I would use it and one time I was on call with my cousin and it just hanged up and my cousin tried calling me back and it said that I have been suspended but I didn’t do nothing

   ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. It’s free to get a number but the second I tried to call someone it told me I had to upgrade my subscription to do so. Every text app on the market is absolute trash except TextNow and textfree. Do not waste your time.

   HORRIBLE. Says my new email i'm trying to register to my already existing account already belongs to an account when it's a brand new email address and my first time using the app. Tried a different one, said the same thing. and i signed up for the $39.99 free trial. won't send texts. won't call. won't load contacts. this app sucks!!!!! can't do anything!

    Major scam. I canceled my free trial subscription 2days early and they are still trying to charge me for the year it’s got me blocked on the App Store from downloading anything due to a pending charge from this app yall ain’t getting a dime outta me bruh

    The Nightmare has begun 05.29.2026. App is a nightmare.it started off fine.i purchased it mainly to receive texts. Since it came with a free call number and it liked the number after the trial I paid to keep the number after a few weeks. Once I paid I was able to 2fa text. Then all hell broke loose. All of a sudden I receiving 60 plus calls a day from random numbers every few minutes with no one saying anything when I answer that have had to disable the calls. Now I keep getting ads trying to force me to pay for an. Upgrade. Also I blocked 50 numbers/ calls apparently that is the max. The calls are still coming. So my free number is basically useless for incoming calls.

    Ads make it unusable. You get bombarded with ads you can’t skip… this is horrendous! Avoid! Anything is better than this. Deleting this garbage after less than 24 hours. Greedy!

    Worthless. I set up a phone number and was using it for my business. All of a sudden, without any kind of warning, they canceled the phone number. I cannot get it back. Google Voice is 1 billion times better.

    Liars!. They said one week free but then tried to charge my card 3999 immediately and now I can’t download any other apps because I haven’t paid that and I don’t use it. I just downloaded it an hour ago and then unsubscribe right away And they still won’t let me until I pay that!! Thieves!!!

    Trash. I purchase the app then I proceeded to use the app and it said I couldn’t use it some type of identity. If that was the case why did they set my money? This is an alternate phone. I don’t want to give up my identity. Best defeats the whole purpose.

    Suspended Account. This text app is sketchy. I paid for a subscription and they suspended my account for unusual activity. I only made 3 text messages. Where are they getting this data from???? There is no point of suspending someone’s account for no reason and there’s no way for you to contact someone to dispute it.

    Unclaimed Number After 3 Yrs. I have been using this app for 3 years same number, frequently using. This morning 4/21/2026 after the update it unclaimed my number and now won’t allow me to get another one. This is not good for me. I was using this number for important things. Now it wants me to pay premium to get any number no longer free.
