   Such a bad interface. I have had Apple Music for years. It has always had a terrible interface. You can’t tap a song without making it the only song you listen to. Not to mention I have so many problems with random songs not being able to play. Do not get Apple Music.

   Go back to older versions. The new update only seemed to move buttons that had been in the same spot for years, and force you to push more buttons to get to the same page you’ve been getting to easily for years. Not as intuitive. No back button. Progress for the sake of progress is regressive.

   Pitiful. So, where does Apple Music inform the music purchaser that you can only listen to the music if you subscribe to their service? Where does it inform said purchaser that they aren’t really buying that music? Apparently, that purchase is merely the right to listen to the music Apple Music. I do not wish to subscribe to Apple Music. Is there anyway to get a refund for the entire album I just purchased that I cannot, now, listen to at will? Severely disappointed.

    Not as good as YouTube. I was considering switching over from YouTube music so o signed up for a free trial after years of having it available. After three days of favoriting songs, I get a notification that I needed to turn of device syncing. Why? None of the songs I favorited were saved. The sound quality is also lesser than that of YouTube music. Not a fan.

    Taking up too much storage and always downloading stuff. Every couple weeks I have to delete all my downloads because Apple Music is always downloading stuff. Thats also why it has such a hard time adding songs to playlists because it’s too busy downloading songs I didn’t tell it to download. I have one playlist I want downloaded and it downloads that and more for absolutely no reason. I’ve turned off automatic downloads and download pins. It’s so frustrating. Spotify didn’t do this. At least it was way easier to remove the downloads of playlists on Spotify. Fix this Apple, you’re the biggest name in tech, there’s no excuse.

    Worst music streaming app I’ve tried!. For one of the richest companies in the world, the algorithms are terrible. Selects some appropriate bands, but then plays their most unpopular songs. I’ve had the same experience with Apple TV. Both platforms seem to play what they want you to see/hear, instead of catering to individual tastes. Disappointed in both apps

    Sucks on Google Home Speakers. Apple Music never plays songs on Google pod speakers the way Spotify played seamlessly. Yes, we set it up multiple times per Apple instructions. Spotify actually has an EQ.

    Not user-centric. This is not about your music. Although you can search/play specific songs, there is no input to autoplay other than "play less" which has no apparent function; it doesn't even skip the song. Music is an emotional trigger, and not providing the ability to ban songs/artists shows a complete lack of understanding by Apple. There is no way to reset preferences. Music tastes change. But the algorithm continues to force stuff that I listened to 10 years ago. The changing background color makes reading text difficult, especially when they give white text on a gray background on the watch. My "station" has no persistence, and there is no handoff between devices. Lyrics do not have an option to turn off the autoscroll feature nor the pulsating color behind. Only one "up next" song, unless the station sits idle for some time. The sound quality is great, the application is a chore. It's like it was written by people who hate music, and want to rid music from the world by making it more trouble than it is worth.

    Goodbye Choice. Apple Music used to play the music files stored on my phone. Then it invented a station with my name and only plays that. There doesn’t seem to be a way to get it to play only the stored files or to get rid of the station.

    Always connects. The music is fine but this stupid app will not stop auto connecting to my car! I’ve tried everything and even if it’s been weeks since I last used it, it always instantly connects to my car and I hate it!

    New button layout. The new button layout SUCKS!!! Change it back please. So I can hit my library with my thumb. And for the lefty ppl give iPhone an option to flip the buttons for left-handed ppl. Otherwise it's a 5-STAR app

    Wouldnt recommend apple music its no good. I switched from spotify to apple music and it has been worse in just about every way. It is absolutely unbearably slow compared to spotify. The audio has been inconsistent. There are bugs all the time causing it to crash, not play music, or just have audio not come through. If you use apple music its probably because you havent used anything else. There arent features like spotify that allow you to easily shareplay or control computer audio with mobile device. The social aspects are the worst part, its very difficult to find new music on apple music because theres no way to find public playlists and the premade ones are just a single artists top songs. I would never recommend anyone use this. The best feature they have and the only one spotify doesn't have is a pretty good karaoke mode that takes away lyrics. For the same price and a company with equally horrible morals, spotify is probably a better option across the board.

    Good UX - terrible ui search. Of course Apple is going to provide the most reliable listening experience but I hate the big blocky ui and can’t search or find anything in this app

    Unnecessarily difficult. It seems like every time Apple Music have an update or come out with a new feature. They ask themselves how can we make a relatively easy task extremely difficult. Examples the playlist creator AI, clearing I continue playing queue, device to device sharing, etc. it’s becoming annoying and not worth it.

    we as a community need to stand up against the lies of apple!!!!. no subscriptions! we want to OWN our music, not pay for a LICENSE!please no more lies to fool the public into thinking you’re a good company! we all can probably agree on this, but one last thing… make it so you can actually see how much money you spent in total on every device that has access to your account so you don’t get scammed!
