   3-day free trial was really 2 days, and trying to grab 90 bucks. This app works great. It you pay. I downloaded last week, opted for the 3 day trial, and started poking around. It seems solid, but I don’t need a second number i can change at will for 90 bucks. I made a mental note towards the end of the 2nd day to make sure I canceled it and deleted it. Tell me how this app just a couple hours later, barely finished with day 2, attempts to snatch 90 bucks from my debit card in wallet app. I was furious. I have called my bank, killed that card, new number and card are on the way, I have virtual card now, and You will NEVER get it. This app, even though it’s solid, is shady and a sheister, so it gets one star since like the coders who write it, the app steals and is not worth trusting.. I hope many people see this and choose another app to do this. Either apple WILL cancel the pending subscription that hasn’t been successfully charged , which you say you don’t do, or this is my last iPhone and you guys can take a deep breath at the bottom of a fish tank.

   messages don’t always send. i have used and payed for this app for years. it had worked great aside from bugs and periods where it was out of service. Now, It almost always lags to where I can’t type and it is 50/50 whether the texts I send will be delivered to the recipient or not! It’s very frustrating, unusable, and unreliable. I might as well pay for another app! But I can’t because this burner phone number has already been in use. Please fix this. It is so frustrating. When It is fixed I will gladly change my rating

   Booooo. Paid for upgraded version so I could get voicemail and even after going through all the help topics saying there should be a voicemail button under more, there was not one. Now I’m out $15

    Immediately Charged me for a month when first three days free. Bad bad will not dial numbers. Bad app. Takes your phone number. It will not call numbers you type in other than calling your own number first. Deleting. Not paying for defective apps

    Bad app. The Ads show it is better than TextNow, so I download and it is not free. You don't even let the user try and then subscribe (I hate to put credit card first)

    Scam. There is no free trail they will charge you even do it says free trail don’t get charged anything today , they charged me 100$ I now am in a legal battle against them I will now be contacting a lawyer for false advertising

    Thief’s. Downloaded the app used the free version and canceled before the trial was over! They been charging me for the past 8 months! Tried to reach out and they said they didnt have my info. Now my bank had to cancel my card and change my account!

    Notifications for ads that can’t be closed. Latest update is giving me notifications so I think I have an unread message. Nope! It’s a spam ad where the X won’t close it so I have to force quit. I’m paying like $30 a month for this trash? Why?

    Problem. When I call my contacts or vice versa, I can hear them but they can’t hear me. Solution ?? Since you haven’t acknowledged receipt of my review, let alone provide a solution for my problem, I am canceling my subscription. I would like a refund of the cost of the subscription, prorated for the unused portion. I am not holding my breath for that to happen. If I could you a zero rating, I would.

    Unable to cancel subscription. I got the app, tried the free trial to see if I liked the app. It wasn’t for me, so I cancelled the free trial about a month ago. I’ve been getting charged $9.99 to my card multiple times a week to the point I had to report my card as stolen to stop the charges. No matter what I do, I can’t properly cancel the subscription.

    Can’t use on both iPad & Phone. You can only be signed in on one device. You have to completely log out and login on whichever device you want to use. You’ll get errors if you stay logged in. Really a pain. All the other apps allow simultaneous logins across devices. They did refund my money promptly when I realized this.

    Has bugs. Old texts auto populate in the text bar and I have to delete them everytime to text. It’s very annoying and frustrating coming from a paid app

    Terrible App. Had paid for multiple lines which more often than not didn’t allow me to call out because it auto formats the number incorrectly. But even worse a recent update locked me out of the app completely making it required to verify my phone with an actual mobile number although it wasn’t required before. Both numbers that I paid for yearly was lost and unable to be recovered. There’s also too many glitched and bugs to compete with other similar apps in 2026

    Scammers. I cancelled this during the free trial period, literally the same day that I downloaded it and they still charged me. I didn’t even use the service for a single call or text because it wouldn’t go through to the numbers I tried. What a scam!

    WATCH OUT. They advertised a free 1-day or 3-day pass, but the second I went to check out, it suddenly switched over to a $10 standard pass without clearly explaining it. It felt extremely misleading and honestly like a bait-and-switch tactic just to get people to pay. On top of that, the app barely works the way it’s advertised and was nothing like I expected once I actually used it. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, poor communication, and a terrible way to treat customers.
