   SCAM ALERT!!. 2024 Although this app has potential, is still far from being a paid app. $30 for an app that doesn’t work? I can’t ask a question… I can only choose from the questions already written there. Then it has one level of ramification and a second level. That’s it! You can’t edit anything… you can keep asking questions… AND YOU CAN’T CANCEL NEITHER!!! I had to dispute the charges on the same day. I FEEL ROBED!! —- 2026 I just noticed I have been charged again for this! $59.99!!! Last year too!! There is no option to cancel!!

   Update to Deceptive Practices Review. The app is great; however the developer did not honor the proposed promotional 50% savings price - $34.99 but when purchasing the price was back to $69.99 almost twice. I probably wouldn’t mind to pay it it they were monthly installments, but promoting the price and attempting to double the price doesn’t seem fair practices considering people make such purchase’s automatically

   Cancellation issues. I canceled the service because it wasn’t working for me. I continue to be billed for the next three months. I contacted visual mind via email. Visual mind claimed that I was not on their customer list and proceeded to blame Apple for the charges. I spoke with Apple. They said the charges came from visual mind and that I would need to speak to the bank. I had to speak with my bank and had to dispute the charges I am file a fraudulent charge claim with my bank that was over $200. I spent three months trying to cancel this service only to get the runaround.

   Worst AI app I’ve ever purchased. I tried this out on a trial basis and did not cancel before the 14 day. Period. Ended therefore I got charged almost $100 for it and I’m stuck using it for a year. I have tried doing various things with it and it is very limited in what it can do. ChatGPT 4.0 is actually much more efficient than this and it’s free. It cannot proofread. It cannot read anything but text input I tried to give it a Microsoft word document and it can’t read that format. It also says it can’t proofread. I am using other programs to learn how to write proper prompts and scripts even under that too. I can’t seem to get this AI to perform a simple task for me. I would not waste my money on this and do not try the trial without canceling it before the deadline because you will get charged for it.

    SCAM. Don’t bother downloading. It’s a scam. They will double charge you without permission, and even when your bank blocks the merchant, they circumvent the block and double charge you anyway. This app is nothing but a scam DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DOWNLOAD

    Can’t even log in. I was so excited to use mind maps to learn, I signed up and it was able to approve my subscription but never log me in. I’ve tried for weeks to log in and even restart the sign up process but it tells me I already have an account and subscription but I’ve yet to be able to login and see how this works, so for now 1 star 🤷🏾‍♀️

    You cannot get a refund. If you commit to a year for $34.95 and decide after test driving the app, you can cancel but no refund. I used the app for 60 seconds and it was not worth it so I canceled and guess what no refund, no proration. Bad business practices. Not recommended.

    Don’t waste your money! No $0.99 trial like it says!. So, I downloaded this app because I was looking for a better way to help me mentally with owning my own business! The idea behind this app is a great idea, BUUUT the way the app is set up you will get screwed every which way you turn! 1st. The $0.99 week trial is a joke! Doesn’t exist! The entire first week, the “trial,” every time I tried to log into the app, I continuously got a network failed error message, and was never actually allowed access that first week! 2nd. After the first week, when the app charged me the actual full subscription price, I was then finally allowed access, but I still occasionally got the network failed error message! Even though I was allowed access, it doesn’t allow you to create your own mind maps! You can have AI create them, which is fine, but you can’t create your own! 3rd. Regarding the subscription price, the $19.99, LOOK OUT because that $19.99 isn’t monthly like you may think! I’ll repeat that, NOPE, it’s NOT monthly! It’s weekly! I’d give this app a ZERO stars if I could! 4th, lastly, and possibly most importantly. Do not look for any help, any resolution or any communication at all, for that matter, when it comes to the support for this app! I’ve reached out numerous times, about everything I’ve listed above, and I have yet to get even 1 reply back to my emails! Not even 1 response! Nothing at all! The support for this app is just like the app, A JOKE! Like I said, the idea behind the app is great, though, but the fact that there are greedy, money hungry tyrants in charge of it, in my opinion, this app will never reach its full potential because it’s a STRAIGHT UP SCAM!

    Broken…not fixable!!. After six months of usage, I could no longer log in. I worked with support on trying different things, which resulted in, well…nothing. Was told the issue was fixed, followed steps with the same outcome. I paid for the annual, and cannot use it. I asked for a refund, but because it was purchased through Apple and past 30 days, no refund could be given. The app is limited. Better options out there.

    Scam — won’t let you log in after you pay. I will remove this review if I can actually get help signing in. I’ve paid, been charged $69.99 and the app will not let me log in. Tried on all devices… and unfortunately they do not have any way to help you. So, basically, I believe this is a scam app to get your $70.00 unless someone here can prove me otherwise.

    Payment fraud. I payed on the visual mind page online for services and I didn’t get any plan it scammed me out of money and would like my money back even if it’s not much it’s wrong and that’s why I’m doing this now it’s taking it out
