   tunein. frustrating application to use as it frequently crashes and consistently throwing up a link for a five star rating. I wish the application would illicit actual feedback rather than just prompting a perfect review which it does not achieve.

   Too many commercials. When trying to hit a channel, I sometimes have to hear at least 30 min of commercials. Mostly repeated over and over. I don’t mind commercials but that amount is too much. I finally have to close the app and try sharing.

   Premium Is Pointless. They don’t update the commercial-free segments. It says, “here are some updates you may have missed from earlier today,” but they are almost always from the previous days. They play segments that require a picture to know what is going on. Also, they constantly ask, “are you enjoying TuneIn,” and you have to answer. You cannot close that window, and no matter what you say (yes or no) it takes you to their website. It’s not worth the price for premium. TRUST ME!!!

   Where’d the music go?. I’ve been using TuneIn for a long time with my Bose speakers. I understand that if i don’t pay a fee, I will get Music with ads. But what is happening is I am getting ads, more ads, the same ads, nothing but ads - oh, and once in a while a piece of a song.

   Se va mucho la señal 😔. Si apago la pantalla se borra la estación y Si resivo una llamada 📞 se pierde la musica y tengo que volver a poner otra ves la estacion!

   Constant ads even in premium. The value of this app is less than nothing. It's worthless unless you want to constantly listen to ads. On the free version, it forces you to listen to 3+ ads every time you want to try a different station, plus ads throughout. On Premium? Same exact thing, except they have a handful of stations with special stars that means they don't have ads. And they want to charge $13 a month for that. What a joke! I have a lot more choice words for these people I can't write here, but I just sat through 12 ads just trying to listen to two different stations and never actually got to hear the stations. It's the worst radio app I've ever used.

    Buyer beware, they grab your money immediately.. Every time I even open this app it starts charging me a subscription fee. It’s maddening. I’ve gotten another $12.99 fee for something I never used. Trying to reverse the charge with Apple. Unlikely that will happen so this is my only way to share my anger. This has happened multiple times and I have only myself to blame I guess. So, buyer beware. I’m sure it’s a wonderful app if u need the service, but they give you little option to decide that before they grab your money.

    Ads ads ads. What is the point of hearing the same ads multiple times in a short amount of time.

    Trash. Trash app. Makes you listen to two ads every time you open the app, which isn’t bad, but the app will randomly cut out and forces you to restart it. You end up listening to ads for no reason other than this app just being trash. Really wish this app wasn’t on Apple Music

    Pre-roll ads issue. I want to listen to my favorite station on the tune in app, but I can’t enjoy with all the pre-roll ads interfering with my station. Two months now it’s been doing this for.

    Errors Prevent me from playing. I used to absolutely love this app since it first came out. Then the ads came and I was fine with it because I get it, revenue for such a great app. But for the last few months ((maybe longer), I can’t rely on being able to listen to any stations I’ve always listened to. I open the app, listen to the ads, then it buffers, listen to more ads, then just when I think it’s going to play my station, I get an error message. I’ve tried I’ve and over and updated. After using this app for over a decade, I think it’s time to finally delete and not look back. It’s just not the same quality it once was.

    Garbage. Ads play and play and play, sometimes the same one two, three times a row. For me, the ads are all that seem to play. Radio station never loads.

    You can’t browse. Because it’s typically wrong about what radio program is playing, you must sit through several commercials before you can find out what the content is. It’s unexpected that its search is outdated.

    Too many commercials. Way too many commercials, any time the feed freezes you have to sit through 3 minutes of the same commercials you just heard, I will never get a wells Fargo bank account because of Owen Wilson and this app!

    great service, grating ads. TuneIn provides a great service and access to content that I really appreciate. The ads are too repetitive, often repeating the same ad back to back, and there are other options that don't have the repetitive, draining ads without a premium expense. Please get more advertisement providers or vary the ads more, but at present I need to step away from TuneIn for my sanity. For the advertisers sake, this bad feeling extends to the company paying for the ads. I'd encourage other users to find a different free service if they are bothered by these ads and would not pay for a premium subscription.

    Too many ads. So many ads. I have been trying to find the World Cup games and when I search for them, I just get 95.7 The Jet, a music station that has nothing to do with the World Cup.

    Outages and VERY long commercials. I have been using this app for years to listen to radio stations from my country in EU. Recently there are constant outages. It usually goes like this: 10-15 second outage and the music starts again, longer outage and the music starts again, very long outage and I get a US based 45 second commercial. Outage and the same commercial, outage and the same commercial….. outage and it never comes back. I have to kill the app and restart it. If this continues, I’m going to stop using. Please fix, and limit the time you can replay a commercial

    Commercials out of control. I have been using TuneIn Radio for years and it’s fine when it works well but sometimes it just stops from nowhere and start over. My biggest complaint is the 15 minutes of commercials that sometimes make me miss my content. I had to switch to another radio app.

    update problem. I don’t know if it’s a new iOS problem or TuneIn. TuneIn has worked reliably for me for years. I mostly use it to listen to local public radio stations. But in the last week or so, sometimes when I leave the app TuneIn will stop playing. It seems to happen if I open another audio app like PocketCasts (but don’t play anything) or even Twitter (and a video auto-plays). The only way to fix it temporarily is to restart my phone.

    Constant disconnects & errors. This app constantly drops streams unexpectedly, and I’m usually presented with a spinning dial for minutes when trying to connect. I don’t know what’s going on… maybe throttling feee accounts on purpose?

    Probably need to switch to another.. Ads are so repetitive and will repeat the same ad over and over. Usually outdated. But content works well and is reliable.
