   Snapchat is the worst. They need to get rid of this app, Snapchat support is useless they take months to respond to submitted tickets and they don’t seem to care, for some reason I had my account locked when I didn’t do anything plus I barely used the app. Just sucks

   Bs don’t get this app. This app is bs ! I had 3 accounts get taking for me for dancing on a beach , I had men get mad I didn’t send nudes and they reported my accounts saying I’m underage just lying and snap chat don’t investigate anything every thing is controlled by bots . I feel like this app is bias when it comes to to women and men . The men can post nasty freaky stuff and their accounts still up but when is women post in our bathing suit we get reported

   please Snapchat stop charging for storage. I have always loved Snapchat, I’ve had it for about 7 years now and I have penalty of amazing memories that mean so much to me but Snapchat now is currently charging for storage and if you do not pay for storage it will be deleting your memories in 12 months and it’s completely breaking my heart and that’s the reason I’m writing this review and giving 1 star.

    Storage. Snapchat is absolutely horrible charging for storage when we already have to pay for our storage on our phones. Deleting memories we've had from years ago just because we don't upgrade the storage is so off. Like I had a bunch of memories and the only app that let me save photos without having to pay for any storage.

    Deleting memories. Absolutely insane that snapchat now wants to delete everyone’s memories and charge you money. I will not be using this app anymore after the 12 month grace period. Been a user since 2016 and I am HIGHLY disappointed.

    Needs to fix there system. I’ve had my account for 13 years plus and soon as I updated my Snapchat yesterday my account was permanently locked saying I violated guidelines which I didn’t do all my memories gone lost chats and it’s not allowing me to make another one I tried appealing it and within a hour it was denied and I didn’t do anything I love snap but this is out of pocket!

    Banning for no reason. All snapchats customer support is AI screened. Your appeal is ran through a AI making it impossible to get it appealed. No way to get in contact with support or talk to a real person it’s all AI. You’re able to see Snapchat is only caring about the bottom line than their consumers

    used to love it. i’ve been using snapchat for about a decade now, and while i don’t mind some of the changes that have come i and livid theyre trying to make EVEN MORE money than they already do. charging for storage is unnecessary when you factor in how much money this company already makes. this is TERRIBLE.

    Ban. Snapchat is terrible because you get a device ban instead of banning that certain account. Keeping you from making another Snapchat account. You could be reported for no reason but Snapchat will do whatever they want and just ban you entirely. They don’t care. Take away this device ban and just ban accounts instead

    Not working. What happened to directors mode? Snaps don’t upload in order when using hands free mode. Glitchy videos and disorganized.

    snap chat account. my ex boyfriend and his friends reported my account to try and get me banned and it banned my snapchat account permanently. i emailed snap chat asking for them to review my account and see that there was NO violations of community guidelines. i am so so upset all my friends from snap chat are gone, and all my memories.

    Upgrade. You guys really need to upgrade your app, My account got banned yesterday, Account of 6years got banned just like that? Now I’m trying to open a new one, guess what? I have to go get a new phone to be able to use Snapchat again, that’s so crazy and it’s so frustrating, you guys need to fix this problem smh

    Privacy concerns. I have gone to my settings to make sure I have not allowed Snapchat access. However, there are names in my contacts that are being used in Snapchat to show me people who I might like that are only my nicknames for the contacts. I can tell you’re accessing my contacts. this is a severe privacy concern, and is also being reported to Apple! Not cool Snapchat.

    Terrible company. First of all I lost all my streaks due to hurricane Helene and was stranded without power, internet, or cell service. I requested they be restored and that I’d even pay for it and they refused. They don’t care if you lost 10 1,000+ day streaks due to a natural disaster! Also they keep putting ADs in the chat feed where you receive snaps from your friends. No matter how many times I clear them from my feed or hit not interested they pop up every time I open the app. Another issue is the bugs. This app is riddled with bugs. Oh I have 15 notifications? Let me check, oh wait no I only have ONE! Scummy company I know what you’re doing. You say I have notifications just so I’ll open the app, shame on you!
