   Map deleted!. I made a map like a year ago I came back to find it. It wasn’t there! I’m sure I saved it and even used it for a while and it’s just not here now, only a very old version of it.

   Not being updated exclamation point. I love this program! I use it on my MacBook on my iPad and on my Vision Pro. However, right now anything created on my MacBook or iPad will not open on the Vision Pro. It is saying that I need to update my Vision Pro Xmind software to the latest version. However, I have the latest version, but it has not been updated to stay in step with the other platforms. Please fix this soon!

   Renewal emails getting out of hand. My subscription expires today and I received 15 exactly same reminder emails to get me keep using this app. Because of this I’ll definitely NOT keep using it. This is absurd.

   Flashing icon?. What’s this flashing icon of your logo that appears in the middle of the page and cannot be closed? Can’t even test this…

   Be Aware. While the app has great features, it will continue to solicit you to upgrade even when you pay for a particular version. You will receive pop-ups and constant reminders to go to a higher plan. It makes it very distracting, especially when there are so many other apps that are less money and some that are even free that do basically the same thing. This company will nickel and dime you until they get you to break down and buy more services even when you have bought multiple versions of their app. It is a simple fix, but they refused to fix it.

   Paid for Premium upgrade but keeps asking me to upgrade. I started with the 14 days premium subscription and after the 14 days paid $99 for the annual subscription and every time when I open the Xmind file, it asked me to upgrade when I tried to setup more than 3 mind maps. Also when I used the web access, it asked me to pay for additional seats…I emailed customer service, and provided my Apple ID and Xmind ID and they still couldn’t fix it and merely asked me to send them diagnostic files from the app. I spoke to other users and they said this app can only be used on one device and when logged in from two or more devices, in my case MacBook and IPad, the login system thinks I am two users and asking me to pay for additional seats…poor implementation of user login and certainty a bit sneaky on Xmind part. Be warned.

    Lost HOURS of work even after saving the file. I spent multiple hours developing an XMind workbook. I saved frequently, yet after a reboot all my files reverted to a version saved 24 hours prior. When I found the correct version under recents, I clicked to recover it. A message popped up for a moment saying xmind didn’t have permission for the file then the message closed and all my edits disappeared. I’ve contacted support but received no response. There is a bug in their caching system that wiped out hours of effort minutes before presenting it. I love the look and feel with xmind, but if it can’t retain files, I can’t use it. I save frequently to prevent these sort of issues so to have everything lost despite frequently saving files is beyond aggravating. Use at your own risk.

    worst brainstorm app！. No tutorial guidance!when you open the app at the first time,it just stays there! Like “oh,u wanna use me?use me.”Hello?where is my goddamn guidance?!have you lost your mind? I have spent 10minutes to just find a“next branch” icon and 10minutes after i still stuck in where i started! I have searched and tried every icon and none of those i wanted!     No Google Drive Support. Doesn’t work with Google Drive as a storage location on either iPad Pro or iPhone 12 Pro Max. Can’t create or open existing files on Drive.

    Bad customer support. For what is is it is good, but what is is, like all mind mapping software seems to be, is built to suit the creators particular use case so it didn’t work for mine. Still, to even try it out I had to buy a subscription, so I did. As I said it did not meet my needs so I’d built a large document and shelved it. No over a year later I have a need to get that data out and move it to software that works better for me. So I emailed them asking if I could buy a single KO the or get the feature comped on my account for a brief time to let me get the data I created in it exported. They never emailed me back, so I will have to do it by hand. Not emailing back a formerly subscribed customer is bad customer service and I will not recommend this software.

    Can’t login to register subscriptio. After paying $60 for a subscription, i can’t login to register my app so that i get the paid features. When i attempt to login, I get en “Unknown Error” message.

    App good, too expensive. The app is solid (not as intuitive as iThoughts) but to expensive. If I compare the value to e.g. Todoist it is clearly overpriced. Get the subscription down 50% and it is a fair value.

    No Sync feature makes this app much less appealing. There is no syncing feature in this app, and I’m not sure why. It seems with the ability to collaborate on a mind map, I should also be able to seamlessly work on a map on my iPad, then when I get home, be able to work on it on my desktop without needing to manually upload then download using a 3rd party app like OneDrive or Dropbox. This becomes really frustrating when I’m on the go, think of something I want to add to a map, but don’t have my iPad with me. I wish I could just pull it up on my phone, put it in, and then when I get home continue work on my other devices. But for whatever reason they’ve decided that’s not a feature worth having. I’ll likely be looking at other mind map options and requesting a refund on this one.

    Slow. It seems like it has a lot of great features. But with my trial flowchart - mostly just text - there’s a consistent delay when tapping/moving/writing. Exporting as a jpg or a png fails to load, like the file is corrupted. I did have success with a PDF export, though. I had high hopes and would have purchased the pro version to start using for my projects, but on an M4 iPad Pro, the sluggish behavior is bringing out the worst in me.

    Xmind remove my important file. I made a mind map about architecture. It's a big file. I put a lot effort and research into itto help me understand about the career. Today, I opened Xmind and it's gone. According to my research, big files on Xmind can be corrupted. This make so sad and disapointed about this app. This app is good for small mind map, but too risky for big mind map ｡ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡

    Where is the upgrade. I received an email that xMind released a major upgrade. I downloaded the desktop version and saved a file. I can’t open the file on the iPhone because you haven’t released the new version on iPhone yet. Where is it?

    Easy, flexible, powerful. Easy to use, very intuitive to learn, and has sufficient bells and whistles to rank it in the “powerful” category of mind mapping tools. And it’s reasonably priced. In fact, it’s a bargain!
