   Rating; accessibility to customer service. What’s so difficult about placing the link to your customer service page or even a “HELP” link. My first attempt to use authentication failed, even though the figures were correct. Same thing occurred on second attempt and the third attempt.

   Worst mobile experience. This is by far the worst mobile experience ive had with a software. So something as basic as uploading a document isnt even available for the mobile version I spent 30min trying to figure out where the option was to upload turns out you literally cant unless you go to the browser so whats the point of having this dog water app? Exactly there is nun I suggest you download literally any other app that provides a similar service cause clearly these guys don’t know what their doing. On top of that when you try to to reach out for assistance on how to use this god awful app they require you to upgrade your membership to a business account just to get a person on the other end to help you navigate the app. Overall don’t support this trash.

   5 minutes to download. So massive it takes 5 mins to download on good wifi. Compare to google meet which is instant and not bloated.

    Anti-Customer. Trying Zoom out, it’ll just hang up during a meeting with ZERO warning - then ask you to subscribe. WHY would I subscribe when it ends meetings so abruptly? It should at least give the option to subscribe to continue the meeting…not just drop it.

    Too Loud. I despise this app for the simple reason that I’m unable to turn the volume down past a certain point when using my earbuds. What is the deal with that? HATE IT!

    Trying to get my money back from Zoom I did not need to purchase it and it’s very difficult getting. Very difficult to get a hold of Zoom by phone

    Google meets. Why can’t more people use Google meets? Zoom constantly crashes on me. For both IPhone and my laptop, or my desktop, not to mention I have to get on well before the meeting to adjust for the inevitable starting crash. Also it takes forever to load. If you work and depend on it , well best of luck. I can’t stand zoom.

    The update is absolutely worthless. If I didn’t have to use it for work, I would delete this app. Basically it got rid of any convenient feature to make room for features that I don’t know why anyone would use. I miss the original zoom app and its simplicity. But since Zoom likes to make things as complicated as possible, I would settle for them allowing the anytime meetings to be scheduled back on the app and be put back where they belong (not hidden). Also, stop making scheduling meetings increasingly difficult. That is all this was supposed to be designed for- why find ways to make it as difficult as possible?!?
